Thief time is here. Living here, there are alarms active 24/7. Don't let you search for purchase, anoin. Bunch kids running around like the place is a park you don't see parents 😒. Sound is infernal on the shoe section. Female, beauty. I never recommend you get there to find another store. Or lease Cape Coral OMG, I'm a poor person, but that store is not for me. How down the place change last few years.

Love checking out Ross every week or 2. Never know what deals you will find! They get new stuff every week and are still recovering from the holidays! They always seem to be busy , always a line no matter how many cashiers. Some good deals but you may have to dig for them. Always treasures to be found!

Clothes, shoes and home goods. Good prices and a good selection. This store was well organized and clean. ( Recently opened). It’s also a great place to shop for prom dresses and dress shirts. Friendly staff and there’s lots of free parking.

Bought a comforter from this store. Got home, opened it, and there were stains all over it. Went back, returned it and purchased another comforter. As I’m walking out the door, the cashier forgot to take off the security plastic tag on it, causing the alarms to ring. Went back to have her remove it, and when she did, red ink came out from the security tag and stained red all over my new comforter I had just purchased. Didn’t offer me any type of discount or apology

Prices are good, but it sure is difficult finding different sizes. It's a little overwhelming with the way everything is jam-packed on the racks. I usually give up looking and go elsewhere. Don't recommend it for people with anxiety.

I like Ross I'm from Ohio and back home Ross always has a great selection of shoes for men I moved to Florida and every single Ross that I go to in Southwest Florida never has good selection of shoes it's like all the good shoes good shipped to the Ross stores up north in the Midwest as down here in Florida they always have knockoffs or just cheap generic shoes never have Jordan's or nice Nikes or shoes that are just sought after Buy sneakerheads I hate to say it but if you're going there for shoes this is not the Ross that you want to go to nor is any Ross in the State of Florida that I know of the Ross stores up north have great selections of shoes but down here they just do not

Ross is a department store where you can find good brand clothing and shoes for woman, man and kids, makeup, luggage, purses and bags for affordable prices.I bought sandals and t-shirts.Everything is brand new.

Messy store. Not a lot of merchandise on the shelves. Was looking thru their home decor and rugs. Was discouraged and left without buying anything 😕

Yesterday i was shopping at Ross and did not realize that i dropped my wallet out of my purse. I was almost to my car when a woman came running out to me with my wallet. It was an employee whose name is Luz. I was so grateful that she would do this! When I offered her some money to thank her, she refused to take it. Ross should be very proud to have someone so helpful and with Luz’s integrity working there.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. An item had no price tag and I had a copy of the sku from another Ross and the cashier refused to look up the price and insisted it was $2 more at this location than in another store

Terrible. Smells like a toilet and always super messy. For this area you would expect better but Ross is literally bottom barrel these days

Words cannot explain the way I feel about this place. I have used the restrooms a few times and it’s been nasty every time but this is just unsafe/unsanitary .

I wish I would have known about this place. I have THE hardest time trying to find modest cute dresses that don’t break the bank. I didn’t even get a cart because I assumed I would not find more then a few to try on. Boy was I wrong. Within 5 minutes I found 8 to try on (and would have found more if I had a cart). Within 15 minutes I found three beautiful dresses for $58. Can’t beat it. Make sure you stop in.

LOVE THIS STORE!! The bargains are wonderful and I've never had a grouchy cashier. It's the place to shop for great items at a fraction of what you'd pay anywhere else. It is hit and miss as their inventory changes constantly so if you see something you like, you better buy it then.

Dress for less, and they have good stuff. Customer service was good, friendly, and professional. They need to hire more staff, and I had to wait for 15 minutes just to see the jewelry, and at the end, I even forgot the jewelry to buy it.

Nice selection of clothing for church. Bathroom was horrid. Had to wait a while to checkout because their was only 1 cashier. The other employee came to help at the register after about 7-10 minutes

This place is busy. I give it 3 stars because they need a better return system. And a manager that isn't snarky. UPDATE!! I recently was in Ross in the Cypress Trace plaza, and this is not the first time I've noticed this. But the restroom ALWAYS NEEDS ATTENTION. I notice that they are very good at their asset protection. If they spent some of the money on keeping the restrooms smelling and looking cleaner that store would be amazing.

Goodwill has a better selection of men's clothes. 10 years ago, the selection and quality were much better. No need to ever go back. I went to 2 Ross stores, 2 Bealls outlets, Marshall's, and Burlington. All were the same. I felt like I was in the same store, only with different names.

Prices are pretty good, but I made the mistake of shopping there at 1PM on a Saturday and it took 30 minutes to get through checkout. They only had 2 cashiers which was ridiculous. I can understand on a weekday but not on a Saturday afternoon.

Good prices. Must have patience in digging. Also must learn the days new truckloads come in so you can get first pick of what comes off the truck. Back to school season and tourist season are best times for biggest selection.The bathroom at this Ross is atrocious. It desperately needs updating. Employee service is 50/50.
