My daughter has been asking for a turtle for a long time and we finally scoured the area for a turtle, while on the quest for a tortoise (which I truly knew nothing in depth about) we stumbled upon Reptile Mart amend we re so happy we did! The owner Kevin is truly a pleasure! He is absolutely the best person to get a reptile from (only if you plan on loving and taking great care of your reptile), Kevin knows his stuff and he shows it through the love and care he has for all the reptiles! He truly cares for every one in there and you will too after a visit to Reptile Mart!!!! Truly thankful we found it and truly in love with our baby Cherry-Head Tortoise 🐢🦎🐍 stop in and say hi to Torty the 30 year old tortoise that roams the shop! Truly a pleasure

Sadly won’t let me write a second review but… Great shop. Little while back got a water monitor from Kevin. Since than have bought an emerald tree boa and a Savannah monitor from him, my buddy even got an argus monitor from him and all animals are super healthy and pretty tame and handleable. The owner is super knowledgeable and a friendly guy. He even offered help with animals I have rescued. Great shop, great animals whether it’s a bearded dragon or the most rare and exotic lizard or snake he can help. He grows relationships with his customers and it shows. He takes his time with every animal to provide the best quality animal for his customers. Great shop. Highly recommend.

Got my hognose last week from here, legit just stopped by to get another pinky for her and she ate it as soon as I got home! (The action pic attached) I honestly love small businesses like this vs big corporations. You get that family/neighborhood friendly vibe and I absolutely love that. There are sooo many awesome Reptiles to see here too! Just remember it's alot of work to maintain them all, so if you happen to stop by when they are cleaning their tanks out...just keep in mind that they are doing an amazing job at keeping them ALL healthy and happy for their future forever homes ☺️

If you are interested in any reptile this is the place to go. My girlfriend and I stopped in to introduce her to different snakes. When we walked in the owner was friendly and welcoming. When we explained what we were looking at the owner took time to explain each lizard, dragon, and snake to my girlfriend. He helped make her very comfortable with the different reptiles and made her excited to get one. When she mentioned bearded dragons he instantly went to one and brought it out and handed it to her. He matched the perfect one to her and we ended up taking him home. He was able to do the impossible and now she has okayed our next purchase to be a snake!!! If you’re interested in any reptile come in and you won’t regret it.

I had a great experience when purchasing my tortoises. Good price and will negotiate. The only thing I will say is that I did have to take her to the vet a week after because she was pretty sick. I have no issues otherwise but it did seem to me as if some of the animals seemed to look like something may be wrong; A little lethargic and their tanks were a little sad looking, otherwise great service and a large selection of reptiles.

Go see Keven at Reptile Mart for your reptiles!! After going to many other stores this weekend and having personnel with zero knowledge of their animals on hand, we happened to drive by Reptile Mart and decided to give it a whirl. BEST DECISION EVER! Keven answered all of our questions (and we had a lot, as first time tortoise parents) and ensured we have everything we need for our new girl… and he knows his animals!! He truly cares about every single snake, lizard, bearded dragon, tortoise, turtle in there!

Kevin is a wealth of knowledge and offers his customers his cell number to call anytime they need help. He has several rescues in the shop being nursed back to health. I have purchased three snakes from Kevin and are all healthy and thriving. Kevin is at the shop almost day and night caring for his animals.

I have been looking for a peach throat monitor for awhile and I finally found one at reptile mart and he is absolutely amazing I will definitely be back and will be sending anyone I know there and the owner is a wonderful person and shows a true passion for reptiles and their well being also we had cold weather in Missouri so he wanted to wait till the weather warmed up so it would be safe to ship him which I was getting antsy but I knew it would be best to wait for warmer weather. Also this is one of the most beautiful monitors I have ever seen color wise and he is extremely friendly so I can't express how much I appreciate the care and thought that goes into shipping reptiles so they arrive safely and the extensive care he does for his reptiles

I am in awe of how passionate and knowledgeable they are about their reptiles!!! I bought a beautiful, healthy bearded dragon from them at a very reasonable price and they taught me soooo much on the proper care of him! They even answer my paranoid questions after hours to ensure their reptile lives his best life in his new home! Hands down the best and would not recommend anybody but them for your reptile needs. Sooooo we decided to by a turtle. We went to reptile mart. One of the cleanest places I have been. Most reptile stores have a strong smell. NOT reptile mart it was clean and organized. So we bought the turtle for our son, but we asked about a bearded dragon. Kevin gave a really good price for the setup and are bearded dragon is beautifulllllll 😍! The bearded we got is so friendly and alert. He is extremely healthy like all the reptiles in there. Kevin the owner is amazing ,he's very knowledgeable and has no problem answering any questions. If you are looking for a healthy reptile, you need to go see Kevin at reptile mart. You WONT regret it. Thank you again.

Ordered an Adult Yellow Rat snake from here that I saw on Morph Market. Keven is very responsive and answered all of my questions before I had even purchased the snake. This was my first time ordering live reptiles online so I was nervous about shipping. However, my snake was professionally and safely packaged and I received him in less than 24 hours. I love this place! All the animals are in excellent condition and seem very healthy. The owner, Keven, is very friendly, professional, and more than willing to share his wealth of knowledge whether you plan to buy from him or not. Every reptile I personally interacted with seemed very tame and comfortable with handling. You can tell he gives each and every critter his personal care and attention. I couldn't recommend this place enough!UPDATE: It has been about a month since we brought our leopard gecko home and it's only gotten better! She has become much more social after being acclimated and is very curious. She's rarely in any of her hides and loves to examine anything and everything. She has an extremely healthy appetite and approaches us on her own. I STILL can't recommend Reptile Mart enough!

Had a amazing time here! Was looking for a new addition and I ended up purchasing another bearded dragon, Kevin was super nice and helpful and showed me some of the reptiles, and shared some advice and useful tips! when I settled on which one I wanted. he was super helpful with the tile floors and I bought some nice decorations that work perfectly in my beardys new home, for a awesome price! the only place id consider going for your reptile needs is here, they take amazing care of their reptiles, with fair prices, and excellent workers! and it’s a positive environment to hang around! We are so pleased with our experience here at Reptile Mart! We came here to browse for a pet for our daughters 12th birthday coming up Saturday. The owners & the gentleman working went ABOVE & BEYOND with us. They were so incredibly friendly but above all they were HIGHLY knowledgeable of all the reptiles/pets there! They know EXACTLY what they are doing & talking about. They also CARE like I’ve never seen before. They made us so comfortable, we ended up leaving with a ball python for our daughter! Kevin and Kim are amazing! I love the diversity of reptiles and pets they offer. I come here to buy reptile food. Call them in advance to place an order, but definitely come in to meet Kevin and Kim in person and see everything they have to offer. Not just reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, insects ! Keven was amazing start to finish. Answered any questions I had, and sent me a few helpful tips for when she arrived. Things I knew now, but things I wish people would have told me, when I first started keeping reptiles, so I appreciate dealing with anyone who goes the extra mile. It really shows that they care about the animal, and your interaction towards them. FWC showed up completely secure. She is gorgeous, already exploring around the cage, and comes out of hides to see what we are doing already. Clearly had socialization before arriving. tldr; Simply put, you should ABSOLUTELY 100% GO HERE for whatever questions you have, and for all your reptiles’ needs! I now happily make the 30 minute one way trek to support their business, instead of a big box store.I wish I could give this place TEN STARS, because THAT is the level of care, time, and attention both I and my baby bearded dragon received (and continue to receive) when we stopped by Reptile Mart. It was such a relief to find this place, and to meet Kim, who has nearly 40 years of knowledge and experience that she has been happy sharing with me from the moment we met.I will preface this by saying that although I’ve never owned a reptile before, I have wanted one for a long time. I ended up buying (read: rescuing) my baby bearded dragon (BBD) from Petco, and it was stressful from the start. I will admit that I was naive enough to blindly follow what I was told from the young, inexperienced Petco employee while I was buying him, without doing extensive research BEFOREHAND. Thanks to Kim, though, I am learning more each day, and the health of my BBD seems to be improving drastically.After having my BBD for only a day and a half, I was alarmed to wake up and find out that he had thrown up partially digested worms (mealworms, to be exact, that the employee at Petco suggested I buy for my BBD). I have since found out after talking to Kim that mealworms are absolutely NOT a protein choice to give ANY BD, regardless of age, and can lead to impaction.In the middle of panicking about my BBD feeling unwell, I quickly typed the word ‘reptile’ into Google, and Reptile Mart was the first result that popped up. Once on their website, I came across a post that started with: “Here at Reptile Mart we dont just sell reptiles! We help people with their reptiles anyway we can regardles if it came from us or not!” I immediately called to confirm what I had just read, in case it was too good to be true, when Keven answered the phone and happily said to bring him in so they can look him over for me. I felt a wave of relief wash over me, knowing I found a place where people genuinely care about reptiles, and will help owners heal their pets any way they can.During my first visit here, I learned that, unfortunately, mostly everything I was told at Petco about how to care for my BBD was incorrect. I truly feel that had I not come across Kim and Keven, my BBD would be dead right now. Once Kim told me everything I needed to know, she also gave me a care guide with her and Keven’s numbers on it and said that if I needed anything, they are available 24/7, and so far it has proven to be true. Kim has answered every single text message and phone call from me this past week, and I have already been back to buy the proper food for my BBD. She has quelled my fears as a first time bearded dragon mom.I can’t say ‘thank you’ enough to Kim for everything she’s done for us. I am now a forever loyal patron of Reptile Mart.

Stopped in yesterday after seeing reviews about this place. Was absolutely blown away by their inventory. Kevin went above and beyond for me and I ended up walking out of the store with a beautiful Brazilian Goliath Birdeater tarantula. Kevin took the time to show me a lot of different animals he had in stock and seems very passionate and knowledgeable about the trade. Even though spiders weren’t his specialty, he got me in touch with his wife Kim who answered a few questions I had regarding care for the tarantula. Overall I had a great experience, walked out with something I am very happy with for an extremely fair price, would totally come back and recommend to everybody!

I purchased an Agama lizard from this shop over Morphmarket about a month ago to be shipped to my house in West Virginia. However I only received the lizard yesterday. The reason for this is because the owner was careful not to ship the lizard until the temperatures in my area were high enough that he felt that the lizard could ship safely. This really put my mind at ease throughout the process because a lot of stores are eager to take your money and get the animal out the door as fast as possible in order to make room for a new animal to sell. That's not the case here as the health of the animal and my overall satisfaction was taken into consideration. Not only did the owner withhold the shipping of the lizard until conditions were suitable, he actively cared for the lizard after I had paid for him for nearly a month before shipping at no additional charge. Throughout the process the seller was easy to communicate with and overall just made the transaction extremely smooth. Finally, upon receiving my lizard, he was as described and in good, healthy condition. I would definitely recommend purchasing your reptiles from this location, whether online to be shipped, or in store. I would not hesitate to make another purchase from here.
