I am in this store probably twice a month if not more. I have always received great service. I have gone in with questions and walked out with answers and products.Their bagged food is fresh. I dont deal with the moths or bugs I used to find in other pet stores from products sitting too long. Shelves are well stocked, Fish tanks are in good shape, Bird cages and critter cages are always clean. Animals always look healthy. They have a great variety of products for just about every animal. It's a great store run by a crew of associates who actually enjoy their jobs. Ill keep going back ... just that simple.

I’ve been bringing my not so mini, mini Aussie to be groomed here since I got her. I’ve never had any issues, and lately we’ve been going to see Shauna who is absolutely amazing! She always does a great job, and my pup loves her. Would highly recommend Shauna for any grooming needs!

The groomers here were wonderful! Everyone was very friendly and attentive of what I wanted my dog Cosmo to look like and he came out looking exactly like I pictured! No nicks on him at all. I paid 50$ for a bath and cut. If you want to get their nails cut & teeth cleaned it’s 75$. They spent about 2 1/2 hours on my little 5 pounder. He’s a very skittish dog but it seemed like they handled him gently. Definitely recommend this place 🤩

Loved the curbside drop off however I did go in at pickup and was comfortable going in. Grooming has a separate entrance and they only allow one family in at a time. Very happy about that. Everyone was wearing masks and the staff helpful and friendly. This was my puppies first visit for grooming and Madison did a fabulous job. Looking forward to our next visit. before and after pics of Cooper

Grooming took my appointment at last minute which is as good. However, it took 25 minutes to sign me in although I signed in online as instructed. Walk ins were taken care of before my dogs. Why make an appointment then? My long haired dog was not brushed properly and was not trimmed as requested. Groomer told me she didn’t realize it was so close to closing and my dog wouldn’t stand. My dog has been groomed for 9 years and I never heard this excuse for not finishing before. Picked them up 3 hrs and 15 later and just took them home. Not worth $158 and did not tip.Thought I’d give a second chance. Groomer said I didn’t inform her of my pet’s condition. Not true. She was informed. Will never return.

Becareful buying dog food from here. Alot of the big 30lb bags have maggots, eggs, and worms on them . Don’t bring any of these bags into your house.

Been to this pet store a few times always seem to have dead fish left in the tank. The last time I was in they had crickets all over the floor, honestly it's sad how people feel that a cat or dogs life is more important then fish. This is like pulling the race card for humans. Every life should be treated the same. And employees at this store or whoever takes care of the fish should try doing a better job. Fish being sold care be infected by dead fish that are sick and when you buy them and bring them home and put them in your fish tank with other fish you run the risk of killing all your fish. I'd highly recommend that they start doing a better job at taking care of the fish by removing dead ones because it's unprofessional it be like seeing them leave a dead reptile they'd pull that thing out faster then a fish.

Took my Sheep Doodle in for her cut. Long story short after they said they could take care of her and some of her matted spots I was called and they said they could not give her a cut due to the matting. Went to pick her up and she an area (size of an orange) on her head where they used shears and stopped. It was like a bad toupee is flapping in the wind….I felt so bad for her.I’ve used Pet Smart for years and will no longer. Don’t be a Victim!!

Me and my wife take our small dog to get groomed there every three or four months. This depends on how quickly her hair might grow. Shauna is the groomer that cuts her hair. She is personable and professional. She is so gentle and sweet with our dog and other dogs she works on as well. As for the store itself it has a large selection of products for your pets. And staff is very helpful. Definitely the store has almost anything you need for your pets.

The first time I brought my dog for her haircut at this groomer, they did a decent job. This time they charged me $10 extra for special handling cause supposedly my dog misbehaved. My 1 year old pulls on my dogs hair all the time and she has never tried to bite her or anyone. In top of having to pay extra, they didn’t cut the hairs around my dogs eyes and her face was cut uneven supposedly cause she tried to bite them. And my dogs face was also dirty, it did not look like they bathed her. I cut my dogs hair around her eyes o myself at home without any issues. Never coming back to Petsmart groomers.

Always super sweet kittens for adoption available. Everybody needs a furry friend at home. Everything els you need for your pet it's there to find. Helpful employees are always there and a lot of toys, food and other pet supplies to choose available.

This is for their grooming department in Cypress location. Yatti is who my dogs usually see and we are very happy with her work and her pleasing professionalism however the other groomers we have found leave a lot to be desired in this location and seem to have attitudes and groomer JP, she could not be bothered to try a little more than minimal effort. They like to from the beginning to just shave the your dog vs just taking the time to de mat an almost not even matted dog. They will still claim they must absolutely do this or dog will suffer, please don't be so ridiculous they suffer more when they are shaved to the bone unless its a truly bad matting case and not just them not wanting to do the job you paid almost $100 for when and you paid extra for dematting just in case. They claimed my 4 pound poodle baby needed to be shaved when I new such not the case. I told them no leave my baby alone, took her home and in a matter of less than 15 mins had her completely brushed easily. They said they tried brushing her and brush would not go thru (their brush sucks apparently) thats never the case with a doodle breed to begin with due to their hair texture but a few short strokes usually does the trick. I worked bathing and brushing dogs in past so Im aware of how this works.

We have two 12 lb. shihtzu-poodle mix 7 years old. Phineas and Furby. We have always used blue buffalo. We have tried to switch to a less expensive dog food through the years however it’s just not worth it. They are happy and healthy with Blue. Every time I’ve tried to switch I see some kind of bad reaction. We have learned to trust blue with our doggies. So glad Per Smart carries the many varieties Blue offers.

Not even worth buying dog food here, prices are high but there close to my house. Id rather drive 20 minutes. I took my dog to get groomed and even though shes been here, could see that shes been here, but wont take her. 0/5 if possible.

I've had multiple experiences at this per smart where the employees were too lazy to help, they will be talking to each other and point in the air instead of showing me where something is in a non busy store.They say things like "go and look" when I have a question about gravel and where it is or in regards to questions on fish.Perhaps if they had better bed side manner or really cared they're verbiage could be better ... I see no effort or care in if you return to their location or if you find what you need.This location is closest to my house so it would be ideal to use it however I will literally drive further to petco to avoid the customer service of these employees.

Avoid Lauren the groomer. My dog goes every 6 months with no issues. She called me and said she can't continue with my dog due to his nervousness. She said I was black flagged from going to any PetSmart locations too. I called corporate and they advised me it wasn't correct and they will follow up. He was super go lucky leaving and didn't show stressed at all.

Obligatory to mention they have everything we've ever needed and the customer service is great. But special shout-out to the staff here for always being so kind and accommodating with our 2-year-old who loves to just look at the fish and other animals. It sounds silly to some, I'm sure, but parents may understand.

DO NOT COME HERE!! I wish I had read the reviews for this pet store before I went here. I was there yesterday and bought eight fish from there and woke up to find that six of them have died over night also my boyfriend bought some gold fish and half of them have died over night as well.I should have known that the care for animals here wasn’t great when I also have bought a chameleon here to find out that it had a disease and passed away later on as well.

So decided to take my puppy to get groomed for the first time. I wish I would have read the reviews first. after almost $70 dollars he still look the same...I would have done a better job. They didn't trim the side of the face; his chest was not touched. his tail was not trim. it was a complete disappointment. and usually, they put a little scarf but no not even that. Never, ever again. I gave them two stars because the nail trimming and the inside of the ears were done correctly.
