Took one of my cats to Banfield Pet Hospital as he wasn't feeling well. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. They were all pet owners and lovers, and they took great care of Chase, who's all better. Great store, too.

Went here to get a harness for my sister's 7 pound chihuahua mix. Found a beautiful one! Has stars, moons, and they are on a black background, which glows in the dark. Supposed to be for Halloween. Love it! Also, got some food for cats and siphon thingy for turtle tank. Saw so many other things I would like to have for my "adopted" babies. One cat and the turtle I have been taking care of for a friend for about 6 months. I consider them both mine now. I wish someone would come and take the raccoons to a natural habitat for them. Anyone know who to call? I called everywhere trying to relocate a possum. No takers. Ideas? I live in Florida. Help greatly appreciated. I cannot afford to pay for this.

Won't shop here again. I came to buy some crickets and pressed the assistance button and no one came, pressed again and still nothing. I could see two employees chatting not to far from me.I even waved down another employee and they just kept walking. After waiting around like 15 minutes with still no help I decided to take my business elsewhere.I will also like to bring up that a previous time I came here they had a dead corn snake that was clearly dead still in the tank and when brought to the attention of an employee they looked more annoyed then worried or sad about the lose of an animal.

Unprofessional associates and manager. They first claimed I didn’t have a receipt for a standard online order/in-store pickup (the confirmation email clearly states it is the receipt) and were so rude about issuing a refund. They need training on their own company policy.

Trinity in the grooming center is amazing!! I have an extremely stubborn and high energy husky named Sadie, and she has by far done the best grooming on my fur baby. Her paw pads are not trimmed too low, and her haircuts always look fantastic. We 1000000 recommend trinity 🏼

Great Pet store. My pictures don't capture the gigantic size of this place. Seriously huge selection. I found a water dish for cats, one that is flat and wide, so it doesn't bother the cat's whiskers. No other local pet store had even heard of it. Pet Smart had 2, right on the shelf. Bought other things too, I just love buying new cat toys, it is so much fun. Oh....they have grooming services here. They even groom cats! Nice staff.

Went today with my new rescue, Sterling. He's is quickly becoming the love of my life...He is an Italian Greyhound.Was looking for a tether to connect him to a seat belt clip in the back seat. This is a great pet store. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a great variety of fish, tanks, and other small pets. They also have some great training classes and help with pet adoption days. Prices are a good value and it is a clean pet store.

I like this pet place! It's large and has that open feeling. The Sales Associates are very friendly and willing to point to whatever you need. I was VERY IMPRESSED by the different types of Dog food! If your dog needs any type of special diet GO Check these guys out!!! And don't forget to take your well behaved dog with you! Scales are available if you want to know how much your pet weighs!

They couldn't give me a refund because I didn't have the original receipt... mgr on duty said it was because it was to much! They didn't have a problem taking my money for a exact item I found at home depot for 75 % less money! OMG... AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Do you trust your family (pets) with this mindset!ps... I'll be taking my bank statement to this location!

If I could give 0 I would!!! Everything says 9pm closed. It’s … 8:02 pm I just walked through the door tons of people shopping and they shooed me out. I purposely checked google for the time they closed so I could make it after work. .. every time .. and I mean every single time I come here I have some issue, their either under staffed or under trained. They Can’t open locked items; they can’t do tags; the register doesn’t work; they can’t do the discount ; I have had too many to count. But doors open unlocked .. a hand full of people shopping and I get told “we’re closed” when every time online says 9pm … my dogs won’t eat their regular food tonight because someone can’t update the time they close on literally every website and google! I hate to leave bad reviews I am totally against it but this place always has issues and I’ve had enough!!!! CHANGE THE DAMN CLOSING TIME

Had an appointment today with Sam W. She is absolutely wonderful. We brought in our 10 month old Golden that is very nervous and scared easy but Sam went above and beyond our expectations and did an amazing job with Vixen. Absolutely pleased by the professionalism and skill that Sam has. Will be back in about 2 months. Will always ask for Sam. Thank you again!

Pet care here is horrible, the cages and tanks are disgusting. Please take better care of these animals. We were in the store on Thursday, went back on Sunday and nothing had been cleaned, please see the attached pictures.

We moved here from Indiana and we were almost out of our prescription dog food for our German Shepherd. We had the prescription card on us to buy the Hills prescription digestive food but it didn’t have the ID on it so they weren’t going to sell us any food. We’ve NEVER had a problem with this before. The manager Lisa acted like she didn’t care whatsoever and with it being a holiday weekend our Banfield vet was closed until Tuesday. This is unacceptable and I’ll never step foot back into this store again, they don’t care about your pets here!

With the exception of my veterinarian, this is where I go now for all my cat's needs. I lucked out with this store in particular. Not only do they have every product that my cat and I prefer, but the staff here are amazing. They gladly engage in conversation with you about your pet, and the service I've received from them is top-notch.It just so happens I live close to this store now, but I'd gladly make a trip across town from where I used to live to come here for my cat's needs.
