We got our sweet Honeybear from petland about a month ago and he is doing so good! He learns so quick and he has fit in with our family so well! He loves playing with his sister. We are so thankful for Gianna for helping push us in the right direction to get him and for all the information she was able to give us! She made the whole experience really easy and stress free.

First time ever visiting this store and what a fantastic staff. Sam help me out and a few days later I came back to get my new puppy. Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly, explained the entire process, very smooth transaction from start to finish. When you go there ask for Sam!!!

I came in here with my son to find us a forever puppy and Gianna was so helpful in the process of finding our beautiful Cane Corso. She showed us the breeders and he comes from a beautiful breeder that's registered with the USDA. She also answered all my questions knowledgeably and helped my son feel comfortable with the puppy. Clean, bright place with a great puppy selection. They have fish apparently, but I want there for that and didn't see them. I did see bunnies. Friendly staff. The puppies are higher in price than other places. My friend walked away because the puppy he traveled 2 hours to see was twice the high end of his puppy budget. And this guy is a pro negotiator.

When i first saw Penny she took to me righ away. I lost my 13&1/2 year old in Jan and needed to fill the house with some joy and she was the answer. I lost my wify 2 yesrs ago and my fathful American Eskimo Max helped me to deal with the loss until he passed. Now Penny is my little buddy who helps me thru the day. Great companion. Hi my name is Dagnee and I just recently got a 2 month cane corso at Petland with my daughter. Everyone there was so kind and helpful especially the owner! Ronnie was always there answering our questions! And of course Gianna the worker who let us know that the cane corso was available and worked really hard so that we could take Kira home with us. I am happy to say that I had a great experience adopting my puppy thanks to the workers. Still to this day I could ask Gianna any question and she is more than happy to help!

Great experience at Petland! Gianna was very helpful and knowledgeable! She was friendly and professional in her approach. We are very please with our puppy regarding his appearance, health and demeanor. However, even though we were able to negotiate the price a small amount, he was very expensive. All in all, Giana helped us make a great decision and our new family member is a wonderful addition to our family!

My wife and I went in to check out the puppies with no intention of bringing one home and Krystal helped us out that day. She introduced us to an English bulldog who we instantly adored. Krystal gave us plenty of time to play with him and answered all of our questions with genuine friendliness and professionalism. She was amazing. However we went home because he was not in our plans and the little bully just kept popping up in our heads. My wife wanted to see him again so we took another trip to the store later that week. We asked to see if the bully was still available and Savannah told us he was in the back getting care but let us see him afterwards. I saw that look in my wife’s face and I knew right there we had to welcome the newest member of our family. Savannah was great in answering all of my concerns, reviewing the details of the transaction and providing me history and medical records. She is a top notch member of the team and we were fortunate that she took care of us. Krystal and Savannah were absolute stars the whole time. The whole team was friendly not just to us but to the puppies as well and that was great to see. I highly recommend you pay a visit. You will not be disappointed and who knows? …You just might end up with a “baby” you weren't expecting!

Don’t go. Overpriced and lack of care for their puppies.Their puppies are from mills and come sick.Puppies come with parvo and they only offer to change the puppy not pay medical bills!Watch out for these puppy places and check your puppies before spending so much for them

My family and I went here on Saturday afternoon (10/28/23). We were looking at the dogs and were recommended a brown female chocolate labrador that was on sale. At first, the dog was very playful and was licking my daughter's face. I was sitting on the bench in the cubicle petting the dog, and she randomly latched on to my hand and wouldn't let go. The dog started biting down harder, forcing me out of my seat. I had to pry her mouth open for her to release my hand. I had a large bite impression and her canine tooth puncture my hand leaving a deep cut. She continued to try to bite me multiple times. I tried to keep her head down and waved a worker down in fear of my daughter. I told the worker the dog just bit me. He continued his phone call while the dog continued trying to bite me again. About 10-15 seconds later, they get the dog out of the cubicle. I showed them the bite, and one of the workers offered me a bandaid. I was advised all the dogs were up to date on their shots so I do not have to worry about an infection. They asked me which dog we wanted to see next, and we told them we were leaving. I am disappointed in the way the situation was handled. I was scared after the dog bit me. It was my first time being bitten by a dog and the fact that my daughter and wife were next to me is even scarier. The dog would have done more damage to them if it had gotten a hold of them instead of me.

I got my baby sun conure here in July of 2017. Despite all of the negative reviews, I on the other hand had a good experience. The workers were very friendly and quick to help me, all of the animals seemed well taken care of. Most of the birds were hand tamed which a lot of times they are not when getting them from pet stores. I love my baby and so happy with my purchase. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I never received my DNA results of the sex of my bird.
