This was my first time bringing our 9 month old shepherd mix to the groomer. I believe her name was Diane and Sergio were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so happy we now have a place to bring our fur baby that we trust and feel 100% comfortable with. Thank you for the great service and for being so kind to us : )

I showed the groomer that my dog has chronic dermatitis before she began working on him and gave her prescription medicated shampoo to bathe him. She said no problem and took him in the back but called an hour and a 1/2 later to say that he had open sores from scratching and she wouldn't be able to use the clippers on him. She said that she couldn't tell until he was bathed and wet. I was still handed a bill for $52 for trimming his face and cutting his nails. Rip off.

Sergio did a great job as always with our dog Anya. He is always so nice and my dog loves him. Anya will not let us touch her nails , but she'll let Sergio do it. We are always so thankful and appreciative that he is so good with her. Sergio is also very personable with us. Sergio is a keeper!

Call to make appointment. When I get there they tell me I need shot records for my dog. They need to tell this to people before they get there and plus they are rude.

I wish I remembered the woman's name. She trimmed Aspens nails and cleaned her ears. She was so nice and professional and remembered us. When she was done with Aspen she watched her as we checked out. Made checking out easier! Will definitely come back. Thank you!

Grooming hours are very misleading. States they are open till 7pm but the groomers leave after last scheduled appointment. I didn’t make an appointment because the services I needed for my dog do not require one. Very disappointed when turned away after an hour drive to this location only to be told to come back tomorrow.

Sergio is a rude, phoney, and disrespectful freak.If you get your dog groomed by him, I would make sure you stay there and watch after your pet the whole time…I will never trust him with my pets. One star is too high a rating.

This was the third time we were there. The first two we had Diana, but the last time we hsd another. We waited 15 minutes for someo e to come to the desk and finally went to checkout and ask for help. My dogs hair was cut uneven and she has bare spots. She was to have her nails cut and buffed but that wasn't done. No bows or finishing touches.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and very good with my dog. The products were very well displayed and everything was stacked orderly. I like that they were knowledgeable, whether it was with the grooming or different products that they have and what would be helpful for my dogs issues.The prices for the grooming was very reasonable. I will bring my dog there again.
