Chris was very kind and professional, not so much to where it feels formal, more like, He has known you as a good friend for years! It was a pleasant experience and on top of that Chris groomed our Togo and he did amazing! He went above and did a phenomenal job at trimming our stubborn pups nails! I highly recommend Chris and Petco for all grooming and vet visits for affordable prices and for an amazing job! They treat you so kind! You get three in one it’s totally worth it and you get discounts! Every 8th wash is free for your pup too! Where can you get that at a personal groomer? I have experienced that they are booked months away and rude customer service save your time and just come here! Please hear me out! I will put before and after pictures of our Togos!

This location has really gone downhill in the last few years. I’m not sure what’s up with the new layout, but it’s really cramped and hard to find things. There is no clear signage to find what you’re looking for. I had to wait in a line behind two other customers just to ask the cashier to help me find something. She seems like a really nice had no luck finding it and had to call for a manager. I don’t have an issue with needing help finding something or having a manager to find it but I wouldn’t come back if I did I would do a pick up order because trying to find things on your own in the store is impossible.

Petco is a good choice for pet people but they the website needs work. When I checked your website for an item, it showed multiple in stock, but when I arrived at the store, there was none. I was able to get a somewhat of a substitute but not what I needed. Your cashier was the bright spot at this location which provided that I wasn’t as upset that my item I needed. I did specifically drive to the store to get based upon the website information , but unfortunately it was inaccurate and was not there but hope soon the website will accurately reflect your availability. Also you need to carry Jinx dog food.

Purchased cat food, litter, etc. Young woman at register placed the heavy litter in my shopping cart so I didn’t need to. Just appreciated much courtesy shown to me. Made my shopping trip so much easier. I am 73.

GREAT Service and SUCH great care!!!Took my little princess in to be groomed after it being the only place in the area with an appointment available this weekend. Met Crystal in the morning at the front and dropped off my little Phoebe who has had terrible issues with her eyes from tears since we adopted her.We've taken her to a couple different groomers but this was our best so far, and with their new subscription based dog services I honestly don't think we will be taking our girls anywhere else!Crystal did a FANTASTIC job!!! Phoebe looked so amazingly cute and perfect, exactly the cut that I had asked for too!Definitely, definitely ask for Crystal!

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. Groomers kept dog for over 4.5 hours. When my dad dropped off his dog he was told it would take 3-4 hours. My dad Went to see if dog was ready after 3.5 hours and was told he was bathed and not clipped. Spoke with Megan who was rude, did not try to de-escalate situation and said if he wanted him done faster he should have paid for VIP service. Dad left and we waited for text that came an hour later. Went to pick up the dog and no one was there to great us. Stood there for another 5 min when cashier said she had our ticket and once we paid she would get the dog. I asked to speak with manager because she tried to explain that grooming takes 3-4 hours. I said I understand but it’s been 4.5 hours almost 5. I have used Petco for several grooming for my own dog and dad had as well. Never had to wait this long before. I don’t understand how you can tell me that if I pay extra the job takes 1.5 hours but if you pay regular fee it’s 2-3 times that?We paid she got the dog and said that the dog was no longer welcome to be groomed there which was fine because after this episode would not be back anyway. Cashier stated that dog had to be bathed 3 times which is why it took so long. Maybe if he wasn’t left in the cage for hours he wouldn’t need to be bathed repeatedly. This was not the fault of the cashier who repeatedly apologized for the situation.After we got dog home you could see he was clipped a couple of times and cut was rushed and done poorly. Clearly did not care for dog in a manner that I or my dad would want his fur baby treated. Very disappointed and will not bring my dog there either to be groomed anymore.

After having issues with fish I got from PetSmart I came to Petco to find out how to save the rest of my fish in my aquarium. I was greeted by Maddy she was very informative and extremely helpful . She showed me exactly what I needed to save my fish . She was a lifesaver (literally) . She was very knowledgeable about many different types of fish .. after my tank was safe and ready to add more fish I returned to this same store just so that I could have Maddy help me to make sure I made the right choice as to what fish to add to my aquarium. All of my fish are happy and healthy. Thank you Maddy for your help. I truly do appreciate your help. I will definitely be a repeat customer because of how helpful you were..

Our first visit to a PETCO groomer. Ren/Ran did a phenomenal job!! They were so patient and kind with our pups. We gave 4 stars because the cashier Maya was so rude and unhelpful. She overcharged us, refused to explain why the total was so much more expensive, and then hid in the back when we tried to get it fixed. Holly came to the rescue and was a big help!

Everyone is so friendly, they treat my dog as if it were their own! 🤗 they offer endless pet supplies, shot vet goes there to administer vaccines to your pet and you can love on the animals (from the window) while you wait for you pet to be groomed!

This EXACT store has been caught and exposed for throwing live fish in the trash 9 months ago. Petco and PetSmart chains are known to quite literally throw away animals of all kinds who are in desperate need of veterinary attention, in the trash rather than try to rehabilitate and nurture them back to life. So much for a “Health and Wellness” company. That’s not all though, they will actually threaten LEGAL action upon those who go out of their way to save these animals and expose these big box pet stores for their cruel and sick behaviors. Don’t believe me? Look up “Petco/PetSmart dumpster diving live animals”. I did not have a great grooming experience today for my toy poodle at this PETCO location. I was OK with my dog needing to be shaved due to him being matted but to charge me an additional $20 for a "brushing fee" when he was just shaved is ridiculous! Louie gets groomed every few months & always has some matting & Ive had wonderful groomers that do a great job with him. I watched Louie's haircut begin through the window 5 minutes after handing my dog over & there was NO brushing going on at all -I took a picture of his grooming session as it began & NO brushing before the shave went on! it was a "shave" job - standard groom! The brushing wouldve taken place BEFORE the shave but that WASNT the case as I was there. I was charged $70 for a $50 groom. I have ALWAYS paid $50 at Petco for my dogs grooming appts. I was NEVER charged $70. In the past when my dog was groomed & had matting they still ended up making him look cute & put some effort into the haircut & I always paid the same $50. Today louie was shaved & washed - Why charge me for extra work that was NOT done? My dogs groom started 5 minutes after drop off BUT I couldnt pick him up for over 4hours. I was told my dog didnt like the "dryer" & needed to dry but as you can see in the picture he has not much fur to dry & I cant possibly understand what happened with todays grooming appt! Ive never waited this long for my dog , paid this much or have a groomer put no effort into my dogs grooming appt. I NEVER paid $70 for my dog to be groomed ANYWHERE. He's a 6lb toy poodle. Ive had better experiences & haircuts for my dog elsewhere. I dont think the groomers here have much experience & if they do- they were rushing with my dog, put no effort into his cut & over charged me.They lost me as a customer.

Went there spent almost 200 buying g a fish tank and other products only yo find out when I got home that that they are selling used products as new. Water filter was filled with water, filter was dirty. Called the store and they want me to drive over an hour back and forth for an exchange and recommend me calling customer service which I did only to be told there were nothing they could do. Not even send me a new one and I return this one by mail. Be aware.

There is product everywhere in the aisles but your shelves are empty. Your associates don’t step aside for customers trying to navigate the aisles. Most don’t even engage. This has been happening since Covid. I understand the logistics nightmare that Covid caused and then hurricane Ian. At some point you have to adapt, adjust, overcome.also if I bring my own bag your checkout people just leave my purchases on the counter and look at me or away from me. I guess if I don’t buy your bag you can’t put my purchases in my bag?

I would like to thank Nicole for going out of her way to help me with my Petco account. I was going to cancel it until she took the extra time to get on the phone with corporate and fix my account. I have been in there several times and Nicole is a tremendous multitasker with a super positive attitude and she knows everything and I mean everything about that store.Your extremely lucky to employ such a hard working and passionate employee.Thank you Nicole!
