Highly recommend Jamie to groom your perfect pup. I came in with Asher, my 3 1/2 month old goldendoodle for his first official grooming session. Jamie was phenomenal! She not only made my puppy feel welcomed and comfortable, she also displayed a lot of knowledge and welcomeness to myself. I will definitely be back and will recommend this location, as I had some trouble with trying to get him groomed at the gulf coast location. Thanks again Jamie!

Groomers and store associate are ALWAYS friendly, courteous, professional , and go above and beyond to assist. My dogs love the groomers, which makes them more at ease when they have an appointment. Sergio is such a joy, always. His staff always greets us and makes me feel like they really love my dogs. I feel very lucky to have found them.

Line was long and the cashier still took merchandise out to the customers car. A manager walked by the checkout registers and saw me and others in line but went back in office. If there was a self check out i would of used it instead of waiting in a line that took too long

Not pleased with the grooming department at all. Scheduled an appointment for my pup to get groomed and was turned away and told he had an eye infection, which after a quick trip to the vet wasn’t an infection at all, just normal occurrence called tear stains. I’ll be going else where for his grooming now. Thanks for wasting my time too.

Very disappointed with my recent grooming experience. Nothing to do with the staff. They were all very friendly BUT. Undercoat was not brushed out, nails not clipped, fur between pads not clipped and he's shedding like crazy. I thought paying for extra grooming, blowout, and shed reducing shampoo would be what I'd get. It wasn't.

The last couple times I’ve come here this last month there have been so many sick fish, when I tried to explain to the lady today that this is not ick they need to take this fish out treat him in a sick tank and treat their tanks The lady just told me well My fish person came in today and told me it was ick, so they obviously have someone working in their fish area That does not really know about fish or fish diseases , I’m at the point where I’m literally about to put in an application to fix their fish tanks lol

I took my dog to the groomers here with Chelsea and it was a disaster. Chelsea is lazy and on top of it rude. Instead of trying to brush her knots out as much as possible she completely shaved her to the point I can see her skin and she’s golden doodle. I have taken her to multiple groomers since I just moved to the area and no one has ever left her in this condition and her hair has been way more knotted than it was this time around. She should find something else to do, my dog looks terrible and this is actually dangerous for their coat.

Wle are training our German shepherd with Stephenie here at the moment. She is absolutely wonderful and professional. The groomers are also a delight and all of the staff are friendly, helpful and kind to us and our pup. I can not recommend this petco enough!

This place has it all for many different types of animals. Dogs, cats, fish, gerbils, hamster, etc. Food, toys, carriers, lots of products at good prices. In store vaccine, grooming and dog training. Also products to help train animals at home with potty training. Very friendly, helpful staff.

The clerk was very helpful. I only needed a gift card and I was using Apple Pay. The card reader kept declining my card and she was very patient and came up with a solution so I could make my purchase.

Jamie groomed my 5 months old Shih Tzu puppy today. She did an amazing job, she did it the way I wanted him to look and she was done in a little over an hour. She is really a puppy whisperer. I recommend her especially if you got a new pup. We tried twice before and he wouldn’t let them cut his hair. Thank you Jamie

Gave 1 star for the fact you were open.Walked in at 3pm on Fri. The stores floors were filthy with dirt and dog hair.Went to the fish dept.waited for help 15min,went to cashier to ask for help he was very nice. No sales associates on floor at all. Left the store after another 20min.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Good selection for your furry family.My only complaint was roaches. I know the area has roaches but it’s unsettling to see them all over like this. Hopefully they can get a hold of the pest problem. I don’t want my dogs food to have roach eggs when I bring it home. Yuck!

Petco is like a supermarket for animals. You can buy food for dogs, cats, parrots, hamster, fishes, reptiles and other animals.There is fishes and reptiles for sale.Also there is medications and vitamins for animals.There is beds for dogs and cats.This is the perfect place for your animals.The staff was very helpful and friendly.I bought food and toys for dog.I highly reccomend this place to buy things for your pet.

Great experience and Jamie took great care of my pup, Lola. Usually Lola is shaking and anxious when I pick her up after a grooming. Yesterday she was just a happy pup. Turnaround time was 1 hour...AMAZING! I did a few quick errands and Lola was ready!

The employees made my aquarium trip a breeze. The short girl with dark hair, Chelsea I believe, was very helpful grabbing us plants. Although this store is a bit of a hike I prefer it, since the layout is easier to navigate, the selection is bigger, and the employees are more educated and helpful.

This is where I was able to find the GoldFish size I was looking for. As soon as I arrived they asked me if I needed help with anything, I told them what I was looking for and in less than 10 minutes I left the store with my fish very happy.
