I love this store and this location. They have the best coupons and sales, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There is rarely a cashier at the register but they have a bell to ring and someone always appears quickly! I shop for all my pets here... Dogs, turtles, fish, snail.. tarantula. Everyone.

I stopped by here a few months ago. I was driving in the area and usually don't come around this area because I live farther. However I needed some rabbit food for my bunny, so I saw this pet store and looked around to see if they had her food she eats. They did and I bought it and took it home, as my mom was driving home I started opening it I saw a maggot on the outside of the packaging. Thankfully there were none in the package but that says a lot about your facility and how clean it is if theres maggots on packages

This is a great store with alot of competitive prices and sales. The sales associates are happy and helpful all around. I will definitely be back to shop here, as the place I used to shop at ( hollywood feed) is going downhill in their customer service and merchandise quality and selection.

Skylar groomed our very anxious mini goldendoodle. The first time he went he was not a good dog for her, but Skylar said she would try and groom him again and this time he did great! I really appreciate her giving him another try and she does a great job. I am very grateful that she stuck with him and I highly recommend her. I have lived in different states and have always had great luck with finding good groomers at Pet Supplies. thank you, Skylar!!

Used the self wash station to bathe our dog. Was super simple to use and quick. 5 washes for $25 is a deal compared to what it costs to bring him to get bathed since he’s a short haired pup.

This place exists on the fine print details! Half of the things were excluded from my coupon and the prices they had presented on the tickets were the prices with the coupon discount! Unfortunately, they got my information, but I have blocked them, and will never ever return to this chain again. My German grandmother would refer to them as schiesters.

Great store! Took my Son's dog in to get her nails trimmed at the last minute and they took her right in. The young man that did them was great with her as she is scared of having them done. She doesn't like the sound but she will let you do it. He was very good with her.

My first visit here is to use the dog wash station. It was awful. I lost water pressure within 5 minutes. I was told that the water is on a timer, and they failed to reset it. When I was finally able to proceed, the tub filled up with dirty water and hair. I was then told that the station had not been cleaned prior to my use, sorry. Adding to this, the towels were stained or dirty. On a positive note, the dog cookies looked good and my puppy did enjoy it.

I’ve been frequenting this store for the past 3 years weekly. I’ve always purchased the larger bag of my dogs food and for over the past month and a half it’s not been in. I’ve loved this store so I’ve continued to buy the smaller bags even though they are not cost effective. My past two experiences at this store have been 1 out of 5 stars. Below is a picture of the food I ordered for curbside pickup which had a 25% off promotion (curbside pickup only). Not only did I have to go in and pick up the food, upon arrival they gave me the WRONG food. From there the shift manager, yes, manager proceeded to charge me for the right food. This came out to regular price and she says “ it’s not curbside pickup”. What should I do? Step outside the door and REORDER?! Are you kidding me? What ever happened to doing the right thing? Again, this store was always special to me but it seems as if it’s going downhill fast. A store within walking distance gave me this stores price without hesitation.

Generally I have a good experience when dealing with the company which is why it’s not lower than a three star but the rewards system has issues. I tried to apply points towards my online order, it took the points from my account but didn’t apply them to the order. The clerk at the store said they can’t do anything and directed me to corporate. A phone call to corporate went to voicemail and no one returned the call, so I submitted my issue online. Now we’ll wait and see what happens. The reward system shouldn’t require this much time and effort on my part.

Used the self dog wash for the first time. Was very happy with tub room set up. It was super easy and I didn’t feel rushed like I have at other self dog washes. They had everything I needed and I brought my own brush as their website suggested. The water was warm and my dog came out really clean and fluffy. Will be back!

I used to work at one of these exact stores in Medina, Ohio about 25 years ago so I'm partial to it. It's a nice large store. Huge selection of products. Some small pets, reptiles and fish. We got 6 albino Cory fish that my son just loves. Slightly higher priced for their fish than other local pet stores but we bought them anyway. The girl who helped us was very lackluster and too quiet. Lacked personality overall. What a shame.

Self service dog was is only $5 and they have everything you need.Staff is nice and helpful.Prices are okay but Walmart price is better for common things, however, they have a large inventory of pet needs.I go with my dog Scout a few times a month and always a good experience.

We love this pet store! They have a great variety of treats and toys for our two puppies. We also use their grooming and have always been satisfied. In between grooming appointments, we also use the self-wash dog baths which are nicely equipped with everything needed. While all of the employees are super kind, Ms. Lisa is definitely a shining star!In times where excellent customer service is often overlooked, this Pet Supplies Plus is a shining example of everything done correctly!

So happy we have chose Pet Supply on San Carlos in Fort Myers - love the staff and the products and all the dog food choices. Most especially we loved the self dog wash. We purchased the ‘probiotic’ shampoo with conditioner. Yep - great product and such a good idea for a dog shampoo. They have a conditioner spray also that we tried. Definitely getting that next time.

Great place with friendly staff. We were driving through with our 13 yes old mini poodle who is completely blind and stresses when we try to get her trimmed or nails clipped. But the girl today made sure she was comfortable with her then took her and clipped her nails and made sure she was close enough she could hear and smell us so she didn't stress out.

Always shop here for my freeze-dried dog food and treats. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Especially enjoy the coupons which are very appreciated as good pet food can get expensive. Only place we shop.

You can't get around it... Good pet food is expensive these days. There's much better cat food here than the super markets.However, make sure to sign up for the frequent shopper program, and you get regular coupons that help a lot over time. Especially if you buy a lot at one time.The only problem really is a supply chain issue. It sucks that it only affects some food brands (Royal Canin). I assume the higher demand food brands get bought out the fastest. I know It's not their fault just the way it is right now.
