We walked in around 7pm, the doors were unlocked and the sign was on. A manager, T, I believe, waited until 7:30pm to tell my friend and I that they were closed. They had a bunch of expired bags of dog food, mainly the old performatrin food.No one but Tyler welcomed my friend and I in, and he actually spoke with us and was super friendly.

I am so disappointed with the management here. Today when I was in was the last straw for me. I will never be back to this location again. I’ve seen and heard Gary the “store manager” talk badly to his employees. I’ve heard him multiple time yell at his employees as if they where nothing. I’ve seen this man look at his employees and costumers around me in inappropriate ways. His attitude with employees and coworkers needs to improve. This guy needs to work on his management skills.

Gary is probably the worst manager ever beware buying an animal there as he feeds them all the expired food they are supposed to throw away.. doesn't give his employees any breaks while they work and an all around pos corporate and the labor board have been notified of his actions I would never ever shop there he also likes to fraternize with the female employees

THANK YOU for having an extremely clean and organized store! The manager and staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their aquariums are clean and the fish are healthy, as are all the live pets they offer. Most importantly, as an owner of a larger reptile, they sell LIVE FEEDERS (both rats and mice). Constrictors are ambush predators, not scavengers. This is a caged reptile's enrichment, squeezing the life out of its prey. My animal does not eat carrion. They also have frozen, but it's been such a relief to find live feeders. Thank you again! I'm a customer for life. My snake is happy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🐍(This review had been edited to reflect the actual store)

This is by far my favorite pet store. Not only well stocked and super clean, this location also has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always ask if I need assistance and willing to take the time to answer all my pets needs. Recently recommended some helpful tips on one of our dogs eating and digestive issues which solved the problem at home. Richard runs a beautiful store and dealing with both he and Emerald makes shopping here a pleasure.

This is hands down my new favorite dog wash. (Wayyyy better than the place by Target.) The staff - Missy and her coworker (I didn't catch his name) were incredibly friendly and helpful!! The only bad thing is they don't carry Fromm. I will go out of my way to shop here even if they don't carry our food. Found a great price on a pet travel carrier that was $20 more at the big chain store. This place is a keeper!! Very nice clean store. Even the bathroom smelled amazing. I'd give more stars if I could.

Sometimes you can find great deals on dog food. I have found dog good and dog treats at 75% off best deals ever. I havent seen any lately though. It is VERY easy to earn points here.They have a great variety of foods treats toys and clothes for both cats and dogs

We visit frequently to use their bathing stations as well as purchase food and supplies. The store is clean and well stocked with various brands of food and treats. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. My fur baby enjoys checking out the toys and sampling the treats. Great folks.

Love this store! Tons and tons of items you cannot find at other pet stores. They sell so many fun and wonderful things including my favorite probiotic topical spray for dogs. Really a lot to look at and always something cute to see or find. They also have pet washing stations!

Only been here a couple times, but not planning on returning.When I tried returning a beta fish tank that had terrible reviews, a pink haired employee had a gross attitude towards me just for asking her if she could check in the system about returning the fish tank. When I told her I THINK I had it for two months she printed a receipt describing the stores policy in returns after 1month. Which is fine but then I asked her to double check for me since I could not remember… I don’t know what her problem was, but this girl acted defensively ever since I came through the door. I’m not supporting a business with gross employees -period.

Awesome store with fun people who make the shopping experience memorable. Built a fish tank for my daughter. The fish and live plants have all been incredibly healthy. I built a pretty awesome tank on a budget with supplies from there.

As a knowledgeable aquarium hobbyist, The fish section is incredible. From a diverse selection to the great health of all the fish, This place knocks it out of the park. My fiancé and I knew as soon as we started looking that someone actually cares about these fish. The manager even knew details most people dont about combating ich and took the health of the fish seriously. The tanks were even well aquascaped. 10/10 reccomend

The self serve dog wash was great. Tiled steps, tub, and sprayer. Towels and shampoos provided. I made a watery mess with my two dogs, but they do cleanup. Only $10 per dog. There was a groom table but I did not use it.

Ashley is the most helpful person Ever! Thanks to her and her knowledge of dog food my pup went through trama and ate the food she recommended. Also. Patience with me trying to find my dog a sweater and Jacket. Good place to go. She made the experience easier with all the anxiety of having a sick pet❤

Was humiliated & made to feel badly about my dog having an “accident” in the isle, offered to clean it since they had to mention they were short - staffed. My dog was next to me the whole time. Took my dog outside to check, was not wet at all, come to find out it was a dog who was in the isle before us. Please do not make people feel badly, especially when you made the wrong assumption. In a PET store. Ended up just leaving after the attempt of embarrassment. Have the RIGHT dog/owner next time.

Took my dog Daisy to visit who was having terrible allergy problems even Vet couldn't help with. Mgr there recommended Dna allergy test. Found out she has 23 different food allergies. We changed her food. Thank you Pet Supermarket !!!🙂

I have only had great experiences at this store. Today I went in looking for supplies for my dog who has a broken jaw. Ashley the store manager made sure I was getting all the right things and going above and beyond to make sure they’d work for us. She also showed great care and patience with my dog when he was in a lot of pain. I can’t thank her enough.

Extremely rude and disrespectful. Accused my family of stealing a dog cologne that we previously bought in their store and upon entering the store I showed one of the employees the two colognes I brought in. And when we explained to the manger Ashley told us that we still took it and because of that for now on they want us to pay before we we wash the dog. I proceeded to explain to her what happened and to ask the other employee if I showed him what we brought in she said she didn’t want to ask him. We asked her to check the cameras before accusing us and she said there is no need to because she knows we took it because she had two in stock and she only had one on the shelf. I wouldn’t recommend going unless you want to be falsely accused.

Great selection of premium dog foods, as well as toys, food bowls, leashes & collars and such. Not great selection for large birds, however. The prices are very reasonable, and they always have discount programs & coupons. Definitely recommend for dog products.

This Pet Supermarket has the NICEST AND MOST HELPFUL staff of any pet store that I have ever been in! I try to do all my pet supply shopping at this store! They are very helpful answering any questions that I have about products and cats. I recommend this store to anybody that needs pets or pet supplies.

Poor selection for anything but cats and dogs. On three separate occasions I've gone into a choir insects for our bearded dragon been told that they didn't have any and I should come back on x-date as that is when they are delivered. I returned on said date no bugs only to be told oh they're delivered another day. This place has been terrible for a long time and only seems to be getting worse I'm done going here even though it is the closest and most convenient to me.
