Michelle at this location has got to be one of the rudest people I have ever experienced. We have been trying to adopt one of your cats for going on two months now. We went into the store now for the 3rd time and ask Michelle to call whomever is in charge of doing the adoptions and she said she was unable to because they were working then we asked to leave our phone number and she just walked away. We even offered to adopt both of the cats because they grew attached to each other. At this point I think you guys would just rather keep the poor cats in the small cage for the rest of their lives instead of in a loving spacious home. What a joke.

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable and the fact that sanitation was a persistent requirement to enter the store was even more reassuring that this will always be my store as long as I'm a Fort Myers resident for all my pet care needs. Thanks Mr. Robert & Mr. Richard.

As an animal lover/rescued, I am not a fan of chain pet stores, AT ALL. I just rescued this almost 5 week old baby chiweenie (Chihuahua & weiner dog hybrid) who had been off his mother's teet and eating wet dog food for weeks! 😡 I was beside myself! Baby Kodiak couldn't even walk, stand, or sit up at 5 weeks! This pet supermarket is the closest place to my house, so I was forced to go there for supplies, which I was initially not happy about. But oh my goodness, the 2 female workers there were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to help me find what I needed, and affordable options since I have been pretty broke after having taken baby Kodiak Bearr to the vet. The thin lady associate with long brown hair helped me find a sweater small enough to fit my baby who weighs precisely one pound, she held Kodiak while I shopped, even gave me a free sample of dog food to try when he's old enough. This woman spent a good 45 minutes helping me alone! I've NEVER experienced service like this, she actually CARED about my baby; it was not about money, it was about helping me and Kodiak!While I despise chain pet stores, and refused to frequent them, I'll be back to this particular pet supermarket for all my pet needs; i have many rescues, so due to this particular fantastic associate I will be spending a lot of money there! I have two dogs, 5 parrots (one of which is special needs), 3 cats (one is special needs), and a fish. Yep, because of this beautiful hearted lady you'll be getting all my business!If all this weren't enough, This store has a vet every Sunday and you do not need an appointment! There are plans which you can pay a small monthly fee and EVERYTHING you can think of, medical wise, is paid for in full. Or, you can show up to get your pet their shots. For the full puppy shots and everything that comes with it, it's like 68 dollars I think? Whatever the price, after shopping around I've found that it is the cheapest.Yep, it's safe to say that I will never shop elsewhere for all my pet needs again.*I forgot! After getting my Kodiak Bearr on his formula, be began sitting up! Now he's walking, running, and even playing; Kodiak growls and play fights. I thought my baby was gonna die, and the vet said he's perfectly healthy so long as I continue formula!

My dog got a chicken bone and I had to really fight her on taking it away. So I went to Pet Super Market to see if they had anything similar. There was two people at the register. So I just asked both. One girl.was new , it was her first day. The gentleman training her said he'd be right back to help. So the new girl helped me. I found a few things to try because my dog is picky. I then asked thier policy on returning the unused portion, they said as long as I save the receipt. The new girl was really helpful. I never saw the man again. He went in the back and never returned until I was checking out.

Great selection of pet supplies. North Fort Myers store is clean and well ordered. As a chain Pet Supermarket's prices are a little higher than you'll pay at other chains, but if you're nearby they are worth a stop.

It's small and convenient. Has everything that would be considered a basic necessity. Lots of great startup tanks! Absolutely love the animals that they sell plus they look super cared for and that's a bonus! I wish that was a little bit more friendly and willing to help but the store is always clean and well kept!

This place is pretty good for a pet store. although, I would do your own research or even join a facebook group about the animal you are considering getting before getting it because pet stores still don’t offer the best information but, animals from here are pretty well taken care of. We got a guinea pig from here and they told us her gender wasn’t guaranteed and then she popped out some babies for us😅. We aren’t upset in the slightest but a lot of people would be so just a small heads up!

Amazing deals and great product. However you staff is unprofessional and immature. Little girls that like to gossip and cause drama in front of customers. Almost every single time I'm there. Hopefully one day you guys will put some more training or policies in force to assure your customers don't have to experience this anymore because it really is a shame.

We took are daughter here to see animal's and get some treats for are cat the staff was very friendly and allowed her to interact with the animals very patient and answered all questions to the best of there knowledge overall it was a great experience would return with my daughter again and also get more treats for zeus..have a blessed day

We were in the shop a good 40 minutes pacing back and forth the front of the feeder fish and crickets, there wasn't really a whole lot of people in there. A couple times I even raise my voice to get someone's attention they all seem too busy to help us. We weren't in an extreme hurry I was trying to be patient, customer service at this place is absolutely horrible.

I adopted 2 female kitties from these guys! I have never had female cats and the 2 I got needed to be adopted together. They love their new home! Sweetest girls ever. The manager helped us and he directed us to the food they have been eating. We bought EVERYTHING we needed to invite them in our home. The manager knew his products and gave the best recommendations! We are so happy to have stopped in that day and we will continue to shop here for Faith & Grace! ❤😻

New kitten 4weeks old needed milk and vitamins to feed her. They were wonderful! They knew just what we needed and told us much more! Have always gone here because the staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I get out family's ferrets and supplies here. Won't go to any other store.

Still a nice place. But was looking for something to help my cat's dry skin. There was not one product under $10.00.Since I've not worked for 14 months because of this Pandemic, I found a home made remedy - oatmeal ground fine and mixed with water.Another remedy is extra Strength Benadryl Gel for under $7.00. A store pharmacist suggested it - she is not an animal pharmacist, but said this will keep animal from licking and chewing hot spots and won't harm them if they happen to lick a bit. I rubbed it on his back. It calmed him down. I suggest if you use oatmeal and water to put kitty in bathroom for fifteen minutes so cat won't run amok through house. Bathroom easier to clean.Note to Pet Supermarket: lower prices you'll sell more!! People without jobs that have pets want to take care if them also as they are part of the family!

I like going there when I have a chance. They say hello and ask if you need help. What I do like is that they don't pester you. Always willing to go the extra mile when you ask them a question or try and help with questions about the dog food. Very knowledgeable staff in N. Ft Myers. Thank you to the staff
