Wow they got my dogs so clean-such an attentive team The owner is hands on and knows every dog that comes through the doors and every detail. the lady that works the front is like super women and our dogs live going there. Paws & Claws does a great job and coming from the East Coast of Florida - what a wonderful difference. the prices are half of what we were paying and the care is a thousand times better. thank you Paw's and Claws!

We took our 16 year old shih tzu to Paws and Claws to be groomed back in October 2023. They did a fabulous job. They took care to follow the request we had, due to her age. We scheduled to have her groomed again in December. Upon picking her up from there, she hardly looked any different than when we dropped her off. The only thing on her that had been cut, was her face. The body, legs, or underbelly had not been touched. We are so upset with this place, and they have the nerve to charge $73. I will never recommend them to anyone.

My dogs, Kyla (Sheltie) and Sage (Shih Tzu) have gone to Paws & Claws on Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers for several years now, and although their prices are higher & they are usually overbooked, I have never experienced such demeaning & rude behavior from the gal at the desk.Long story short, my Sheltie was due for a full wash, brush out & buttocks area & back of legs shaving. She kept there for 4 1/2 hours 10:30am until 3:00pm and I’m not sure exactly what was done. No shaving was done to her hind quarters. None. I’d already given a check with tip - then they brought her out.This woman saw our disappointing faces & offered to take her back to groom her hind quarters. After 4 1/2 hours - we said no.If I could have given no stars I would have. I’m so upset this happened, I don’t want anybody else to experience this treatment.Paws & Claws…you’re history.

My dog came back happy rather than terrified! The staff was beyond excellent. I have a long haired dachshund, she came back fluffy, soft and smelled great! I will definitely be taking her back. They were super fast which is great because I hate leaving her at the groomer all day.

I called at last minute since my Star looked very rough for quarantine and they gave her a schedule for same day and remembered her after 1 year and a half not going because we moved to cape. They always take care of her and cut her hair perfect. They are outstanding and recommend them to any pet lover.

My dog is very strong! It can be a difficult situation when he is forced to do something he feels is "unfavorable". I'd previously taken him elsewhere to get his nails clipped. They were expensive and not clipped properly. The previous groomer said they may have to put him to sleep to clip his nails if he doesn't calm down. I was very concerned and a little scared because "they have to clipped".So I did some research on groomers & read reviews. I called Paws N Claws and they answered ALL my questions. The receptionist was kind & didn't make me feel rushed. I couldn't bring my dog in that day because of my work schedule. She suggested their Saturday hours. That worked much better for me. From the time we walked in they made him feel welcomed. It smelled SO good when we walked in that it relaxed "me". My dog took 10 minutes and NO complaint from the groomers:) 1 of the groomers came out to talk with me & made suggestions for the next visit. His nails looked good & healthier! It cost me less than 1/2 of what I was previously paying.As a mom it's very important to feel good about where you take your kids..the 2 & 4 legged kids.I will most definitely return and highly recommend to others.I truly appreciate how they treated both of us.

This was our first “professional” grooming of our 6 year old Rough Coat Jack Russell. I’ve normally given him trims and thinning of his coat, but decided to try a local groomer. His coat grows out a few inches, and some owners don’t groom them other than light stripping. However, after we moved to SWFL from up north 4 years ago, and determined that since our pup enjoys spending a lot of days in the pool, a thinner coat would be beneficial. Patty groomed him, and did a fantastic job. Kept the slight roughed terrier look, as requested, yet smooth and nicely groomed. We are delighted with the service and will be a regular now.

This was Storms first visit here. I had reservations about getting her nails cut because her last groomer had difficulties because her nails are black.They did a great job with her bath and clipping her nails. She smelled so good when we picked her up. Will be back again soon. Thanks again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! The owner notched my dog's ear twice!! Let my preface this by saying that I use google reviews and always visit the groomer first to check out the facility and discuss what I would like to have done to my dog before I make an appointment. Now, with that being said, I met with and spoke with the owner who I felt comfortable with and discussed pricing and how long it would take to shave down my mini golden doodle. I even showed her pictures of specifically what I wanted and what I didn't want (trying to make life easy). I was told no problem. After dropping my dog off she called me back to say it would take longer and cost more. I don't know why she couldn't have come to that conclusion while I was standing there with my dog...but whatever...she had already started, so I said ok, go ahead and finish, we will figure it out when I pick him up. Five hours later she called to say she was done and that my dog had a "boo boo". My husband and I went in together to pick our dog up and were shocked to see what she had done. Our dog was shaved down unevenly...to be honest my poor dog looked like crap...but the part that's unforgivable was the fact that she took TWO chunks out of my dogs ear!!!! She played it down at first and then defended her work and then told my she didn't want my business...then tried to apologize for her erratic behavior and then said she wouldn't charge us anything. CHARGE ME ANYTHING??? What about his vet bill??? I've never had anything like this happen anywhere...none of it.

I brought my 30 lb cocker spaniel in for a haircut and I like to get him shaved around this time of the year. They did what I asked for and am happy. It was a fair price too!
