Decent store, horrendous parking lot, extremely dangerous getting in from westboud gladiolus, extremely difficult and dangerous to leave the parking lot. The there is not enough parking spaces, and the fact everyone is driving huge pickup trucks theres no reason to have tiny painted lines for compact vehicles. Decent selection on home improvement items in store though

Typical Lowe's store in that it is clean and nicely stocked, and the aisles are plenty wide. The parking lot was crowded, and it can be a little awkward getting in and out of this place due to the store being located at the intersection of two major roads. All in all, a good visit.

You know what to expect when you go to Lowes. Beautiful store with everything you need for your home and garden with great experts to help you along the way. This store is really nice and the people I spoke to were excellent. I could spend hours here looking at all the neat things I could do to my house. 5 stars

I really needed to find a way for Lowes management to recognize the outstanding people they have working for them at the Ft Myers Tamiami Trail location. We definitely had a SNAFU that was really F'ed up. I placed an order for pickup on 3/17 the app on my phone said everything was in stock and I planned to rent your truck to haul the items to my location. I needed to do it on the 18th or 19th because I had help available to unload it. I got a message that all the items were NOT in stock and then a message on the 20th that everything was now in stock. I called to get the order changed to delivery. I was told I would have to go through the Pro Desk to get that done. I called at least 10 times but not once did anyone answer. I also got at least 5 or 6 calls from the pickup desk about scheduling a pickup. I had one lady really tried to fix the situation but I didn't get her name. I also talked to a manager on 1 of these calls who walked to the Pro Desk while she kept me on the phone, everyone was busy at that time but she left a note and assured me someone would call me back. That never happened. I was then up North for 4 weeks returning on April 19th on the 20th I went in person to the store, all of the items were still at the pickup desk. Staff there said the order was cancelled and if I went to the Pro Desk they could take care of me. But the Pro Desk isn't manned on weekends so I tried to do it with the app and the items, even though I just saw them at the pickup desk and the order was canceled, didn’t show in inventory. Saturday evening I went back to the pickup desk and ran into Matt. Matt was able to correct the inventory issue. He place the order and scheduled delivery for Tuesday the 23rd. Because of the software systems it took awhile he printed the paperwork and thought we were set. On Monday I get a phone call from the Colonial Ave Lowes trying to schedule delivery of my order but they didn't have everything in stock and needed to reschedule my delivery. I went back to the Tamiami store and asked for a manager and Monica came and checked the software system and it showed everything was there and set for delivery tomorrow. But not trusting my luck I went back to the delivery staging area and found Josie who checked and the items weren’t there, turns out everything was put back on the shelf. Josie then found everything recreating the order had everything pulled and said we should be good and I left. Before I got out of the parking lot Josie called me and I went back in. Turns out because the order got transferred to another store they couldn’t transfer it back so she had to cancel the order from that store and recreate the order from her store. I also have a Pro card and get reduced delivery charges but it was not an easy fix to reduce the fee and we had to go through some more delays. So it seems everything is straightened out and I should get my delivery tomorrow. I hope this didn’t jinx it but I needed to thank Monica and Josie for the outstanding job of fixing a situation that should not be this difficult. From my perspective it seemed like there are multiple software system’s that don’t always talk together well. It should be easier to reduce shipping for Pro members and finally PLEASE get someone to answer the phone at the Pro Desk. Maybe someone that is dedicated to the phone and only sees in person people when the phone is caught up. I would like to say thanks to the ladies at the pickup desk who I didn't get names but appreciate the effort they put forth. Say thanks to Matt for trying. Say thanks to Monica for her help and a big shout out to Josie for her help.

We recently purchased an outdoor furniture set. Not only did the team at Lowe's do an outstanding job of helping us choose and load the set in our vehicle; they also were there when we had an issue. One of the chairs was damaged and they took care of us. So impressed!

I stopped in to purchase a few things. When I was ready to check out, I headed for self checkout and a cashier was there ready to help. She actually made the experience very complicated and confusing. She couldn’t get the transaction to process and suggested I take the merchandise to customer service however the path to customer service was blocked off so she had me move to the side so other customers could proceed while she juggled helping them and trying to find someone else to help me. I wished she had just left me to check out alone to start. I ended up frustrated and left without purchasing what I came for.I actually stopped back at the store recently and I had a wonderful experience in the garden center. I was purchasing bird seed and the lady at the checkout was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to be polite, accommodating and helpful.

Do not buy any holiday items. If anything is wrong with a holiday item Lowe’s except no returns after the holiday has passed.Bought GE Christmas lights that stopped working and now I’m stuck with them.

The store was much cleaner than the other stores in the area. Disappointed with the customer service. Lots of staff, had to ask for help, appeared to me to only provide the minimum and didn't make sure we got what we were looking for. My wife needed assistance in the paint area on a brush selection, no one helped her. We approached self check out, 2 employees were visiting right in the middle, had to walk between them, Felt like we were not even there, we were not acknowledged until we were done and interacted with the receipt checker, she was very friendly and talkative.

I returned a Christmas Tree (unopened) I bought in Oct. I didn't have a receipt, gal tried to find based on CC but she couldn't find it. She was VERY NICE, HELPFUL, ETC. She tried the 3 credit cards I have but one had new #s because it was a replacement card. She couldn't have been kinder and more patient but could only give me the current sale price - much lower than I paid. My fault for not having a receipt! But so disappointed to only get a store credit, not a refund.

This store has the lowest rating of all the stores in this area and it is clearly evident why. They have zero customer service and what associates they do have when you can find them, are typically pulled in so many directions that they cannot take the time to actually speak to you and provide you sound, quality customer service as well as product knowledge for the items that they carry. It took 15 minutes to pick up the phone (not exaggerating), and they’re unwilling to work with me in any way, shape or form to return a defective lawnmower because I did not have my receipt. Additionally, they said they would not return it, because “they no longer carry that lawnmower“. What I was told was, I could call Briggs & Stratton and I could send it back to them and they would Send me a replacement. I’d love to know how I’m supposed to do that? And where can I find a box to put the dang thing in? This is my last trip to this store because it’s Home Depot for me from here on out.

FIFI in the paint department gave us the BEST customer service today. She was stocking on the top shelf saw us looking around came down off the lift greeted us asked if we needed help. That’s GREAT customer service she was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate great customer service, these days it’s hard to come by. FIFI is a keeper Lowes is lucky to have her!!! Keep up the great job FIFI.All to often we come in here and seldom do the employees greet customers or ask we need help.Way to go FIFI.Fondly, KimL

We stopped in to purchase soil. After waiting patiently in the Garden Center line for over 10 min (one register down, one trouble with sale) the cashier was very unpleasant and unfriendly.Lowe's had the item on sale or I would have gone to Home Depot.

This place is horrible, I went into the lowe’s pro line which only had one employee working and the line was long. another employee came and instead of helping the next guest in line he took a person who just walked up to him while all of us been waiting for 10 minutes, I left the line because it was beyond ridiculous, went to self checkout hoping it would be easier, nope! Only 4 stations open with one person working with the line to the back of the store, Someone left something in the cart so i tried deleting had to wait for an associate to scan their code that took 10 minutes also. This place needs new managers. it was beyond ridiculous.

I bought 1 washing machine and a dryer that a fixed one over the other. I asked a friend to come and pick up my actual machines to deliver them to friends living 5 minutes away for on me. The day of Lowe’s delivery my friend had a problem with his truck and couldn’t come. The men’s who came to deliver the new machines proposed to bring them at my friends place. I was very grateful. But they never showed up at the gate of my friends and simply disappeared with the two machines. I called many times Lowe’s and even talked to a manager who told me he will call me back. But he didn’t do it. What a miserable customer service. Inefficient, they don’t care at all about the client.

I've gotten materials delivered to jobs and they've never gotten the order right, not one time. Half of the product they deliver is trashed. Ask an employee where anything is in the store and they'll send you to the opposite end of the store, not because they themselves are incompetent but because Lowe's managers and supervisors are incompetent and don't know how to train, don't know how to organize, don't know how to talk to people, etc.., and so their employees follow along because that's what's taught.

Remodeled my home and made several big purchases. Every aspect was a clown show. Ordered carpet, they showed up with the wrong carpet and then argued with me after I showed them the contract. Then stated they would put a rush on it, that rush was they forgot to reorder, then when they ordered it they said I put the wrong address (which they already were at my home) and had to reorder again. When they rescheduled they didn’t show up until 3 hours late without a call, then argued with me stating it was the same carpet. That is just the carpet purcahse. The cabinet design team is a joke, they f’ed up several other orders. A few team members are great, but most are Neanderthals, starting with their management team. Go to Home Depot, that is why Lowes parking lot is empty compared to HD.

I've been sitting here at the key machine for over 15 minutes. I have hit the button multiple times to no avail... approached a Lowes employee by the name of Wilfred. I asked him nicely to make me a key and he huffs like I was bothering him, he told me " I can't t do it I am in the middle of inventory. " I have worked retail and customer service all of my life and thats very unprofessional... I would evaluate your customer service skills because it's very unprofessional.... it's like telling table that's waiting on steak sauce to eat there steak and never return.... finally get someone to get the key made and you don't have the key in stock. HoMe depot is the only way to go steer far from this store...

The return policy and procedure is getting much better at Lowe's. Prices are reasonable and stock is often just a bit different than the orange one. I shop at both.

I needed assistance ordering products through the website to be retrieved at a Michigan Lowes. Chaniqua helped me at the Customer Service desk. She understood what I needed and placed the order for pick up in Michigan. She was also able to apply the Veteran's discount to my order. She displayed the very best customer service I've had in a very long time. Chaniqua was patient and kind and made me feel like an appreciated Lowes customer. She definitely is an asset to Lowes. Thanks so much!

At 915 am could not shop the light bulb aisle because this employee was on a lift, shut down half the aisle and never thought to come down and help us. No other employee in sight. Since this guy was in his 80s you think he would have a spotter.Had to go to Home Depot across the street.

Awful !!! SO SLOW !!!They’ve shut down all person to person checkout lanes except 1 lonely person in the lumber / Pro section.Checking out has GROUND TO A HALT !!there…5-10 people in line trying to get supplies, but must spend 30 minutes.

Even if I gave instructions where to drop the material, they dropped in the middle of the driveway. Blocking part of it. They should drop it in the back yard, 15 feet straight ahead. I PAID for the delivery.Lazy people.

Called ahead to make sure tile was in stock. Was told they had 9. Drive an hour to the store, and spent another hour looking with an employee. No tile there.

Home improvement materials, as well as appliances, garden center, lighting fixtures, etc. I was looking for lighting. There was a great selection and the prices were very reasonable. Also an amazing paint department, and they can match any color if you have a large enough sample to scan.
