absolutely awful. I come here every so often to see how this place looks and to see some cute puppies. This place used to be so nice and clean. As someone who has worked with dogs and puppies this is very irritating to see. These babies are playing, laying, sleeping, eating and drinking while covered in their own or another puppies urine. The smell in here is awful. You can smell it while standing outside the door. This place needs to be shut down to be cleaned. DEEP CLEANED. It’s not hard to clean some pee and stool. This feels like animal neglect at this point. Will not return again.The pup below was placed in the front window even though his/her WHITE patches of hair is stained YELLOW AND BROWN from pee and stool.

We had a great experience choosing our new puppy. Special thanks to Haley! She was so sweet and patient. We came in a few times over a month period to find the perfect pup. We are so happy with our new addition and vet said she is very healthy! Thank you!!

Was stopping by to see the puppies and found a dog on “clearance????” He was around a quarter of the price that they normally sell him for because he was almost 10 months old and considered not a puppy that would sell. He was in one of those 2 by 2 cells with just a blanket and empty bowl and not even a pee pad (which means he was peeing on the blanket and laying in it). He had pee stains all over his body and tear stains on his face that were so old they were actually crunchy, and he also looks like he’s never been groomed or bathed. We felt so bad that we decided to purchase him so that we could provide a better life for him. When we were purchasing him, we were told we would get a free toy for him if we wrote a good review which is the only reason why these people have good reviews in the first place! We took him to the vet that they chose and the vet told me he has a UTI, a “really bad” (their words) ear infection in BOTH ears, and roundworm (which is also contagious to humans). That is not only neglect/abuse but it is just sad to see these people only care about money.

The place was clean and smelled good. The staff was very kind to me. They took great care of all the dogs. They made sure the kennels were clean after the puppies had an accident. The owner was one of the nicest and most genuine person I’ve ever met. She really cares about what’s best for the dogs and was sweet to all the customers.

This place needs to be shut down immediately! POOR ANIMALS. They are on the cold ground, with a miserable dirty blanket (if they’re lucky) and covered in their own urine and feces. It is so sad to walk in and see this. As someone who works with animals, this is not only irritating but very heartbreaking to see. The way this place is kept is DISGUSTING and INHUMANE to these poor animals. I have been to plenty of puppy shops all over the country that don’t look or smell like this. You can even smell it from the outside. And once you walk in, it’s worse. The front of the store looks HORRID. Not to mention that when you walk in, no one will greet you, there is no organization. I have submitted a report to the U.S. Department of Agriculture yesterday. As you can see in these photos, these pets are not kept in healthy or even DECENT and RESPECTFUL conditions. I took a peek in the back and snapped a photo, and it’s even WORSE than what you can already see in the front of the shop. I feel angry and so heartbroken for these poor animals, just to know that when they are not being displayed all day, not being walked, groomed and some without water, when the store closes, the conditions they are put in at the back of the store are worse! SHAME ON THE OWNER!! I will continue to call the US Department of Agriculture over and over and over again until this place is shut down!! DISGUSTING!! ADOPT, DONT SHOP!

I recently stopped in because I was walking around the plaza for the first time. I was not acknowledged by anyone while looking at the puppies. I was the only one there other than the girl at the desk. Until a dog came out from the back and went up to me. I assume it belongs to the owner or one of the people who work there. I let the dog sniff me and it snapped at me, started barking as well. The girl at the desk said the dog gets weird when you make eye contact with it? Not sure why a dog would be let loose if it’s going to bark at people in the store. I was interested in a dog and asked about the breed. I was not told anything else after about the dogs. It seemed like they were not interested in selling. Very unusual experience for a puppy store.

Just stopped in to see the puppies…. almost every subsection had an abnormal amount of feces and urine. One puppy was eating its own feces. Nobody addressed us when in there, no employee or owner was present.The smell alone was overwhelming. No puppy pads/ newspapers. Feces and urine all over floor, the dogs looked desperate for attention. I’ve seen pounds take 10x better care for their dogs. We all left feeling guilty for even stopping in.

they have such cute dogs!!! but the place smells awful! they definitely need to do some more deep cleaning and keeping up with cleaning the pens and keeping the dogs clean.

We came into the store to look and ending up leaving with a beautiful French Bulldog as we were just visiting from out of town. All the staff was very welcoming and friendly to us. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for their forever puppie!

This place is horrible and sad. The dogs have no potty mats and just pee on the floor, all the dogs are wet with pee. They have no water in their bowls. It's quite horrible and my whole family felt so bad for those dogs. My 3 year old was so grossed out by the stench of the place we had to leave not that we wanted to stay and see anymore of the horrible conditions those poor puppies are living in.

We walked in not planning on purchasing but left with a beautiful baby Corgi! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offered me plenty of advice as a new dog owner! 10/10 recommend. I will be coming back in the future. Thank you Lil Rascals!

I don't understand all of the bad reviews. I guess everyone has their own experience and of course is entitled to their opinion. I, on the other hand would not normally buy a dog from a place that "sells pups" but we walked in as we were shopping around and fell in love with our new sweetie. They were all very pleasant and informative. (the owner was the one we worked along side with) We have had our pup for just over a year now and he is and always has been, very healthy and happy. Of course I would always say to adopt before buying but sometimes you just fall in love. Every animal deserves a chance with a nice and loving family. I'm happy with our choice. Our little Bentley is the Best! I sure wish everyone had our experience.

We purchased our Husky Shiba mix from here when he was still a puppy. He's very healthy no health problems. They do offer financing so that you can space out payments for your dog, the financing cost is kind of expensive but we were able to pay off the amount owed within six months. The setup they have for the puppies is great. They're kept in private little rooms within a big room so that they don't get overwhelmed and there's no fighting but everyone seems to have a companion we were able to play with multiple dogs but my husband fell in love with this one. There is a house dog and he likes to get up on the counter which is hilarious. They very kindly gave a puppy a bath before we took him home I'll just fill out all the paperwork and they do offer a variety of treats and pet supplies in case you want to get a special color for your baby when you pick them up. I highly recommend this place but keep in mind the life expectancy of the dog it's not an Impulse Buy. These dogs and puppies are so sweet if you decide to purchase a dog from here please keep in mind the commitment you're making to your animal

Many of these puppies look like they are sick with worms. Bloated bellies and rings around their eyes. Please get them to a vet. One puppy was very sick not moving. Also prices are too high for mixed breeds.

My husband surprised me on my birthday by bringing me to Lil Rascals Puppies. We are so in love with our Shih Tzu ❤️. The staff at Lil Rascals was helpful and very kind. My Thor received a clean bill of health when I brought him for his puppy visit! The store was clean and the staff was prompt with cleaning up messes when they did occur. He was adorable to begin with but once he came back from the groomers he honestly couldn't be any cuter!

Wish I knew who to call to report this place. The stench when walking in is unbearable, the dogs are matted, filthy, and one poor pup was so dehydrated he was drinking its own urine. I hope the right authorities find this place and shut them down. Very neglectful.

I had been looking for a puppy and I told my husband about this place. When I went there they were so nice and answered all of my questions with no problems. I told them I wanted a pomsky that hadn’t yet arrived and they let me pay for him so that he would be my baby as soon as he got to the store. Thy were so good and ensured that he was healthy and taken care of before I picked him up. I have no complaints and I am so grateful to have gone there for my now 3 month old pomsky.

amazing service ! We were so indecisive and we’re here for about 3 hours and everyone we spoke to went above and beyond for us! Haley helped us out and was very friendly. You can tell they care about all there animals here in a special way and we are so happy to welcome home our little pup :)

My daughter attended FGCU and the weekend of graduation we went into the store. i had been wanting a black french bulldog. And there he was! There were only 5 or 6 dogs in pens along the perimeter of the store(they don't keep them on the wall like some pet stores do). That was a year ago. He just turned one. Since he's black with big bat ears his name is Batman. He just passed the AKC Good Canine Citizen course and test and soon will become a therapy dog, hopefully bring some joy to elderly nursing home residents. i have had absolutely NO regrets from bringing him home from this store! Sorry...Went to the local shelters and all they had was aggressive, lunging, snarling breeds... not for me! Very happy with my choice!

Me and my family were done shopping at a near by store and saw adorable teacup puppies in the window and decided to go take a peep. The moment we saw this beautiful pomsky we knew it was meant to be! Customer service was amazing!
