I always try to support local stores instead of going to pet smart. This place is amazing and has options that you can’t find in other pet stores. We usually get our freeze dried dog food here as well as other treats. The staff is always super friendly and inviting great place to shop for your little friends.

What an awesome store!!! Went in looking for a birthday treat for my dog and was wowed by the amazing selection of treats and toys and anything else you could need for your pup (or other pet). Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for more!!

This place is so wonderful. They do same day (free) delivery... even on dog items. I get my food auto shipped but I also needed a crate yesterday and they were able to bring that to my door the same day as well.

Just got my first kitty in 10 years. Saw this pet store next to Whole Foods and thought I would drop in to see what they had. I was immediately greeted by Scott and his service wasn’t packable. He walked through the store with me, showed me the different things that were available. What I loved was that their family owned, they’re not relying on box store advertising, by customer Service. I found their prices to be extremely competitive with the larger stores. I love that they sell high-quality products, and run wonderful specials. I am only had Kitty for a week and I’ve been there twice and I really love their service in their products.

Everyone was super sweet. Love that they sanitize the dog wash between clients. Lots of supplies to use, they were polite and asked if it was ok for my dog to have a treat and what allergies he had. 10/10 for sure.

Love shopping at PetPeople with my dog. He loves walking in there. They have a lot of different food and treat options. Also high quality dog toys, beds and harnesses. The workers are always very friendly and polite. And they will always go out of their way to make your day. I recommend shopping here.

I am sooo happy to have found this little store with all of my favorite brands for my cats. Angela made my experience wonderful! She is by far the most informative person I’ve ever encountered working at a pet store. She helped me switch my kibble to try out a different brand to suit my senior cats needs.. and went above and beyond to answer the MANY questions I had. I can’t wait to shop with her again! All the people are super nice. My dog is really allergic to chicken and it’s in a lot of food but they worked with me to find something really good that he likes and his vet was happy with. They will refund stuff if it doesn’t work out and have tons of options in every category to choose from. See how happy and healthy this cute boy is!!!!

The DIY dog spa here is amazing! Kim showed us to the area when we first arrived and Angel checked us out “. Both were friendly and went above and beyond helping us wash Harley. Long story short…we had a bath appointment elsewhere that was canceled at the last minute because our big boy scared the groomer. PetPeople gave us a great environment to get Harley

The store is always my go-to shopping destination because of its excellent standards. ( Ft. Myers, at Daniels Parkway) Not only is it consistently clean and organized, but the employees truly make a difference with their friendly and welcoming demeanor. Their exceptional customer service is what keeps me coming back time and time again.However, as a pet owner, I do have one small suggestion for improvement. I've noticed that the frozen section could benefit from a wider variety of gently cooked dog food brands. While they do have a decent selection, expanding their offerings would be a great addition for pet owners like myself who prefer this type of food for our furry friends.Other than that, I have no complaints about this fantastic store. It truly stands out among the rest in terms of cleanliness, organization, and the exceptional service provided by its staff. I appreciate the effort they put into making every shopping experience enjoyable.I hope that the store management takes my suggestion into consideration and includes more gently cooked dog food brands in the frozen section. This small addition would make it a one-stop-shop for not only my household needs but also my beloved pet's dietary requirements.

Brought our standard poodle pup there right from the rescue and they set us up with the correct puppy food and toys.Employees are great and the store is nicely set up, would highly recommend stopping by for all your pet needs!

We purchased a pet wash package for $50, we have been here 4 times to take our dog for a wash throughout the week, however they always claim they are short staffed, I have tried different days and different hours. Pay your employees more and maybe you will fix that issue.

I have been to a lot of pet stores and have found Jennifer Gray at People to be one of the most helpful and knowledgeable employees there. She’s always eager to help when the others stand behind the counter to where I feel like I’m being ignored. I have a 9 year old Beagle that was being treated for pancreatitis. It was necessary to change him to a low fat diet and reduce his intake. The food Jennifer recommended has done wonders for his overall being. He’s not only lost weight but it running and jumping and playing again with my other dog. Bleu is happy and that makes me happy. If it wasn’t for Jennifer, I’d be dealing with another pet store.

Went to PetPeople for my daughter to bath her new large dog. They had two bathing stations one for smaller dogs and one for larger dogs. There was somewhat of a wait as the large station was in use when we arrived. We spent the time walking around to see what store had available. We found a few items to purchase since they were competively priced. Only issue was that dryer in large dog station did not heat up enough. We may return depending on experiences at other dog wash places we plan to try out and compare.

The staff of Hollywood Feed are ALWAYS friendly, offering any info or assistance you might need. Their policy of accepting return of an open bag of food if your pet(s) won’t eat it. (Hollywood Feed donates the open bag to shelters). Our 1 year old cats didn’t like a new adult food I bought and one kept throwing it up. I returned it and exchanged it for another type which, thankfully, our kitties like and eat without any puking.

So far I'm very impressed with Hollywood Feed. All the staff at the Ft. Myers location off Daniel's Pkwy have been very helpful in helping me with all the needs for my dogs. Love all the great healthy products they carry. If you want the best for your fur babies go visit Hollywood Feed.

The BEST pet supply store! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. Store is always clean and their product selection is amazing. My dog has an extremely sensitive stomach and the high-quality Hollywood Feed natural chews are the only chews that have not caused any issues for her.
