Boy, am I glad my golden doodles FORMER groomer was completely booked up, because I never would have known what a good groom is supposed to look like! The gals at DTDG are beyond friendly and extremely talented at what they do. My dog has never looked better, his ears which were neglected in the past by old groomer, are COMPLETELY clean, and my dog is over the moon. As am I.

I took my dog here for her first grooming and my first impression of the place was horrible. The place looked very dirty and they didn't let me see anything they were doing. When I picked up my dog her eye was bleeding and she wouldn't let anyone touch or get near her, she's traumatized. I'm never taking my dog back ever again.

The woman who worked there was very kind and thoughtful, she explained everything very well. This was the first time my dog has ever been to a groomer and she seemed sad to leave.

I waited to write a review because I wanted a few visits before I wrote one to see if the work was consistent...and it was. My puppy just began grooming visits and I was a little apprehensive about leaving him with just anyone but Dee and her daughter are pleasant..professional...knowledgable and friendly. The grooming on my dog was beautiful and he was relaxed and happy when I picked him up. The turn around time is acceptable as well. The quality of their work is outstanding and the pricing is reasonable. Will continue to bring my pup to them. Very satisfied.

See has been our pups groomer for 17 yrs. She is one of a kind. Her caring approach and love of all the dogs she works with comes out in her work. She is very professional with a personal touch. She loves what she does and we wouldnt trust anyone else with our Furbabies. I highly recommend her and feel rest assured that she is the best in the business.

Was a first time customer and a little leary taking my dog to someone new. They were very personal and listened to my requests. Dylan my baby was treated worth such kindness and was so adorable with a great cut and perfumed. A new customer for life. Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed.

Omg I can’t thank them enough my dog did amazing. I been cutting his hair because a year ago he was traumatized and wouldn’t let anyone else cut his hair because of that GOD only know what he went threw it was in Tampa by the way. But this place it was just perfect I knew it was going to work well when they didn’t call 5 minutes after dropping him off 😂 😂 and let me tell you we tried so many places but he has a new groomer now yaaaayyyy. Dee and staff take great care of my blind, deaf older dog, he always looks amazing and hes always happy and calm afterwards. Great groomer and great staff, always responsive to needs and individual issues. Great hours and convenient!!

I have three dogs. A lab mix, a Shi-tzu, and a part chihuahua/part shark. Dee grooms them so well that I drive from Cape Coral Yacht Club all the way to her shop downtown. She has a great pack. The dogs are balanced and even my chihuahua is relaxed! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Wonderful place, our dog Ella got her nails trimmed in less than 5 min. The whole time while one person was trimming her nails the other was petting her and kissing her face. I will be going back whenever she needs a trim.

I took my sweet Shih Tzu here about three weeks ago. After her groom, I found a cut on her face and on her neck under her right ear. I ended up getting cream to treat from the vet. I do not like giving bad reviews, but I will not be going back here. My dog is an easy girl to groom....

I paid $60 for almost nothing! They didn't de-shed, there was hair everywhere just lightly petting him. The owner(?) did not brush his teeth, or clean his ears. It looked like she just gave him a normal bath, for$60! Total waste.

Thank you Dee for taking our 2 precious angels last minute...they really needed to be groomed. They were so happy and looked so great when we came to pick them up. Couldn't have done better! Great location too. Reasonable prices.

We just left with our two older Shih Tzus. Loved the groomer, the calming atmosphere and the reasonable prices. Thks Dee!We've been to groomers across the Country, most are loud and chaotic, not this place, its peaceful, with dogs laying around snoozing!

Couldn’t be happier with the ladies at DownTown Dawg Grooming. Our St Bernard was extremely overdue for grooming and she came home looking and smelling like a million bucks. We will never go any where else. Thank you ladies for your hard work. You’re the best!

I called to ask if they could get my puppy ( a toy yorkie) in to trim his nails. They were very polite and told me to come right over. They did his nails in less than 3 mins and were so gentle with him. I would deff recommend this place to everyone!

Ok, So Im from New York City moved down and have been desperately looking for a groomer for my dog. I can not even begin to explain the groomers i have come across. The last straw was mobile grooming. OMG !!!....I called DownTown Dawg Grooming right away Dee the owner was professional and showed empathy for my situation. My dog was scheduled RIGHT AWAY. I then met the groomer Milinda. All i can say is "SHE IS THE TRUTH". My dog looks like a show dog again. Milinda is EXCEPTIONALLY AMAZING!!!... Immediately after the appt on the way home, i called Dee to rebook. THANK YOU DOWNTOWN DAWG GROOMING!!!!!!!!
