Absolutely horrible experience at one of the stores that I frequent often. At 9:41 p.m. a full 18 minutes before they close almost the manager is walking around telling people that they are closed and locking the door. At 9:45 a sister was standing at the door they open the door to let me out, let her in just to tell her that they were closed. This is absurd. I understand people have lives too but if you're open till 10:00, then be open till 10:00. Don't send the manager around rushing people as they are trying to shop, I purposely didn't buy things because I felt rushed to get out of the store that didn't close for a whole 15 minutes. I do plan on calling the management about this

Great deals on greeting cards here. Why pay $3 and $4 each in other stores when you can still get 2 for a dollar here at the Dollar Tree. Wrapping paper, beauty products even toothbrushes and toothpaste.Yes, lots of the stuff for sale here is cheap but you get what you pay for. Prices are clearly marked and much of it is now $1.25 instead of $1 but inflation is happening and there isn't much to be done about it.

The gentleman who works there named Willie is extremely kind and generous man. He was very kind to my daughter and I and would highly recommend a promotion or raise. He’s the type of person you want in retail that makes customers feel appreciated.

I arrived to the store at 7pm as well as 2 other customers to find the doors closed. Hours state until 9pm!!! Lights fully on and no one there. If employees have the freedom to leave as they please I can only the management. If there was some type of emergency you would think there would be a sign saying why they closed.

I'm only giving this place one star because I'm really tired of rude employees. For the last month they have been closed and the first time I called a month ago their excuse was the registers were down. I went back a week later to find the store was still closed with no sign on the door. I called multiple times and no one answered. I went back a week later and still closed so I called and a lady answered and said they still have not got anybody to fix their registers that they are closed so I politely explained that it would be generous of them to put a big note on the door so that people don't get upset that they are closed and don't know why. She said that there was a tiny note on the door. I explained to her that I looked at all the doors when standing out front and there is not a single note at all just carts in front of the door and she just kept saying there's a note.Called today March 19th 2022 to verify if they were open before I drove over and it sounded like an older lady answered. She was extremely rude when I asked her if she was the location at Sam's club plaza as She says yes with an attitude. I then asked her politely if they are open as the last couple times I've been there they have been closed. She immediately got extremely rude and stated Yes we've been open for 10 days with the meanest attitude I've ever heard so I politely said please the attitude is not needed thank you and she hung up on meI understand working at a Dollar tree is probably not your first choice of a job but it is a job and it's your job as an employee to have good customer service and that means in store and on the phone and if you're going to be rude to customers when they call, you probably should not be working in customer service.

Worst customer service ever. I was in line for 10 mins due to complications with an elderly woman. I went to the second open lane just to have him tell me to go back to line I came from. Then as the line is growing behind be he decided to reopen at this point the mass of customer have moved to his line leaving me where I was. I asked the cashier why he decided to do that and his response was because I need to cash out and go home! I will not return to this location due to lack of common concern. Not to mention the store smells like old and is never clean!!

Just left this dollar tree , bad customer service. The young blond manager was worjing the checkout lane complaining about having to be at work taking care of customers. Her exact words were , I do not want to be around people but I have to be here to take care of youal.Her tone and facial expression was nasty. So much for hi how are you thanks for stopping in. This girl should never be in a position of customer service. With an attitude like that she needs to stay home instead of making customers feel that she is doing us a favor

So this dollar tree isn't bad at all. That's not the reason I'm giving it 2 stars. Its has been getting better little by little. But then they mess it up by having a rude employee. She said her name was Rusty. This employee was so rude and disrespectful. Makes me really not want to ever go back to this damn place.

Big store, staff very friendly, but stock was slim. Hardly any art supplies and most items only had a few on the shelf. I may have come before they restocked but store was clean and organized.

I love going to the dollar tree and listen to the staff complain about trivial matters and work. Thanks for spreading your negative energy, because I'm strong enough to turn it into positivity for myself :) that said, they had Adrenaline energy drinks there, and the good flavors (e.g not cotton candy haha).

The store is very well maintained employees are very helpful and friendly! It's a pretty big store with a big variety of items compared to other Dollar Trees! Parking can be kind of rough because of the plaza that it's in other than that it's great!

I needed $5.00 in change. The cashier (Linda since 2015 ) said she had to see what she had. She didnt have much she showed me. Okay cool. I asked politely " may I have three in change" after purchasing two items , her response wasn't pleasant. Made me feel like I was a scum. I requested for a refund. I refuse to be treated any other way than the way I approached her. She clearly stated she wasn't goin to give me a refund. Called the manager stating that I'm causing trouble. I was shocked the way he came out the room rushing. The fact to this. It wasn't cool. I do retail and aware on how customer service works and the law that protects us while handling a register. There is visual and audio servilliance every where now a days. My refund was giving all good. There are good days and bad days. No matter what ,we should always be nice and been nice and smiling on a bad day with good intentions is an act of kindness and charity. Everything we do is written remember we all will have to respond to the Almighty God one day. I'm sure I will. Peace Mercy and Gods Blessing upon you all.

My experiences @ DollarTree are always excellent. I meet a variety of people & little kids that are an opportunity for me to share my many blessings whether it be listening to their stories or just sharing a word of encouragement, a smile, a hug, having a conversation of hope.The staff @ this particular store have positive & friendly attitudes. I have been going to this store for many years though their numerous DollarTrees in my area. The fact that they are not only kind & compassionate to my situation, I am disabled & sometimes a bit slow in my actions. I am treated with the utmost respect.I have always had pleasant experiences . I will always recommend this store to anyone. Kudos to them all!

Store was clean, i found most of the items I was looking for. As I was browsing the candle aisle the manager walked past me at least 3 times and was heard instructing her associate to "watch the black girl". I'm disgusted at this behavior. The cashier was incompetent I will not be returning to this store!!!

Well, it's less stocked in here than dollar general for sure. You don't feel like the walls are going to close in on you. They for sure need help stocking shelves but it's not so congested with inventory.

The last 3 times there, the lights were on, carts blocking the doors. Could not go in. 2 times someone came to the door, registers down or other excuses. Maybe they should close this location. Very disappointed!!!

Great friendly staff and lots of great items for a dollar or less - only issue is they need to have more organization around checkout/employee scheduling considering the popular location and heavy flow of customers almost all the time.

Hey! Love the store merchandise us great *however* in my opinion I'm concerned with one of the male cashiers at this location he works the morning shift.. he has a soft spoken voice was nice at first until several weeks ago he flirted with me in line his reg. was behind me and he came on to me and then attempted to grab my package if maxy pads and told me he would take care of me on his reg. I said stopped by saying no and grabbed my maxy pads from him. He's got a lot of "nerve" touching my products like that. In my opinion he should be fired and his paycheck should go to me for his inappropriate conduct it seems? Warning concern to you fine ladies out here... you may be next :-/ he seems rather rude... Where else can you get 18 FRESH eggs for a dollar? Coffee & tea, rice & spaghetti, soy milk, frozen garlic bread, and steamable frozen veggies, plus 8-pk AA batteries, and the entire line of L.A.'s Awesome laundry detergents which work great and don't irritate my sensitive skin. As I am handicapped, the employees often help me carry my groceries to the car, too, which is very considerate. The bathroom is the only reason I docked them a star. It requires a key, and is often dirty. Today, it was Out of Order -- again.

February 17th I'm up here to the dollar tree at 6:30pm in both of the doors lock in the blk guy want open the door he walking back in forth doing what Several people came up here and had to turn around
