No matter how busy they are, you’re always made to feel welcome and you just know that they really and truly care about all of their customers, because they treat you like you’re a member of their family. This is a pharmacy that’s definitely a cut above the rest!!

You have come to the right spot if you want a great pharmacy that genuinely cares and offers wellness consultations, products, CBD, and compounding! We have used Pet CBD from Cypress Pharmacy for our anxious and older dog. He was dealing with hip pain, and the medications we were getting were making him drowsy. The team at Cypress Pharmacy supported us and informed us about their pet CBD and all its great benefits. I have never been impressed with a pharmacy like I was with Cypress Lake . The staff was amazing and they had my prescription ready faster than any pharmacy I had ever been to. Today was my second visit to Cypress Lake Pharmacy as a part time resident. I cannot say enough about the staff and the service. They were recommended to me by a long time customer. My first visit was for a prescription which was filled while I waited and processed quickly. Today I was seeking a flu shot and my out of state insurance card. My carrier says you can be accommodated out of state but that has proven not to be the case. I was unable to get the flu vaccine through my insurance but the staff kindly advised me that they would be happy to provide it at a charge. I was more than happy to pay for the protection the flu shot provides. I received the shot with information and instructions and left feeling not only satisfied but happy to return home and write this review that is so well deserved. Thank you staff. You will continue to see me now and when I become a permanent resident.

Some vets in Fort Myers tend to steer customers to mail-away compound pharmacies but there was no benefit over using a local pharmacy. Cypress Pharmacy stands out for me with their superior service and the store is bright and immaculate. They’ve compounded different prescriptions for my cats a few times and it’s always a quality experience. They can put together different meds in one liquid which is incredible when medicating a pet with more than one prescription. Before they make your medicine they call and talk to you about it. It’s a very nice place to do business. Go there.

This is one of the best pharmacies I've ever been to. The staff are always friendly and go way out of their way to be helpful. They process prescriptions at the speed of light. You will not wait long at all. Speedy checkout. Reasonable medication prices. Cheaper than most pharmacies on much medication. They want to try everything they can to cut cost for you. If it is calling your doctor for a higher dose for example and cut them in half to make it cheaper. If larger strength cost less or vice versa. When it comes to insurance, they make everything understandable. You never feel hopeless. Is all about making the customer happy. Very knowledgeable staff. OTC are also affordable. A super clean family restroom. Front entrance and rear entrance along with parking in both. Everyone will greet you and everyone will give you a friendly goodbye. Definitely not a number. And if you are local or within a certain distance, they will deliver your medications. I live in the cape & Drive to Fort Myers just for this Pharmacy. I probably passed 15 or more pharmacies along the way. I like fast I like friendly I like items in stock I like knowledgeable staff I like friendly niceties I like compassion and affordability and being known by name. Give them a try and I guarantee you won't shop anywhere else. A Pharmacy was just a pharmacy before I went there. I'd imagine this service to be in a small town with the service they give. However, they do all of this with a large customer base! Always a handful of staff on duty.

I go out of my way to this pharmacy. TJ and JT the pharmacist and their entire staff are absolutely phenomenal and they remind you of what things were like once upon a time. They get to know you by name and they treat you like a person and not a dollar sign and sometimes even makes you feel like they treat you like family. There is truth and sincerity with everything they help you with. Knowledgeable and friendly with all of their staff. Given the choice I do not go anywhere else! Only in an emergency! Highly recommend them and if you have issues in dealing with insurance companies or problems obtaining prescriptions they go out of their way to help you get the approvals that you need or to tell you exactly what you need to do or have your doctors do in order to obtain what you need

They offer local deliveries which is a huge plus for someone, like myself, who has good & bad days due to chronic pain (spine damage-car accident). I have been using Cypress since 2015 and when I moved from Fort Myers to Punta Gorda, I switched most of my Rx to a chain grocer to make it easier for me - guess what -- I switched back to Cypress! I am more than happy to drive down once a month for my prescriptions! Despite the friendly folks at the grocery store, there are NOT T.J., J.T., or anyone of their wonderful staff. I will make my monthly trek because I feel like part of their family, just as I had since they were in the small storefront up the road. Thank you, Cypress fam!

Have you ever been to a pharmacy where you are greeted when you walk through the door? How about treated like a person?...a local delivery surface that brings what you need to your front door? What about a pharmacy where the doctors are up to date on current research and will return phone calls/emails? If any of that tickles your fancy, this is the pharmacy for you. For me, short wait times in conjunction with competitive prices are where it only begins!If you are like me, you would probably be thinking "whats the catch". I can tell you that in my experience, there have been absolutely no trade-offs. I have had multiple questions and have always gotten detailed responses from the pharmacists in a prompted manner. In my case, the prices have always been cheaper or the same as walgreens/CVS and they honor most insurances (mine is FL BCBS). I have never waited longer than 10 minutes, and if you can't stand that long, they have leather chairs. Additionally, they have always gone the extra mile to order the exact things I need, and they found ME a coupon that, to date, has saved me over $2,000. I am not exaggerating about that. I only have positive things to say about my entire experience here.I would like to end this review by saying that this a completely unbiased review. I was never asked to submit a review, and I am only affiliated with Cypress Pharmacy as a patient. I do not understand the few negative reviews here. They were either isolated incidents or simply fake reviews by people that work at CVS. I really hope that you believe me and all other positive reviews here. Thank you and God Bless.

I used to agree with alot of these positive reviews. Years ago when Cypress Pharmacy was owned by Beau Shipley...he was the best pharmacist and nicest person. I guess I got spoiled by him bcuz I could call him anytime with any question and he was always happy to help me. That led me to believe that all pharmacists were like that and when he sold the business to the present pharmacist I continued to call when i had a question or needed medication advise. I did this for a long time until one day the pharmacist blew up.at me over the phone and told me he was tired of me pestering him with questions and requests and he really made me feel like an inconvenience to him. I stayed on with the pharmacy but never called again for ANYTHING. Then last year just before Christmas they told me my daughters meds had been denied by the insurance company. I called the insurance company and was told that the meds had been approved but the pharmacy was refusing to fill them. I DID call them then and found out that they were dropping us as customers bcuz of low reimbursement...a loss of $16 to the pharmacy. When I protested he told me I could take MY scripts elsewhere too. My daughter and l are both on controlled medication and he left her high and dry to go into withdrawal a few days before Christmas. Her meds are high mgs and she litetally could have died from withdrawal. But this self-serving, egotistical pharmacist that I had been loyal to for at least 15 hears just dumped us without a care to our needs for a lousy $16 which I offered to cover but of course the insurance company wouldnt allow it. All I can say is if you are on controlled medication and you are getting them here you better have a back up plan bcuz this guy doesnt care what happens to you if theres a bump in the road with insurance or anything else.

This pharmacy is the BEST. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and professional. I have required daily meds (LOTS of them) for the last 4 years, since a 4 month hospitalization & diagnosis with a super-rare immune deficiency (ICL) at the age of 33. Years of dealing with CVS has made me hate pharmacies in general, but Cypress is restoring my faith in humanity. The first time they recognized me & called me by name when I came to pick up meds my doc had called in, I was almost weirded out - I see the same people at CVS constantly, and they never fail to treat me like my order is an inconvenience to them. Cypress treats me like a friend of the family. As long as they exist, I know where I will keep going.

Owners managers and all the pharmacy technicians go above and beyond to help there customers, honestly I don't know any other place that would stay open a few extra minutes later cause I was stuck in traffic. Won't happen again, but they are the best

I called them at 5:03 today and ask them if they could possibly wait on me so I could pick up my wife’s medications she needed because I totally forgot about the time. The young lady said sure no problem I will let you in. I told her my gps stated I would arrive right at 5:31 and she said once again no problem I will wait for you and have everything ready for you. I arrive at 5:31 rain and all and they are all closed off and drive right by me. Lol I will never recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!!
