The CVS automated answering system is painful. The system took four minutes of questions only to be placed on hold with the pharmacy.When I visited the pharmacy, staff told me for an ExtraCare member to have prescriptions delivered they must phone the pharmacy each time a prescription is filled. The CVS app does not have the ability to handle a profile entry indicating prescriptions always should be delivered. These prescriptions are for an elderly patient who does not drive and resides in an assisted living facility.Calling each time a prescription is filled is tedious and a waste of everyone’s time. The call cannot be routed directly to the pharmacy to set up delivery. We are considering changing pharmacies to accommodate delivery without the hassle.

Staff is super friendly and helpful.I can locate items that I am looking for and leave CVS as a satisfied customer. Their CVS Care Pass really saves money. I highly recommend signing up.

Just had a 5 star experience with the pharmacist who helped me with my medicine (RX). (Which had run out while on vacation), I ended up getting what I needed to get me home all within a matter of minutes and at no cost. I can't say enough positive things about my visit.

If you have a question about availability of a prescription, don't even bother. Drove to this store as another cvs said they had my prescription in stock. The pharmacy was so dismissive and told me it is on back order, which it hasn't been on back order for months. Wouldn't even look it up.

Customer service is outstanding from this location's pharmacy, to say the least. Susan, the pharmacist, went above and beyond to ensure that my prescription was filled, and was extremely nice and communicative. Thank you again, Susie!!!

Worst CVS experience ever. My sister had oral surgery, stopped on way home. Pharmacy closed for lunch. Returned at 3.... no time to do my sisters pain meds because only 1 person working. I tried to explain she was in pain. They told me come back in 2 hours. Returned, they told me they would call my sister when ready.. Nothing all night. Yes, she accepted tramadol from a neighbor because of the pain.... I called in the morning. Not ready. Different pharmacist. She told me she would have it ready in 10 mins.. she did.... This is totally unacceptable. So disappointed in this CVS pharmacy

These employees continue to have more tasks added to their already busy days, particularly the Pharmacy. How they can efficiently handle is all is not possible. The delays are brutal sometimes and getting someone to pick up the phones are close to impossible. I waited 50+ minutes, drove over finally n wasstill waiting when the staff waited on me.

Stunning incompetence. I've been transferring prescriptions here from Walgreens. The first one went OK and I got a three-month supply, but they filled it again a week later without me asking. The same thing happened to the second prescription. The third prescription, they sent me a confirmation email saying the prescription would be filled in two days. After hearing nothing for a week, I went in and found they had filled the first prescription yet again. I'm still waiting for the third prescription. No one could or would explain why prescriptions I hadn't asked for were being refilled.All three times I've tried to pick up a prescription, I've had to change registers (sometimes twice) or go to the consultation window for no apparent reason.Unlike Walgreens, the pill bottles on my prescriptions here do not list the prescription number, the date filled, or the doctor's name.My wife asked a pharmacy worker how many doses her prescription contained and the worker just kept repeating the number of milligrams in each dose over and over. My wife finally ripped open the bag and checked herself.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Absolutely disgraceful!! They did not have enough of the antibiotics prescribed for a serious infection for my nephew so my sister was told to return in two days when the medication came in. Two days later a different pharmacist is working and refused to give her the remaining medication needed. They also refuse to contact the staff that was in when she originally picked up to even try to verify and make things right. Oh and the store manager acted like it was a joke.

I’ve been trying to get a RX filled for 5 days now with no resolve. I was assured it would be filled today, as I am out of my medication. On hold for over 30 minutes each time I call. Poorest service I have ever gotten from ANY pharmacy ever! I will be calling corporate office.

Without a doubt, this CVS is best in the nation. I say this unequivocally having been in drugstores between Manhattan and San Francisco. The Pharmacists are very kind and understanding but very overworked because of their location near the beaches and the fact that CVS is known to be a good drug store.

They were extremely prompt! I pulled in and gave them my prescription and was kind of wondering why was taking so long, next thing you know about five minutes later he was already back at the windowith my prescription filled All at the same time. It made my day visit very pleasant for the day end it honestly made for a really easy day for me!

I critiqued wrong pharmacy when in fact, I went thru drive thru with some cold/allergy and bronchitis symptoms. I requested guaifenesin liquid and generic dimetapp and the tech did get it for me after I told her I didnt feel well enough to leave car. Better tx here than Walgreens.

Worst service possible. Had to return 3 times to have Rx filled. Drive through is a joke too. 4-5 cars inline at all times. Took 40 minutes to get to the drive-up window. And even though I filled Rx here before they couldn’t find my insurance information in “their system”.

Terrible. They were hopelessly understaffed. Our doctor had called in the Rx four hours prior and it wasn't ready when we arrived. They told me to return in 30 minutes. I did, and waited an additional 45 minutes. Then they did not have the full prescription in stock. I had to go somewhere else anyway. Meanwhile I had four kids in the car who were supposed to be on vacation. Disaster.

My interaction with Michelle tonight definitely does not follow the code of conduct of CVS Corporate that the company has so graciously allowed customers the opportunity to read on the corporate website. I will be contacting the store manager as well as their corporate office in Rhode Island I went into the Pine Ridge location for use of the money gram because of their location on Gladiolus was not working I was in the Pine Ridge location by 8:33 when I was approached buy employee wanting to know if I was sending or receiving money and I explained to him I would be sending money he was concerned he would not have the money in the drawer had I been receiving being they close at 9 p.m. I was then approached as I was on hold with MoneyGram by Michelle a management trainee I believe and was told I can not make any purchases nor have any transaction after 8:55 p.m. and I explained to her I hope to be done by then I have been on hold for at least eight minutes and MoneyGram said it would be done or expected wait time to be 12 minutes she continued to interrupt me as I was on hold I asked her to repeat what she just said to me because I wanted it to be very clear she again said I could not do any transaction 8:55 p.m. even though they do not close until 9 no matter if I was still on hold or not she was completely unprofessional confrontationalble rude dressed very sloppy I am not sure nor do I know of any company that would turn down a sale before the actual closing time of a store.I ask to leave my phone number and root my phone number and name down handed it to Michelle she crinkled it up threw it at me she is not taking my personal information to give to the store manager has I asked she told me I can call the
