The owner is absolutely amazing! I would give this business above 5 stars. I had a mobile groomer and unfortunately after the hurricane she closed her business. Thereafter, one bad experience after another, I was even told it was normal my dogs were acting lethargic and sick for the first 4-5 days after grooming. My dogs did amazing in barks and bubbles and are acting completely normal and happy! I cannot thank you ladies enough! Thank you Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Our regular groomer was unavailable for several weeks so I took to google to find a reputable groomer to bring my large fluffy dog to. Barks & Bubbles has great reviews but I was surprised by my actual experience. We were greeted by a staff member that seemed annoyed (we were 5 minutes late) and the only thing that was said to my beautiful, sweet, and nervous boy was “Oh wow, you’re really dirty and matted”. My heart sank, I felt guilty about being overdue for a groom and the vibes were not what I was hoping for, we pushed forward. They whisked my dog back and within a few minutes I left (tears in eyes). I was told it would take 90 minutes, after 60 minutes I receive a text that just said “He’s ready”, I responded to the text that I would leave as soon as my meeting was over. All in all it took me an hour from the time of the text to arrive. When I got there, my dog was freaking out, still very wet and the staff said “ He needs to be sedated for a groom, but you probably knew that already” Ummm… if I had ever been told that, I would have sedated my large, nervous dog for everyone’s safety. I left feeling like I had just been dog owner shamed. The staff spoke as little to me as possible, didn’t explain the extra charges or why he was still wet, didn’t offer to rebook an appointment when I picked him up. I’m left feeling like no one in this building likes me or my dog. It was $160+ dollars after tip.

Couldn’t be happier. One of my pet peeves with dog groomers is they will lock your dog up for hours before they even work on them, but at this location that’s not the case which is amazing. My pup was done within an hour of dropping him off and he looked wonderful! Ally did a phenomenal job and we will definitely be returning.

I recently relocated to Fort Myers and was anxious about finding a reliable groomer for my dog, considering my mother is a professional dog groomer and I understand how a dog should be groomed. However, after discovering Barks & Bubbles, my concerns were put to rest. The staff, especially Brandon, is very cordial and compassionate towards their clients. Brandon's grooming skills have never failed to impress me, and my dog always looks fantastic after every visit, complete with adorable hair bows!"

Love, Love, Love Barks & Bubbles! Our golden doodle, Hannah has anxiety issues and doesn't like being groomed. John and Peter took such great care with her. Her first "spa" appointment since moving to Fort Myers was a success. She looks beautiful and is happy with her summer cut. Hannah says thank you and we'll see you at our next appointment!

This play deserves each and every one of those 5 stars. The staff was super friendly and made me and my pup feel very comfortable. She got an awesome bath, cut, and nail trim and is back at home looking awesome! I would recommend them to anyone.

This place is amazing...very friendly, very clean, and excellent groomers. Our goldendoodles love having a scheduled appointment with their own personal groomer and are in-and-out within 2.5 hours...and look fabulous! They have a very stress-free atmosphere and our dogs come home happy and energized. We go to Barks & Bubbles once a month, and are so happy to have finally found our "forever" grooming salon!

Moved to Florida within the last year and my nervous dog was in desperate need of a groom since moving here. I had been bathing him myself since It was hard to find a groomer in the Naples area for less than $200. Moved out of Naples and found Barks and Bubbles. The staff was amazing with him, patient and understanding, prices are great, but the service was even better. They accommodated my last minute appointment change and when I picked him up he looked and still looks top notch. I didn't realize the distance from my house when I booked but I don't want to go anywhere else, absolutely worth the 30 minute drive!! Thank you Ally, Penny and Brandon, Atlas has never looked better!

We have been here twice. Today I asked for the Furminator package, he was so clean, and smells great. When we pulled up he was so happy to be there, he knew exactly where we were. Everyone is very friendly here.

I just picked up my puppy shih tzu and it was the worst grooming job I ever seen.I could see the moves of the shaving.The mouth area was not done at all.The wash was not great.Her hair was still wet when I picked her upOverall the style was chaoticLegs were shaved off ( I made a point of not doing it )Disappointed and won’t come back.

Brandon did an excellent job grooming my Bichons! He did the best ever on them, exactly what I wanted. I never knew how much wax was in their ears until Brandon cleaned them so well that ear wax came out for 2 days.

This place is GREAT!! I was looking for a place that my dog would feel comfortable and not like an assembly line where they do lots of dogs and then cage them until the next step which usually ends up taking 4 hrs.They greeted me right away and then I met the groomer who wanted to know how I wanted my Silky Terrier clipped. She was amazing!! It definitely was the best clip my dog has ever had and it only took an hour. I have finally found a place that takes great care of my dog and does an amazing job. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

Yesterday, June 8, we took our Dog Lily for complete grooming. She is a American Eskimo, all white. We were told to return in 1 hour which I thought was a rather fast grooming. We returned in a little over an hourand were shocked to see that Lilly’s mane had been completely taken off. I had taken several pictures to show the Groomer exactly what we wanted him to do. We wanted her body fur tobe short which was done. However, it was a bit shorter than we expected. We did not want her to have all her hair cut off without any style. When we asked why he had done that and hisreplied that her mane was matted which😢wastotally untrue. We told Jon the owner and the groomer that was not true because we had brushed her thoroughly before bringing her to the shop. Jon said he was sorry we were not happy but they done what they consider what was the best for the dog. No offer was made to give us a discount card with an amount off on the next visit. Thank God her hair will growback. In closing I just want to say this was our 3rd. Visit to the shop and we were thrilled to have found this shop with a positive experience. Needless to say we will Not return.We did not get the same groomer but had a different one each time. The 1st Time was great, the second time the female groomer did not trim her nails or clean the fur out of her pads. The 3rd. Visit is explained in detail. Thanks for listening.. Ann

I have been taking my Standard poodle for two years. Everytime my dog is perfect. Allie and the other groomers are top notch. John, the owner, is very professional. I like that there is no waiting time. I bring my dog in, he gets groomed, they call me 15 minutes out and I pick him up.

Brought my puppy here for his first bath Experience at the DIY bath area. I was SO impressed! First of all it was SUPER clean, didn’t smell or have hair flying anywhere. The owner John welcomed us like we were long time clients even though we have never been there. The staff all came over to see our pup and they all were so nice to him. Over all very impressed with this grooming salon.

I took my dog in today for a full grooming. I was searching for a new place to have her groomed after she got kennel cough at a different place. Barks and Bubbles did not dissapoint! The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. My little baby was done in 1 hour when I used to wait at least 3 at other places. She looks great and the price was exactly the same as what I used to pay. I was very impressed a d will be taking my pup back again!
