Maverick always has the best time at All American Pet Resort of Fort Myers! He is obviously excited upon pulling into the parking lot and most recently didn’t want to leave when I picked him up. I love being able to watch him play with friends and seeing him having fun makes traveling so much less stressful. The little guy was wiped out when he got home which shows he played hard during his stay. Thank you for loving my little guy when we’re away!

Our pups love it and get so excited when they staycation here. The staff is friendly and we can check in on the pups any time through their live cams. My husband and I had a destination wedding and the staff went above and beyond to dress our pups up on our wedding day and send us photos so they could be there with us virtually. It was a cute and funny moment that brought even more smiles and laughter to our special day. It's wonderful knowing they're in good hands.

WOW we were referred to this amazing place by our friends.They are amazing. They are open 24/7 for pickup and drop off. They love and take care of you pets very well. They are reasonably priced.The only problem I could see that they have is through communication or. The phone, never could get anyone to answer. But the best way is by email and or txt they are VERY responsive there.WE will be back.

This place is amazing and I totally trust them with our pooch. They are very on top of things and will text you with any information if they notice anything that might need attention. The facility is clean and the dogs seem to all be happy to be there. I love that the rooms come with camera's you can watch 24/7 and that our dog is always excited to go for playdates or long stays.

Owner beware! Dropped my gentle golden off on Tuesday and by Wednesday he was at the vet with injuries. The people at All American took NO responsibility for his injuries. No one saw anything despite claiming to have adequate staff and cameras everywhere. When picking up Louie on Friday there was no reduction or compensation to the bill. When asked if there was anything to offset the very expensive vet bill, the gal at the front desk said, "that would have to come down from management".Unbelievable that the people in charge of customer service have no authority to do what is right for the customer! Unbelievable.I will NEVER, EVER, EVER BE BACK!

I was trying to receive compensation for my dogs vet bills that occurred from boarding at this location. I have yet to be contacted after making numerous calls for a refund. My dog got sick with "Kennel Cough", during Christmas of 2023. So i am now going to contact BBB for them to handle this situation. I know that boarding places carry insurance for these cases.

We do enjoy All American Pet Resorts when we need to use them for boarding, daycare or grooming services. However, my dog got bit by another dog during one stay while he was in HIS suite. That turned into an $800 vet bill and they only thing we got was a “We are so sorry.” Now fast forward, I really need my dogs nails to be done and we are happy with the groomers here and would like to use their services. I have called and left a voicemail and so has my boyfriend. We get ZERO answer and ZERO return phone calls. This is the second time this has happened in regards to phone calls. It’s absolutely ridiculous and we are not happy!

We love boarding our golden retriever here, mainly because they are open 24/7 so you can drop off and pick up your dog at any time. The resort is clean, they don’t put dogs in cages, they also take them out to play 4 times a days. Which is nice. Some times they put your dog in a zone where you are able to see it as many times as you want during the day and even at night. I think is one of the best places to board your dog.

Can't say enough about this facility! We've done doggy daycare and dog boarding. They are super attentive to my dog's needs especially when he was in group play. They were able to figure out what playgroup would benefit him the best so he can continue doing group play. I love that when he comes home from a dog boarding stay he is worn out (In a good way) and gets a little report card telling me how his stay was. I refer this facility every time because it is clean, the staff is friendly, they are great at communicating, they are open 24/7 and the check in/out process is always so easy. We've been coming here for years and have been super happy with it!!

Been a customer here for years and I have to say they are the best with watching our wild child while we are away from home. They take the best care of your pet and give a report card to let you know how they did. Best part is the 24 hour staff, you can pick up your pet at anytime.

I'm never leaving my puppy there again ever. The 1st time I boarded my dog there she was fine. It's good they have cameras so you can watch your dog during play time. Mine is 14 lbs. and they're supposed to group them accordingly to the same size. My dog was in puppy play time with dogs up to 3 times her size! I saw on video my dog was mounted by the same dog multiple times and kept circling around her to dominate her. The handler was no where on camera and not watching the dogs. My dog laid on it's back because the same dog kept harassing her and she was stressed out. If you want your dog cared for while you're away I don't recommend this pet resort. I also spoke to the manager and she made an excuse that the dogs my dog was with were up to 20 lbs. which is bull.

I love this place, and more importantly, so does my pup. He's gone there since he was 4 months old for random daycare and boarding. He's now almost 4.Nobody wants to leave their pup while they travel, but the cameras make this bearable for us. I know all his basic needs are met, fed, watered, played with friends, safe, secure and mum/dad can watch. We often miss watching his play times, but we know he gets them (unless there's a reason why, like he was over tired or something). All the staff are great, efficient and kind. Manager Raine is awesome as is Kaitlyn and Lisa. They're all super! Our boy loves to snuggle in fluffy blankets, and chew nylabones, that's the only thing I wish I could pack for him.We recommend this place above any others.

I have a 4 month old puppy that stayed for doggy day care for the first time. Never once saw him on camera during the scheduled times they gave me for play. Brought him home with all the energy he has when he’s home all day. He’s a Pug so not a lot of energy to burn off. My point is that I don’t think he played much if any at all. But decided to give it another shot.Just now I Boarded my 4 month old puppy here for a weekend. They gave me a schedule again that they would follow for play time. Checked the cameras to check on my guy and again not once saw him (or any dogs) on camera at the scheduled times. No worries I thought. Today I went to pick up my Pug and asked about it and was told they get out for 30 minutes every 6 hours. All dogs even day care or birding get the same schedule. So they are put in a cage for 22 hours a day. I didn’t pay for a cage all day. I could leave them home safe for that. EVEN WORSE: my guy came him with a scar on his eye. I immediately noticed it when they gave him to me but they said nothing about it. Stay away if you don’t want your dog treated worse than if you would have just left him home for 6 hours at a time. We now have a major emergency on our hands and it’s been confirmed by emergency that it was an accident that happened within the same day. Keep your pet safe. Stay away.

Absolutely LOVE this place! All the staff is amazing. I am super protective over my boxer who has horrible separation anxiety. Any time I would call to check in on her (Yes, I'm that crazy dog mom!) they always let me know how she was whether it was good or bad. They always give updates to help put this mama at ease. Every drop off and pick up have been easy and our baby never hesitated to go or leaving.

We have boarded our two dogs here off and on for the last three years. We like the flexibility of dropping off and picking up at any time that fits our schedule. They took extra care with our blind senior dog. All of the employees are nice and we have had no issues. Conveniently located close to RSW airport. Highly recommend All American Pet Resorts of Fort Myers.

I have had my two dogs (Mason & Aspen) board and go to daycare here multiple times. The staff is incredibly kind and always welcomed my pups with open arms. My pups aren’t usually a big fan of daycare, but they always were excited to go here. I am usually a very anxious person, especially when it comes to my pets, but I always felt comfortable leaving my babies here because of how nice the staff is. The staff is extremely accommodating- the offer camera services and are open 24/7- and would send pictures periodically during their boarding stays. I can’t recommend this place enough- I am saddened that we will no longer have access to this daycare since we have moved. Thank you to the staff for giving us a year of wonderful services!

Having moved to the Ft. Myers area we needed a new place to board our two dogs. At this point we have just used the daycare option to make sure they fit in with the pack, and both passed with flying colors.All the employees we have met are great and I will post back after they spend a couple weeks with them. One of ours has EPI and will need special attention.

Dropped our 10-month-old Cavalier for an overnight stay this weekend. Staff were attentive, like that this facility has staff on-site 24hrs/dy, enjoyed catching glimpses of our Cav playing with other dogs on their camera system, called the facility after 9 to check on him and someone answered, gave me a status on his day. I had peace of mind knowing that he was being cared for and having fun. I will Def use their services again.

My adult dog enjoys coming to All American Pet Resort. We have boarded our baby girl at this location for the last 5 years. She feels comfortable and it means the world to me. It’s not easy finding a location that makes your dog feel safe, and cared for away from home and her humans. Thank you all so much!

This was our first experience (a few days ago) and I’ve already recommended this facility to three friends. It is staffed 24-hours which I appreciated, knowing all pets are monitored constantly. It was very clean, the dogs were able to spend a lot of time outside of their kennels, the staff was VERY friendly and knowledgeable. Proximity to the airport made drop off and pick up fast and easy. Definitely will use this resort again for pet boarding and daycare needs.

AAPR is the best. They take great care of my dog when she is there. They get to know the personality and temperament of each animal and provide care based on their needs. Shelby always leaves there very happy🐾🐾
