Don’t go there if you are black. Loss prevention will blatantly follow you and your children around until you leave. Don’t try to talk to the managers about it either because they will patronize you and disregard what you have to say even though one of the managers was also black. Crazy we still can’t shop in peace in 2024.

I have shopped here for 10yrs and always a nice store with good selection. We went 2 days ago after work and 3 workers about ran me over stocking shelves and never looked at me or said excuse me. They were loud and rude. The shelves were somewhat empty, selling milk that was expired next day, produce was rotten, holes in bags of produce. I told the manager and her response was its season now. I have never seen this store like this even after a hurricane. I am DONE with Walmart, plan to shop all local now.

I had the best experience at this Walmart. I found what I needed with ease. When I got to check out Lili was my cashier. She was extremely kind, very quick, and funny. She made me feel like she was happy to see me and made me want to come back.

I have never been treated like I was treated in this Walmart. I was purchasing three of the two pound containers of strawberries and made sure to check the prices before I got them. Posted on the too and bottom shelves as well as the big black price numbers on the front of the cooler was $5.44. As the picture shows, the price on each shelve has strawberry 2 (which I assume is the two pound box) $5.44. I did the self checkout and I noticed that I was being charged $7.86 for each of the strawberry containers. I asked the associate for help and she said that she could take them off of my order if I didn't want them but that was all. I asked her to just look at the strawberry cooler (which was in her sight range). Then, she said she couldn't help me. It was like I was being a bother to her! Like I was irritating her and taking up her time! There was no $7.86 price posted anywhere close to or on the cooler. I told her that I would get a survey and I would let them know...her words were... "Do what you have to do." What has happened to common courtesy? I would have been happy with someone having just showing me where I failed to see the price that I was charged, or an explanation. BUT... Just handing over that money, even if it was $7.26 along with the attitude irks me! UPDATE.... Thank goodness for employees like Elaine!! The very next day...... I showed her the pictures of the posted prices as well as my receipt and she said that I was over charged and she graciously refunded my money... even though she was supposed to be off work!! She is what a great employee is an example of!!!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Your soda machines never work.. your soda machines have robbed me my money numerous amounts of times and you claim the managers at Walmart can’t do anything about giving me back my one dollar. But it has happened so many times I have gave you Walmart free money just because of the soda machines because they’re broken and they’re never restocked..

Last night on January 8th, I had the displeasure of exchanging words with the electronics manager when I had an item ring up at check out full price after being marked on the shelf as a clearance item. First things first the price should have been honored, the manager Vince took advantage of the fact that I was shopping alone with my infant child and insisted he go back to the isle to see the mistagged shelf himself. I direct him to the isle I found the item and explained that it was on the bottom shelf. About 15 minutes later he comes back with a photo of the isle…. Minus the bottom shelf. I offered to walk back there with him and the begins to explain that another customer must have put the item in the wrong spot. Aware that this happens I double checked the description on the clearance tag to ensure I was grabbing the correct item. Rightfully Frustrated with the situation I told him that this happening was really annoying and that I no longer wanted the item. He then gets so unbelievably upset and threatens to have me banned from my local Walmart!!! I put my items down at the self checkout and walked out of the store. Vince proceeded to follow me and my seven month old son out into the dark parking lot at night as a intimidation tactic. I called the store when I got home in hopes to speak with the store manager. I’m told she’s not in and to call this morning between 7am and 4pm. Around noon I call and expecting the complaint who answers? None other than Vince. I politely acted like nothing and asked for the 1800 number. He then rudely asked me “are you the one I delt with yesterday?” I said “yes sir I just need the 1800 number please.” He then says “if you wall this store one more time I’ll have you arrested for harassment!” And hangs up the phone. I find the 1800 number myself and report the situation. Corporate representatives explained that there is zero tolerance for that kind of treatment from an employee. He added that he cannot ban me without corporate approval and that it can only be done in the event where a theft took place. None of those things were done. He told me to feel free to return to the store and that they would be handling the situation asap. I went in around 5 this evening to reshop the items he prevented me from purchasing yesterday and as I walked out of my car again with my infant child, he’s walking towards me. He walks to my car, gets my plate then stands by the front door to watch me walk in. He then goes right over to the girls at the self checkout to tell them then goes to customer service where he continues to watch me and make me feel extremely uncomfortable. Every isle I went down an employee would not long after, followMe. I eventually left the store because I couldn’t focus or at this point even remember anything I needed. I’m extremely disappointed with the way the whole thing was handled and with how easily he’s been able to intercept my phone calls to avoid me speaking to the manager. Will not be returning

Very clean everyone's super nice and helpful LOVE this Walmart, EXCEPT THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE NO MATTER WHICH DEPT YOU TRY TO REACH, I kno their busy but not so busy that they can't answer their phones, you can't even reach H.R Dept, can't reach bakery, Deli, Electronics, Operator, it doesn't matter which Dept you try to reach they DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES..... Otherwise i LOVE this Walmart, it's clean, employee's are nice, just need to learn to take customers calls, i would have given 5 stars but they don't kno how to answer phones

Prices are still ringing up incorrectly on a regular basis, staff we interacted with have been less than friendly recently, and they simply don't seem to care much about customer service anymore... Disappointing and will only go now if we have no other choice

Used to be nice when it first opened, now it's just another Walmart, empty shelves, rude associates (when you can find one) and interestingly enough every other week I used to go there and after 10pm they have no checkouts open except self checkout. Personally I'd prefer having a cashier do it, seems faster because the self checkout machines are constantly complaining about something.

Land of the walking Zombies. Employees unhelpful, customers service sign flat on the wall so it is invisible until you, standing right in front of it. Shelves so high you can't see over them to find different departments. Employees standing around when they could open more checkout lanes instead of forcing us to use self check-out.

Bicycle tires, my arm for bicycle tires... Another Walmart comes up lacking... Are bicycle tires the new gold or is Walmart forcing us to go to Amazon... Curious, are the tires that hard to come by or is it just the system they have set up... Fast moving products get all the attention, and the little stuff just falls by the wayside... Aren't there managers that walk the store checking shelves, do they know their product line in their area and find ways to get their products into stock... Or do they just walk by their areas and not pay attention? Been a long time since I was in the retail game, but this never would have been put up with back in the day...

This is a newly remodeled store with all new refrigeration for foods. It is extremely clean & well kept. The items are very well stocked.A great place to pick up delicious ingredients.

I found this guy heading towards the highway, so I corralled him to the supercenter. I was treated as though I was the bad guy! I asked on looker's to watch where he goes and I'd go into the store to inform the manager or security officer. She was rude, by saying"where, she couldn't see him" I told they're liable if he hurts anyone. She called the sheriff.

Watch out for ink printer fraud! Somebody in this store is placing empty ink cartridges on the locked shelves in boxes that appear to be properly sealed on the outside. My wife bought 2 ink cartridges last night 12/4/20 at 4:58 PM, for a total of $55. When she opened them at home, the foil bags were opened, and both cartridges had the peel-off covers missing. One cartridge didn't match the description on the box. When we examined the boxes, they appeared to be carefully opened and resealed on the ends.My wife immediately called an associate in the electronics department stating that she'd like to return them the next day and was told that this would fine. When she went to return them the following day, the assistant manager stated "We don't take returns for ink cartridges." The assistant manager refused to allow my wife to speak to the store manager too.Someone working at that store in Ft Myers Beach is ripping off customers.

This Walmart’s receiver and managers are. unreasonable. I deliver to this Walmart and they require to open up every box when there is a UPC code on the box. I have orders between 100 to 200 cases. Will not be shopping here.
