I really hate bagging on a store like this, but the pharmacy is struggling. They never have enough people working and sometimes I drive all the way here and there’s a sign out front that says the pharmacy is closed. They try to blame it on Covid but - come on. Walgreens’ pharmacy has been going downhill for some time now. They don’t have enough people working and those that do end up quitting because it’s not a great place to work. It used to be awesome. Not anymore. Sad.

This location is doing the driveway through COVID-19 tests in the same drive through lane as prescription pick up. Waited 45 min to pick up three prescriptions which took three days for them to fill. Then only two were ACTUALLY ready. Pharmacy tech said to wait in the back of the line, another 45 minutes to get the third prescription....After the second wait, I got a text telling me the pharmacy was “out of stock” of the medication I needed. Two days later, and I am having to return AGAIN.

Pharmacy has always had my medications in stock unlike other locations. Everyone is super nice, the store is clean and my waiting times in line, inside, are extremely fast as in under 10 minutes max! I've had to wait in line for over 45 minutes in some other Walgreens and CVSs.

I have never had a successful stop at any Walgreen ever.I went for the FREE FLU SHOT advertised on their sign and they tried to charge me $42. And they were unfriendly like every other time I tried to shop there.Another WASTE of my time by Walgreens.I hope to never have to go in one again. EVER!

On vacation, we have used this Walgreens for years. Came in with my elderly grandmother to find makeup. We were using the instore testers to find her makeup color. The staff was working on facing the cos wall, and all she would do is yell that we were not allowed to test the makeup. She never once offered help. She was a “beauty advisor” in her smock and was very unprofessional.

Just left this store in disgust, with COVID-19 on an increase in the state I find an older gentleman at the register with a mask under his chin, not behind the plexiglass. A senior citizen was asking a question at checkout and was told to take her mask off because he couldn’t understand her. Seriously is this the way Walgreen operates? I left and went to CVS where they understand precautions and social distancing.

This place has the absolute worst customer service ever. Any, and I mean ANY excuse they can use to close, delay, put off, or otherwise not provide their services, they will jump on. Been holding my medication hostage for days. No warning, no real reason. Sad, I MISS CVS

I enjoyed visiting this store. It was clean and well organized. The employee who helped me check out was friendly. I went in for a baby item and got what I needed on sale. However, I feel like some items are overpriced unless you use coupons and are a member. It was a great place for a quick stop for what I needed.

The worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. The customer service gets an F -.They are rude and dismissive and dont really care about the customers they serve. My last horror show was with the store on Pine Ridge... My God i have never been treated like that by a service entity.

Insurance was being very picky with my son's needed scripts when he got sick. The pharmacy staff was very kind to speak with our nurse to make necessary adjustments. It meant so much to this mom. Thank you!!!

This Walgreen has the worst employee. Old and grumpy. Go down the street we’re they are much nicer. Or across the street to CVS. They re really nice over there.

Only issue is that I'm guessing because of the safety procaucions put in place due to the black fungus from India being an airborne containament that can spread much the same as the the continued covid-19 virus pandemic.

Staffing was great had a very nice selection of stuff to buy I had a bacterial infection and this place had everything I needed to treat it and they did it with a smile

This pharmacy is worse then 1 star. Worse customer service and pharmacy in every way. Go down the street to the Walgreens on mcgregor!!!
