My 5 day stay was just what I needed. The location is perfect and right now there is a great view of the beach which is a block away. The beds are very comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need except cooking oil, salt & pepper. Management was very responsive which I appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful family trip to Fort Myers! Our Sun Palace rental home was absolutely perfect for the four families - we had a room AND a bathroom for each family! The pool and house were clean upon arrival and it was only steps from the beach. We did end up buying more toilet paper, garbage bags, and a few cooking items (olive oil spray, ketchup, etc) because those items weren’t included but the Publix was only 2 miles from us (and we had a car) - so it was easy! We will be planning another trip back!

We rented the house in fort Meyers beach! The house is amazing! The beds are and pillows are comfortable! Just wish they had the typical amenities like toilet paper and garbage bags for your length of stay.Very helpful when we needed to communicate as well!Will definitely book again!

Fantastic open floor plan pool was great short walk to the beach house keeping was 1st rate kitchen was well stocked beds were very comfortable lots of towels were available seen dolphins in the canel opposite the pool.area screened porch was great off the kitchen lots of beach items for kids close to the center of townAlready booked for next yearGreat place highly recommend 👌

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and still smelled brand new. The kitchen space was amazing and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were perfect with comfortable beds and the bathrooms were pristine!The living space was large with plenty of seating and a large TV. We didn't spend much time in there though because the front porch offered a relaxing beach breeze that we just couldn't get enough of!The location was perfect for us as well with just a short 2-minute walk to the beach with public access straightforward made it easy for us to carry our beach gear and enjoy what we came for - sand, sun and fun!!A short 2 minute walk in the other direction at the end of the street and we were fishing on the pier at Shell Mound House. This has to be one of Ft Myers Beach's best kept secrets!!At the end of the day we enjoyed grilling our catch poolside in the gorgeous private back yard. The pool was clean and refreshing and just added to an amazing experience.We will be back!!!

The house is very nice, looks just like the pictures. The house was very clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils . The pool is absolutely amazing and heated, we used it every day. Very close easy access to the beach. I did not consider all of the stairs when I booked it, it was a lot to carry all of our luggage, full coolers, and boxes of food up so many stairs. Would highly recommend this house if stairs are not an issue for you.

I rented Dock Holiday in Ft. Meyers Beach for a girls trip mid September. The house was insane! Way nicer than the pictures and the morning views of the back bay are to die for! The home was spotless, pool and outdoor areas were perfect. We requested a couple special things and the Sun Palace team delivered flawlessly. I will absolutely rent from them again.

Sun Palace in Ft Myers Beach was pretty amazing. Location was a block away from the beach. Pool was heated to perfection which was wonderful given the cooler temps. The home had more than enough space for my family & could easily accommodate 8 (comfortably) - 10 (pushing it). Only 2 full baths & a half bath so big group keep that in mind. As more things open around the area it will be even better. There are a lot of steps so for small children and elderly it might be a challenge. I would def stay there again.

We have rented three different properties in the past few years. All have been clean and well maintained properties. The management has been great to deal with whenever we’ve had any issues come up, and have taken care of them immediately. I highly recommend staying with Sun Palace next time you visit FMB.

We stayed in the Windswept at Mermaid Tales. Everything was great, except the floor was buckled going from the kitchen to the bedroom. Probably should fix as it is a tripping hazard. Otherwise the place was clean, updated and perfect for us. Still feel sorry for Ft. Myers as they are still dealing with the effects of that awful hurricane. Thank goodness the beaches have been restored and are wonderful!

Aqua falls was a great experience. Everything was just as pictures showed. Kids really enjoyed the pool area. It was almost perfect, the only thing that would need done was a screened in pool area. Short walk across the street to beach.

We rented a house at Fort Myers Beach for a week through Sun Palace and had a wonderful time and great experience. The house was exactly as described on the site and the communication throughout the whole process from reservation to checking out was flawless. The house was spotless when we arrived and everything was in good condition. The pictures of the property were accurate and we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived.We did have a couple of maintenance issues. I called the customer support number and reported the issues and was told they would send maintenance to fix it. The maintenance technician was there in about 20 minutes from when I made the call! He was very friendly and polite, and was able to fix the issues promptly. One of the issues was a couple of loose tiles on the steps. He fixed those and then went above and beyond by checking every single tile on both sets of stairs to make sure everything was good.We were very impressed with our whole experience and would highly recommend renting from Sun Palace. We visit Fort Myers fairly often and this was our first time using Sun Palace, but definitely won't be our last!

Communication with sun palace vacations is excellent, I recommend it.Key lime villas is overall good, excellent location, was clean , there was some dust because of the constructions around, something that we understand and a few cosmetic things that could be fixed like old toilet seat and chairs but overall was good.

We loved our stay at First Myers Beach - Beach Bungalow 2! It was very clean upon our arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Fridge has an ice maker and filtered water. Loved the midcentury modern furniture. The lower lever bedroom cannot be accessed from inside - it is a separate entrance. It worked well for us as our kids are older. It was a nice little suite with an en suite bathroom, table, fridge, microwave and it’s own screen porch. We walked to the beach (less than 5 minutes) and to town (just under 2 miles). Publix is about a mile down the road. The pool and hot tub were nice to have in the evenings. The iPad can be a little finicky trying to get the hot tub to heat up, but if you keep trying it will eventually work. Awesome place! Would definitely stay here again!"

I can’t rave enough about Sun Palace Vacations and specifically the customer service provided by Kathy. Our rental was well appointed with everything we could need. When an unexpected issue popped up with our rental ( outside of their control , the utility company needed to remedy) Kathy was able to find us another unit quickly. She followed up before and after to make sure everything was to our liking. The communication was excellent before and during our stay. We will definitely use Sun palace vacation rentals again. thank you so much, Kathy!

We stayed at their cornerstone property. It was perfect for a romantic get away there were so many extra amenities like beach chairs and umbrellas I was happy that we didn’t have to buy them. The property was clean. Our Wi-Fi went out and wasn’t fixed due to a problem with the condo association so they issued us a 400 dollars refund for two nights. We also had problems with the tv but maintenance resolved it within a day.I definitely would return!!!

I would highly recommend booking with them. The hostess was really great to talk to and very nice. The home service was second to none. Any problems we had or anything we needed for the house was taken care of in a timely matter. The house we stayed in, was clean, very well equipped with everything we needed, and verrrryyy awesome!!!! Thanks for helping us have a great vacation!!!!! 👍

Funky Conch in Ft Myers Beach was spectacular! Very spacious. Brand new and high end. Equipped with everything you may need. Beach access straight across the main road (one block). Very short bike ride to Publix.

We really enjoyed our stay with Sun Palace, particularly Flip Flops Forever! The house had everything we needed and more! Comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels! We loved the deck and quick walk to the beach! 10/10 !!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is about 1/2 a block from the beach and they provided nice amenities for the beach stay along with a hand trolley to bring all of our stuff over. Friendly bike rentals local for easily pick up and drop off. Nice enclosed backyard for some privacy. The home had pretty much everything we needed. Publix is close for your grocery needs.

Nice clean place and great location- close to beach, grocery store and Times Square. More plates in the kitchen and more chairs at the pool would be nice. Other than that it was perfect.Fort Meyers beach needs to recover from hurricane Ian to make it the vacation destination of the past.

We recently stayed at Crain’s Perch and loved it! It was a short walk to the beach where we found lots of great shells. The beautiful private swimming pool was heated, with areas for shade or sun and had beautiful palm trees surrounding the backyard. We loved hanging out at the Tiki hut during the day. The putting green provided lots of fun competition, as did the corn hole and ping pong table. The fully equipped kitchen open to the family room and screened in porch was a great place to cook. Did I say FULLY equipped kitchen?!?! It made cooking easier. The big screen tv was perfect for watching football playoff games, and each bedroom had its own tv for the non football watching guests. We also watched movies downstairs in a very comfortable game room area. There were also several great restaurants nearby, many with live music. I don’t want to forget mentioning the elevator, which made transporting luggage and groceries up and down a breeze. It is one of the most meticulously clean and well decorated homes I have ever booked. We had a blast and are looking forward to our next stay at Crain’s Perch. ❤️🌴❤️🌴

I will never rent from Sun Palace ever again. We rented the Grande Palermo in Fort Myers Beach a couple weeks ago for 7 days. While the house itself was a very nice home, when we arrived Saturday evening the pool was green. It was late so I called them Sunday morning and got a message that they were closed. I called back first thing Monday morning and they told me that the pool company may not be able to get there that day but if not they will be there first thing Tuesday morning. It's now Tuesday around 10am and still nothing and the pool is getting greener and greener. I called and talked to Mary again and she told me that the pool company will be there real soon. I waited for hours and no one showed up, I called Sun Palace back 4 times and they did not answer the phone any of them. I left several messages. It was now 4:30pm Tuesday evening and I knew they close at 5pm so I drove to their office. I explained the numerous phone calls I made to them and she told me they are short staffed so it's been hard keeping up with all the calls. She went and got Mary for me and I showed Mary the pictures of our very green pool and asked why no one has been there to clean it. She also made excuses that they are very busy. They called the pool company while I was there and told me they will be there that evening. Around 5:30pm Tuesday evening, a pool guy shows up and wanted to argue with us. He was very unprofessional and "ignorant". The pool was so badly green it took 24 hours and them coming back 3 times to clear the pool water up. That puts us at Wednesday evening, so that was more than half our stay not being able to use the pool and dealing with this while on vacation! Mary who is the General Manager at Sun Palace was very unprofessional and all she did was continue to make excuses. The house we rented was very very expensive. This should never have happened. We will be going back to Fort Myers Beach to rent a house but will never rent from Sun Palace again. I hope the homeowners see these reviews!
