CREEPY BAD !! AVOID IF YOU CAN !!!Before Hurricane Ian this place was fantastic. THE nicest pharmacist’s, we got all our vaccine there too. Now, just RUDE untrained staff who clearly hate their jobs.When we got wrong medicines, their first reaction is to play dumb, until you get SO FRUSTRATED that it seems you’re arguing with them. It is really sad. So, we battle the traffic and go to Pine Ridge Rd. They are SO accommodating and helpful. Like the beach used to be.

AWFUL !!! So sad compared to what is was before hurricane Ian. It has been re-staffed with rude, uncaring pharmacists. It’s a problem for us to drive down to Bonita, but we will NEVER go there again. Just sad !

My wife picked up meds and after getting home she noticed they were not the same shape as the old ones. Since CVS in iowa had recently refilled a prescription WITH THE WRONG MEDS, she was suspicious and called the pharmacy back to make sure she had gotten the correct meds. The CVS employee was very rude and told her they do not make mistakes and that she didn't have time for phone calls because there were people waiting at the counter

This store is a huge benefit to the island of Fort Myers Beach. The store and CVS has done wonders providing a full assortment of products and being there for its residents

Typical CVS...but not a typical CVS. This business definitely caters to being close to the beach. Whether it is their extended clothing options or the beach accessories, they have a wide selection to choose from. What I did notice they lacked that other CVS stores have are inexpensive folding chairs. The cheapest one I saw was $50-$60 while other stores would have some in the less than $20 range. Other than that, store was clean and the staff was friendly. They tried to sell me some monthly plan where I would give them money, and I declined.

I’ve lived right down the street for almost 10 years now and I’ve never seen such horrible employees. You got one employee that literally tries to hustle you into buying a credit card type deal every single time you go in and absolutely refuses to let you use self check out. Haven’t seen her in a while so you must’ve replaced her with the drunk guy that follows people around “helping” them after they’ve said no thank you to his drunken assistance.I get it hard to hire right now, but you could definitely be better

I live in Miami and come to Ft Meyers every year . This year I came to CVS for some emergency groceries and I was amazed with the customer service at this store . The employees were so helpful and so was the store manager Tony. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this store for any emergency needs .

i was a week in Fort Myers Beach and came to CVS. We have where I live CVS also. This store was so clean and Karen and Tony was really helpfull to me... Friendly and hard workers... Different then with us. Your store is great

This pharmacy is very busy almost all the time because I am pretty sure it is the only one on the island! With that being said I would love to give a huge shout out and say thank you to the Pharmacist Ally she has been more than helpful, all ways in a great mood, professional and always made sure that she has all my medications in house every month! Also a big thanks to all the pharmacy technicians and Pharmacist as well, they all are very professional as well and willing to help with any of my needs or questions! I definitely recommend there buisness!

The WORST pharmacy! Stay FAR away. The Pharmacy Manager Allie does not know how to run it. I was 15mins early for my Covid test, however had two people in front of me take over 40mins. By the time I got to the window she told me I was late and would not give me my Covid test and that I should of called to let them know I was in line. That is NOT the protocol and here I was thinking I was patiently waiting because they were taking FOREVER. They also have cameras to prove how long I have been waiting in line. I asked why she couldn’t give me the test and she said there’s appointments after me, however by the time I got to the window there was NO ONE in line behind me. This is unacceptable! Allie you should be ashamed & embarrassed and should seek courses on how to be a manager. I also have proof(photo w/time stamp) of me in line before my appointment. I WILL be taking this up the chain of command.

Face masks are not state mandatory, but your cashier chased my 8 year old and myself out of the store because my child did not want to wear a mask. You lost a customer but you gained one star rating. Read your State publications and get informed.Hey Rich if you can't read what law says get back to your basement. We the people want to live free so spare me of your liberal agenda.

What a fun cvs! The local beach merchandise tiki hut area is adorable. A lady in the store with me asked where something was and an employee from behind the cash register came out and volunteered to show the customer where the item was. Overall friendly and easy to find what I was looking for.

My husband and i went in to buy a couple of things. two women who worked there were hostile and approached us and told us to hurry and get out, as they were closing. they were mean, and we only were going to be quick. very rude. do not recommend.

JILL the nighttime manager is completely rude and ridicules customers for not wearing a mask for medical conditions - even though it is none of her business. Would recommend customer service training for this employee.

The worst experience at this CVS Store 7001 Estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach...the female associate ..short red head communicated to me it is law wear a mask .....do you people at CVS really get it ..educate your associates to communicate properly...I will never purchase there again..Trust word of mouth is constant...
