I tried to purchase a lottery ticket with cash. Gentleman behind the counter would not complete my order unless I picked my five dollar bill up off the counter and placed it neatly in his hand. I don’t come on an expensive vacation to cater to the places I am spending money at. If it had been a bucket of change or I was being rude that would be different. This is just ridiculous and not very good for a tourist town.Update. Owner responded to negative review 5 months later but responds to good reviews immediately. Clear that if owner wanted to do more than a PR statement she would have simply pulled surveillance video right away and no further investigation would have been needed. Gentlemen simply needs training that suggests he should perhaps be willing to retrieve money from the counter rather than have customers leave with that revenue his boss lost. Over the course of the week I would have spent at least couple hundred.

Twice this happened to me with the same person working! I have been going there for 9 years and have bought my lottery tickets there… In those 9 years I HAVE NEVER been told you have to wait 10 minutes so he could start the machine both times!! Both times was on Wednesday (8:45p.m) (8:05 p.m) the same person ( NOT ZIGGY).. Then today he told me he was the Manager YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME for real…Absolutely no customer service was given with this person that is for sure!

I live on the beach and love to stop at this 7-11 for gas and other quick trip needs.Unfortunately for weeks now the gas prices continue to go down here at this particular 7-11, but the pumps are out of order. Hmmm???

Lynn is very helpful. And Jessie is too. 2nd shift leaves alot to be desired. Walked on slurpee all over the floor with an employee standing there on his phone texting. I love this 711 and hate to see it go to hell cuz employees don't care. I'm just being honest.

Seriously, read ALL the reviews… something isn’t right, the clerk was disturbing, rude, vulgar, rushed, running us out. Super odd and honestly scary behavior! @7-11 I see all your replies, why is this continued abusive and unhealthy service going to be enough? Like how many years? It’s been at least 2 already. Scary place, AVOID.

Blonde lady snapped at me for putting onions on my 5 dollar overpriced sandwich, apparently theyre only allowed on the hotdogs. Took two people the register 5 minutes to ring out two customers all the while watching me like i was robbing the place of the “hot-dog-only-onions” do yourself a favor drive a mile down the road there’s a better store

Stopped at this location last night and it cost my son to buy 3 drinks and 3 ice creams $27.00. Talk about price gouging, considering the drinks alone at any other store cost you $1.79 for a bottle of soda.

They have no gas and no air in the air pump. Shouldn’t be advertising gas prices or have the air pump turned on if nothing is working or available.

False advertising on fountain drinks. Clearly posted on the dispenser is $1.19 for up to 52 ounces. I have a 48 ounce insulated container! Counter clerk insisted I pay $1.49 for "THERMOS" (which is a brand name not a size) ! I asked her if she was OK with deceptive advertising and she indicated she was. Poor snowbirds screwed again !!!

Possible credit card skimmers on pumps.Bought gas there, an hour and a half later a declined charge for an "herb" shop came thru with a notification.

Visited daily for coffee whilst on vacation. All to often staff get overlooked in reviews but I must mention that the staff here are great! Friendly, welcoming and helpful 👍👍👍
