Just like to say how amazing and surprised I was when I realized I left my coffee on the back of my truck and drove off.When I came back I was expecting coffee all over the place. To my amazement, all the coffee was still in the cup with just several scratches on the handle! Only posting because I was so shocked! Love my Yeti’s!

Amanda, Andrea, and the yeti team in Fort Lauderdale took care of my fiancé and I like no other. We wanted to give away 10 oz lowball yetis for our wedding favor, and no one was able to get the quantity in store for us. We drove from NYC to pick up our yetis in store and the customer service from start to finish was the best I have received from anywhere else. Unfortunately, due to shipment issues our order was going to be delayed a day and Amanda reached out to us at 11pm to let us know even though it was after store hours. She knew we were going to start our journey early the next morning and didn’t want us to waste any time. If you have an idea, the Fort Lauderdale team will do everything in their power to make it happen and they did. Thank you Yeti Fort Lauderdale!

Outstanding customer service. Bought a tundra and a few other things and Jereme answered all million of my questions. Extremely helpful and they give a sweet deal to military and first responders. Never bought any yeti products before because I thought “they were overpriced and overrated”. Now I understand the quality and it was worth every penny and then some. Fantastic value. Staff was very helpful. They swapped the hardware out for a different color for us on a new cooler purchase and then carried the cooler out to the car and loaded it up. Yeti products are obviously top notch, and today the service matched. Thanks!

I’ve always had a great experience with yeti products, but today I experienced the WORST customer service ever at the Fort Lauderdale Yeti store. I had forgotten to use my first responder discount when I first purchased a product. Therefore, I wanted to return it and buy it again along with another new item I wanted and use my discount to save money. Something that would never be a problem somewhere else as I am simply doing a return and buying new things. But a man that goes by the name “CGAFFNEY” as it states on my receipt, decided to give me a very hard time and as soon as he knew the situation, started being disrespectful and not wanting to attend me. Management had to come in and listen to my situation, which I can say she handled much better than the male employee. I saw no reason why the man had to be so rude to me, for doing nothing wrong. He should be reprimanded and be trained better for customer service. Now I never want to come back to this store and that’s a huge bummer because I love the brand.

New store is much smaller and less exciting than the old one, but staff was super nice.We stopped in on a trip and I thought I would be visiting the old store that was much bigger with exclusive stuff like engraved mugs and shirts that are only available at the Yeti physical stores and not online. A lot of the older photos here are from the old store and not the current one. They just recently moved to a much smaller storefront about a block down. The inventory was very limited and they didn't have much that you couldn't find on their website unfortunately.The staff was wonderful and helpful, and we did buy a few things for our trip, but I definitely felt a little let down by the new store experience.

So when you customize an order, it’s done in Mexico? I’ve been waiting for weeks for them just to find out that their customization is done in Mexico!!!! so it takes even longer why isn’t this being done in America? Why does it have to go to Mexico? Ridiculous. So much for the all American! :-/

Never walked into a Yeti store before. Truth be told, I didn't know it existed. Seeing the product in person makes a huge difference. Online shopping is great, but once you see the stuff in person, you realize that the prices are worth it. It may be a bit more expensive as thermos and outdoor products go, but the quality is hard to beat.The employees make all the difference. Super personable and helpful. Knowledgeable too!

I understand how most outlet stores operate and as the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for” but when I visited the Yeti store with my family the service is so dangerously good that you have to be careful not to spend too much money in there! The young lady at the counter was more than courteous and efficient with balancing all the customers in the store but also very knowledgeable and able to give fair recommendations.

Called today and spoke with Michael about making an exchange. He immediately said it would be no problem. Arrived at the store and within 10 minutes made the exchange. Incredible service not seen often with most businesses. Hats off to Michael, he even checked on my carto be sure I didn't get a parking ticket.

Needed a replacement part for my Yeti cup, called the store and spoke with Andrea on the phone. She was super helpful and was able to get me the part that same day.Great store with friendly staff. Way to go Andrea!
