Very large store. Very expensive store. However, if you need it now, it's one of few options. What can I say? Its West Marine. Not known for their smashing deals. However, they will price match Amazon which makes it much better.

I haven't hit up a West Marine in a while as the ones by us up north closed. We stopped into this location to grab some fishing poles for the kiddos while in Florida.Unfortunately they don't have much of a selection for younger kids that are still getting acclimated to using different types of poles. If we needed some equipment then we would for sure be here, but younger kids don't need to spend a fortune to have a fun time.

A good place to find all materials and equipment for the yachting industry. They exhibited everything in a large area. I think you will have a pleasant shopping. The team is professional and knowledgeable. You can get help in everything.

Great service but it would be nice if they had the convenience of keeping things in stock to justify their prices. They have many sales and deals on items the store is clean and staff always ready to help with most questions.

Thurston and Charlie in the rigging department hooked me up with some good service. I managed to load up on other stuff while I was there, I can always get lost in a good west marine store.

They are very disorganized. Can’t ever find anything, ordering parts is a nightmare. Go to boat owners warehouse across the street. Better pricing and employees .

This is not the place for marine hardware. They are more of a clothing, accessories, and lifestyle store. We were looking for a dockside electrical pedestal, which was listed on their website as available, so we drove there to purchase one and were told by staff that they don't actually stock that, but that it can be ordered and takes a few weeks. Half the staff had no idea what an Eaton pedestal was. It was such a waste of time.If you're looking for a Yeti, this is definitely the place. Otherwise, make sure you call around for marine supplies and dockside hardware.

Jeff and Deb continue to exceed expectations when other employees brushed me off after I was looking for a bahamas courtesy flag. Jeff and Deb searched every inch of the store and found the last flag they had available the day before I departed to the bahamas. Excellent doesn't even cover their level of customer service. We are in the boat business so have been to more than my fair share of West Marines and this one is insane. They have everything you can ever imagine from a West Marine even stuff online that's never in any other stores. Prices with the gold account are awesome. I wish this was my local store!

Ever since they built this "flagship" store they have been stocking less and less of useful marine stuff. Seems to be moving to mostly a clothing store.Cashiers are slow up front and the pro side is randomly closed.No mater hie many times I go in 1 day I get harassed at the front door by the guy asking if I need help.
