Auto Care Center here is the worst place to any vehicle for service after asking to speak with the store manager 3 times and speaking to 2 very " Rude " women who acted as they are ...I finally spoke with the man who was the Store Manager ( Kenny ) at least I believe he was ..because he was very polite ..and I m sure those women have probably been having their abrasive and abusing ways at that Walmart Auto Care Department for a long time ...had to watch over and lock my vehicle just outside Auto Centers lot as I could not trust the employees or the ones just hanging around ..note as I was waiting due to the incompetent women in charge , a security store employee was grappling with someone just outside the said lot to Walmart...and the( women in charge) all found this and their behavior to be funny and amazing ...even after I praised said security twice for his efforts to Walmart in handling, the what appeared to be a shoplifter , just look at me as though he might be dealing with me in the same manor .... Nastiest group of Walmart Supervisors and employees you'll ever encounter! no ⭐'s really!

This country is going to hell! Every day there is worse customer service and less respect for the consumer everywhere. I just left Walmart which is located at 2500 W Broward Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 and I have received terrible customer service at that location. I arrived to buy some men's colognes, which are locked up. I asked three people who work in that department and the three women answered me almost the same way, "I don't know who has the key". Aren't they employees at that place and should at least know how to guide me, help me, or at least direct me to the right person in charge? Or stop what they are doing for a second and try to solve my problem? No, quite the opposite, none of the three cared about my interest in purchasing the product. At the end, I ended up leaving that place and convinced that from now forward, I prefer to buy my colognes on Amazon, and I'll never expect to have to deal with Walmart ever again. Walmart has the worst customer service in the world. And every day we see more of this type of behavior throughout the nation. This beautiful country is no longer what it once was, and I say that with pain in my soul because God knows how much I love my country.

The auto care service and the employees were horrible. I had an appointment at 8am to change the tires on my vehicle that I purchased online 2 weeks prior. They haven't taken my car in for 3 hours while letting people for other services ahead of me. One of the mechanics, Christopher had rude comments, lady at the counter barely replied to hi to me not to mention answering any questions or phone calls because she was on her phone. They were all acting like they were doing me a favor. I felt discriminated at that location. Thanks to the integrity of the staff I lost my doctors appointment and have to take another day from work. I reached out to customer service, spoke to a rep and she said someone from the upper store management will reach out to me. Noone has called me since. I guess the way the employees treat customers reflect how the upper management cares for the customers. I will never go back to this location.....

Micheal that works in pharmacy was very rude along with another lady that was Hispanic was very rude, me and my mother in law approached asking if she could purchase prescription glasses at pharmacy the lady never said anything and acted like she didn't hear what we ask, then the phone rang and she started talking full conversation to someone on the phone but we had already asked her before phone call, so I was asking again and the lady saids wait I'm on the phone but we were there first as she knew. So this guy Michael comes screaming at the top of his voice I will take you over here can't you see she is on the phone, so I tried explaining but verbally Michael was very rude, and sarcastically said you want my last name too when I requested his name to write this rating. People are so very rude now days and unprofessional concerning elderly and handicapped. Probably nothing will be done, but it's worth writing to let the world see the disrespect at Walmart Supercenter on Broward Blvd!!!!!!!!!!!

She refused to help me period!!! I only refilled my gallon water jug and told her they didn’t have the option on the screen at checkout. As much as I come here to get water other cashiers would go get the coupon code to ring it up. She said, “we don’t do water refills” there was another guy with 15 jugs refilling water. I said ma’am I come here and refill my jugs often they always scan a code and she said I can’t leave from over here to get anything go get in the checkout line. Really?? On a Black Friday in a line longer than the wrinkles on her face you want me to wait all day for one jug??

My first time in this particular store. It was very busy and I noticed that the shelves were well stocked. I found my items easily and they were in abundance, however I had to find a worker in order to get them because they were locked away behind glass doors. Am going to assume it’s for preventative measures as the worker wasn’t fluent in English so she was unable to explain when I tried to ask why.Over all it was a good experience. Well done Walmart.

Visited yesterday and was dissapointed that they barely had Any Hanes or FOTL Tees. If you know the feeling of having to catch a flight and its your last stop,you would be too. Staff just walks past you in this one.

Not enough employees. the line to pay Igoes around the store. I was about to pay the cashier said sorry they just close my register. They had like only 5 register open the self checkout line was going around the store. Team leads and managers didn't care

In my 10 years of living in Broward County I have never been to this Walmart. I was pleasantly surprised! Not bad at all. It was later in the day and staff were restocking and moving merchandise around, but it was clean and I could find most of the items I was looking for. Worth visiting - lots of touristy trinkets to buy as gifts for out of state family.

I would like to thank ms Clara and the manager she told Clara to open on register 7 I proceeded to get in line u was #1 however register 5 opened and Mrs Clara continued to clean and disregard me I asked wasn't she opened but Clara replied go I'm not in a rude way thank you for your customer service wow!

The most disgusting Walmart you will ever visit. Open food wrappers everywhere, from trash shoppers (thieves). Not nearly enough staff. The staff that's there hate their job appearently. It's dirty, and employees are extremely rude. Unfortunately, it's the closest one near me, but only go for 2 items. I want to shower after leaving that store. No exaggeration. They do have cops sitting out front all day and night. One bonus.A bonus, as well as a hint that maybe you shouldn't even enter.....

Don’t return anything at this location, they want to give you nothing for it. Tried to exchange a gift from my baby shower that I know was purchased at a Walmart, but didn’t have the receipt. I got a premie as the gift and wanted a larger size; the manager said we would only receive $3 per set as credit ($6 total). The original total would be $20. Like how is this even legal?! They doing people wrong!

I dread going to this Walmart only because there are very few actual cashiers checking people out. The line for self checkout is almost always wrapped around the entire store while there are numeros EMPTY cashiers lanes.

What a terrible location! On arriving to town we stopped to grab a few things before getting to our hotel. I honestly don't know how this location is still open. As you walk up to the door you find that non of the carts are in working order. They have some sort of gate as you enter that will sound an alarm if you want to go back and get a better basket (yes, I figured this out the hard way), ALL of the women's makeup (no matter the lowest price) is locked up behind glass. Then you have to find an employee to open the glass just to get a $1 item. Honestly, that should tell you enough. But to make matters worse they seem to be understaffed leaving the remaining employees very testy. There was no announcement that they were near closing time until someone walked up to us to say they would be closing in minutes. I highly suggest you find a Target or a WalMart in another part of town to do your shopping. Publix is across the street but honestly this seems to be a sketchy part of town and would just look elsewhere if you have the chance.

Just your average Walmart experience. Decent prices, less than average workers who range from useless to apathetic and disconnected. I simply don't ask them anything anymore because not a single time I have asked has anyone given me a complete and coherent response, but prices are good. Just got me a great laptop for $150.00 which I am using to write this here review. Thanks Sam!

Self checkout line 4 machines down only 4 working, Billion Dollar company can’t hire more cashiers nor have working checkout lines.Whoever is the Store Manager should be fired, no reason for a 30+ customer checkout line with 4 self checkout machines out and only half working.

Walmart+ subscription is not worth getting. Walmart is not set up for delivery service. Every second delivery was late and never arrived. Grocery charges for groceries not delivered take up to 10 days to go back in the bank account. Customer service agents make promises that they can’t keep. All in all a 1 star rating is more than generous.

The supermarket has many fresh products, updated daily, cheap prices, but on weekends you have to queue for a long time, so you should go on the first day of the week and you will be comfortable.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I have ever seen the store messed app in order. I have been trying to fix the issue for the past 5 days when I call. They do not answer when they do answer. They tell me they don't know what to do that I have to come in. I have been down there 3 times I do not have the luxury of just leaving at any time of the day for my job to handle something that I have already paid the store to take care of. I have been hung app on 6 separate times and I'm pretty sure they are just ignoring my number. I have never heard of customer service being performed like this. I will not be recommending Walmart to anyone anytime soon.

In Florida on vacation. I work for Walmart in Canada....I was actually very disappointed in one associate who was doing an online order and was getting butter, as I was looking for whipped butter. I asked her where I could find it because I didn't see it right away, she looked at me, turned around again and said, I don't know, and proceeded to ignore me. Terrible customer service. Just so happens, my husband was behind me and he noticed it on the top shelf, above my head, and pointed it out to me. So I showed her, and told her I wasn't impressed, regardless of the fact that shes doing an online order, she should still take the time to help a customer. I tried to do the survey, but being a Canadian, I couldn't do it. Even when I'm finished work and I'm shopping on my own time, customers will ask me questions, and I'll still take the time to help them out. That's customer service!!!! Something Sam Walton would be proud of.

I needed 2 items out of a locked cabinet in the cosmetic section. Lady restocking it, said she didnt have the key and couldnt bother to call someone to open it. I guess she was too busy with her airpods on, talking on the phone. Horrible customer service!
