This was my first time using Walgreens photo instead of CVS. My order was completed but they lost it. The lady at the counter seemed careless and confused. She finally called over a manager, tall guy. He looked and then told me to wait while he went somewhere else. I stood there for nearly 10 mins with my baby, and turned to see him checking out people at the register. Idk what was going on, I left then. This was all while another lady was having an issue picking up her order and several others couldn’t use the photo ordering computers as they both seemed to be out of order. Nuts!

I would like to complement one of the employees. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was working the evening of 1-11.He was about 5’5, im guessing either African or Haitian ethnitcity. Without going into too much detail I just want to say what a kind gentleman and truly helpful, thoughtful and really gives me faith in humanity again.Bless you, we need more people like you!

I made an appointment online, when I got there the technician at the pharmacy, with attitude stated, the pharmacist is not here he will be back in an hour?? I was like What??? what was the reason to make appointment then?? She just start raising her voice and say: "what do you want me to do? he is not here, and he is the only one that can do Vaccines" not even an apology or we're sorry, she just don't care about the customer's time and effort to get there. The associates of the store don't care about customers at all, there was no manager or someone that will at least apologize for making a customer set an appointment, and not be there. SO IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MAKE APPOINTMENTS ON THIS STORE they will not respect your time. They don't care about the customer.

GOTTA RECOGNIZE KERR! This lovely lady took the time to search and find my photos tbat I could not locate! She took my phone number and actually called me back to ensure I get them. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! And that’s how WALGREENS WINE MY BUSINESS. The pharmacy here and make up section here is also FANTASTIC! I’d give u 10 stars if I could!!!

Very nice and clean Walgreens. Excellent parking, many spaces have shade. As usual, sits on a corner lot with good access. Sometimes there's some valet traffic conflicts with restaurant next door. Take extra care coming & going in that situation. This Walgreens is fully stocked, has drive through, & rx. Recently I noticed some technological upgrades. All the glass refrigerated doors are now screens revealing the contents. How cool is that?

Went to my Doctor as I have been sick for two weeks. He told me he couldn't see it but I should get tested to be on the safe side. I have been up and down for 12 days.. I called for assistance and the little lady told me I would have to go online and fill out the form. When I tried they send me the form for Tampa. She told me I would wait 3 days for a test and 3 days for results.Really family customer of 116 years? It was like I was getting sent to a virtual eating room with no merit. Wow I am glad my life isn't in your hands

I visited this Walgreens on Sunday morning.The store is filthy...The plastic barriers are so dirty you can’t see thru them. The girl behind the pharmacy desk was not helpful at all. Her dirty wig and stained gray jacket were appalling.She first told me that the prescriptions had been put back because I didn’t pick them up soon enough. It had only been two days? Then she proceeds to tell me that they don’t have one of my prescriptions and I would have to find another Walgreens. When she did come up with the jar of cream as the second part of my prescription, she handed me a jar with black marker covering some of the lettering on the label?Many of the products on the shelves have been opened, there are missing items inside the boxes. I watched homeless people help themselves to the merchandise and then walk out of the store. What has this world come to?! Walgreens if you can’t maintain the store close it!!Obviously, I left the store and will not return.

My experience was great at the pharmacy, they had answers for all my questions and I got my first vaccine shot in a second. The ladies that work in the pharmacy was professional and polite.

Everyone here is so nice. Clean store. Everything up to date. Great pharmacist!! He truly cares, explains any medications, side effects and always makes sure the drug you are receiving will not counteract with anything else. He is like having a best friend who is also a doctor.

Heavily accented woman at the photo counter was incredibly rude to both my girlfriend and I. Girlfriend asked politely where the washroom is. Her response "in the back" didn't indicate it's behind an 'employees only' door or that you need a numeric code to enter.I politely waited at the counter to ask if SD cards were available. She took her time, with what looked like a friend of hers, while I waited. She didn't acknowledge me when she returned to the counter, and directed me 'over there' when I asked. The card was locked to the rack, which she didn't say anything about until I began tearing the packaging to get it off. She called out from behind the counter that she would get the key, I continued to wait. When the woman finally made it, she tossed it in my hands and shooed me to the front counter. The gentleman at the front counter wasn't welcoming, either.A five minute stop took us nearly twenty minutes.

I come to this store frequently. I DO like shopping here however it is suppose to close at 11pm on weekdays. I come at 1030pm and whenever Lisa is the manager it seems she gives me a cut throat sign from inside. She doesn't even open the door to say she is closing the store early. When i come in she is almost always rude to me. Also my photos could have been made much faster. I don't recommend using this location for the photo center.

I needed a pair of headphones real quick for our flight, so we stopped here. I find a cheap pair and tell the associate. He says to give him a minute as he needs to find the keys to unlock the shelf. After 15 mins of him looking I just ripped it off. Y'all should really know where your keys are at, at all times.

I get all my Rx at this location and the Gentleman Pharmacist with the white hair is the best and really knows his job. The black girl pharmacist the most ignorant lady i have ever come across on EVER visit. She need to get some training on basic customer service. She has a RBF!

Not the place to purchase smokes or alcohol. If you're looking to purchase a pack of smokes or a beer or wine this is definitely not the place to go. I am a 55 year old man and they required me to show my ID I tried to give them my birth date but not good enough! Now for most of you would see it as a compliment but since I don't look ANYWHERE near 21 this requirement is a COMPLETE waste of my time. Some of you might say but it only takes a minute... well after waiting IN LINE for over 10 mins while they played this game with 3 other customers coupled with the fact that I go there about 3 times a week it's not just a minute! They did the same for a woman in front of me with a bottle of wine. She didn't look anywhere near 21 more like 40-45 and they refused to sell to her because she wasn't able to provide a driver's license. There is a gas station right across the street that will happily provide you with all of your adult beverages and smokes and they don't waste your time. So let's see... they lost out on a bottle of wine, and 3 packs of smokes to customers who were clearly way of the legal age and that was in just 12 mins... and that's just 1 location... I wonder how much they lose in a day, or in a week throughout all locations. But I have the answer... I will no longer go to a Walgreens for anything, no water, no aspirin, no nothing and I encourage those that are experiencing this to do the same until this requirement changes.

The pharmacy was very rude. I got there early and waited for them to open. I have an ear infection. She said they didn’t have the medication and sent me away. She didn’t have time to help me they just opened. No phones were ringing and I was the only customer. I’m supposed to come back or call back in 30 minutes. I already waited 15 minutes for you to open and I have a fever. So rude!!!!!!

Every time I try to get out western union, they never want to allow me to take out money. They always tell me the register is down, and they are only excepting bill payments or sending money, and this is every week. They just don’t wanna give the money. They might as well stop doing western union. I called corporate and western union to put a complaint. They are ridiculous when it comes to western union.

Placed an online order for in store pick up (which has a special promotion price) and then they canceled my order. I spoke to the manager and he said he was unwilling to compensate as the item was not in stock, they shouldn’t have made me drive all the way over here as it showed available online, they must have sold my order to someone else for a higher price. I told him I would be posting a 1 star review and he said to the effect he didn’t care.

I live 3 blocks from the Walgreens on Davie Boulevard and US1 I find that State Road 84 and 4th is the one to shop at I guarantee you will love it too Everyone knows me and i love being treated like family the best Walgreens i have ever had the pleasure of shopping at

Dropped off 5 rolls of film on January 25th...it's February 8th, and after visiting once, and calling twice, I was told my 3 rolls of film are still processing...they would not even acknowledge that I had given them 5 rolls...things found before my film...a needle in a haystack...my virginity...Waldo...never going to this store again...
