The company, not just this store, does not understand the importance of getting a patient their medicine. Time and time again they are out of stock on regular medicines. They constantly fail to inform you, the app simply says "in progress" until you call and find out they are out of stock. Many times a drug I must have needs to be ordered. I get it every month, why does it have to be ordered? Use a pharmacist that cares, it is not them.

Went in there to pick up my prescription the other day and arrived just after 130. They informed me that they go to lunch from 1:30 to 2:30 so they cannot help me. I have a busy schedule so I had to come back the next day when I came back. It was 125 and they were leaving early, I got there and And said can you please allow me to pick up my prescription? I know you close at 1:30 but I see you’re already walking out. Gentleman was very nice and explained to me that they leave early for lunch so they can make it back in time and another lady laughed in my face And kept walking. I know this is a corporate branch in this review will probably make no difference, but the people at the pharmacy should be embarrassed that now I have to come back again as a mom with a newborn and try to figure out how I can pick up the prescription when I did they already There are some people in this world that want to help and there are other others who only care about themselves unfortunately, this pharmacy is the ladder

They do their best but they never have ice. So if you're going to the beach and need ice they don't have any. When I recently went half the freezer section was shut down.

My husband and I stopped by this Walgreens to pick up two packs of toilet tissue and our puppies some dog food.. I had the urge to use the restroom as soon as we walked in the store being that I’m 7 months pregnant I was told that the restroom is out of order and when my husband mention to SHANDE (so you’re here all day without using the restroom her response was the manager told her to say that the restrooms are out of order. As a paying customer why would you deny a pregnant woman to use the restroom… I had to use the bathroom so bad I literally had to go to my car to pee. Something needs to done about that. She said the store manager name is Kevin but when asked his last name she said she didn’t know it and when asked the night manger name she refuse to give it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and a disgrace to the human race. Smh but can have her friends in there charging their phone

Pharmacy staff poured pill jars on the dirty floor and then threw them into a box for dispensing to customers. So yeah your pills will be in dirty jars, great.

Came here to fill a specialty medication. They did not tell me they do not have it in stock. They didn't tell me that I had to go to a different location.Instead what they DID do, is create an absolute headache for me. I brought the script in on Monday. Took until Wednesday for me to get a reference number. They sent me to the walgreens specialty pharmacy that DOESNT accept my insurance (already gave them my insurance card. They could have looked this up) for a medication that costs $18k without it.Then I got another reference number who claimed they'll look for a place that can ship my medications. I wake up on Friday to find that they sent my medications to Colorado after I reconfirmed I live in Florida 3 times.The pharmacy in Denver was absolutely speechless when I explained how I was treated and that this location should be assisting me more. Once I called this store to have my script transferred to a location that I could actually pick up my meds, the lady I spoke to insisted I call the same number that didn't accept my insurance and the other speciality number that sent my medication to Colorado. She did not listen to me when I said I live in Florida by saying "well, you could go pick it up in Denver."It was only until I explained my situation to another walgreens speciality rep who stated "This is unacceptable" and finally got the help I needed to get my medication that stops my immune system from attacking my brain.They did not care. They didn't try to assist me in any way. They brushed me off and treated me like a nuisance. If you want to be treated like a human being? Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

This is my first time at this location. However there is a manager by the name of Rhonda that works at this location she's an older lady of course she does not look like she's from the US or act like it either She has a very nasty attitude towards every customer who walks in the store. However I will make sure by all means that she will not have a position at this location and I am the walgreens district manager In Illinois. Whoever hired her should be ashamed of their self. You have people who do not know how to deal with customers she's very nasty to every customer that comes in there the next time I walk in there and I see her on a shift I will record her and contact whomever is over her and have her immediately off the premises....

I am new in the area and went to 3 other stores before this one. So glad I did. The store is clean and well kept. Lakeisha in pharmacy is awesome and went the extra mile to help me.Everyone was friendly and helpful.Well done!!!

The customer service at the pharmacy is horrible. I came here early for my scheduled covid & flu test and there wasn't a line and they made me wait. Then when I approached the drive thru again they told me I was too early when it was just a couple minutes before my appointment. They should be more friendly and take people in when noone else is waiting. Not coming back to this pharmacy!

We had a 5PM pharmacy appointment and the pharmacy for a vaccine and they were running an hour behind schedule. They seem to spend a great deal of time working their drive-thru window and not attending to the people with children in the store waiting for them. I don’t understand why they set appointments if the staff totally disregards the appointment times.

They are truly more busy since covid. But they service is not bad at all. 10 yrs going here and they know my name and my doggies name. So kind to me and my family each time. Got my last booster. Quick and easy. Thanks walgreens. Oh you should never get sick living by them as their prices keeps you healthy and a happy customer. Good job walgreens. You really save and get savings on your walgreens card. Use it!

On vacation, got sick and doctor sent over prescriptions to be filled. They went to the wrong Walgreens, but staff transferred it. Perfect. Waited 45 minutes then was told that their system was slow and could I wait about another hour. I said yes, then left to get something to eat. About an hour later, I called and asked if the RXs were ready, she said yes, then she said that the insurance hadn't approved them yet and if i wanted to pick them up I would have to pay cash then submit them for reimbursement. Now they have had the prescription and insurance info in their store for two hours and they haven't been able to get insurance adjusted?! When I questioned how much longer it would be, she said she had no idea, then said thanks for calling and hung up. Extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and terrible service. Walgreens, WTH is going on with your brand?! I won't be shopping with, or filling my RX with your brand again.

I'm 100% sure that I just got racially discriminated against by a latino pharmacy tech at Walgreens and I'M a white middle aged military veteran. Not only did she make me wait 20 minutes for paperwork to fill out that all other people were getting upon checkin but then she conveniently loses my CDC vaccine card!

"Manager" shane is an extremely INCOMPETENT employee and this store will never have my business again. CVS is one street away & CHEAPER ! CVS is Filled with employees that know how to do there job & have AMAZING customer service skills unlike this store that I've regrettably spent TOO much money at . DO BETTER WALGREENS .

When to get my refill a day early (doctor approved) and they have a floater pharmacist on staff. I call and they said ok it will be ready in 1 hour...... wait 2 and then I go in. I’m sorry we have no scripts in the system. I show them the email confirmation from my doctor. Oh ok come back in 10. I come back in 20 they procede to tell me that they will not fill it 1 day early. The pharmacist was a male younger I believe named Andrew. My husband is a doctor who owns a chain of rehabilitation centers around the United States. We leave for nyc Sunday morning at 6am. They would not allow me to pick up till that day when the pharmacy opens. I am on a medication for life. If I don’t take I will have severe withdrawals. The pharmacist told us it’s his discretion. My husband goes back the next day..... the same gentleman is there then says he will not fill until we show him my itinerary. But he has no email so I have to them go home and print out and have my husband bring in. This man ore judged me based my my medication. I’m disgusted. I am always on time and have been on my med for 2 years with never an issue. 1 day early and had to jump through hoops to be a slave to this pharmacist. I pay $500 a month out of pocket for my meds. May I also point out he embarrassed us in front of other customers by speaking from the other side of the pharmacy because he could not be bothered to speak to me face to face. Walgreens has forever lost my business. This man should be fired!

I like this Walgreens. All of the help up front r very nice, as well as the make up assistant . I also like the pharmacy staff. The blonde pharmacist is very nice as well as the dark-haired pharmacist. I would've given it five stars if they didn't have the guy behind the pharmacy, 30'ish, with the dark hair Who I believe is a cashier/assistant really I have no idea what his job is either going to be short and rude to the customers. I've noticed that with me as well as others when I've been standing behind them He's very discourteous, rude and unfriendly. He should probably not be working in any type of customer service job. Thank God the rest of them as they make up for his mean personality, otherwise I'd be jumping over to CVS. Anyways kudos to the rest of the staff for doing such a wonderful job, as the saying goes it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch.

Walking into Walgreens tonight I was completely disgusted by an entire army of rats running all around the area in front of the store entrance...so many of them, there must have been 20 rats and they were barely intimidated by me.. as if they've been there for such a long time that they've become used to human traffic.I mentioned it immediately to the woman at the front register as I walked in.. she smirked, rolled her eyes and told me I can go tell her supervisor about it if I wanted to.I replied...I don't need to shop in this store.It appears that.. not only are the rats quite comfortable running full control of the area, but also, the employees could care less about the situation. I wonder to what extent the rats actually live and rummage inside the store..I wonder what kinds of disease and bacteria are spread throughout the entire store.Don't shop here.. there are plenty of other healthier places to shop.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I waited on the drive thru line for over 30 minutes, with only 2 cars in front of me. They literally took 30 minutes arguing with someone.I came back hours later, and sat behind ONE person for over 20 minutes

Shane night manager is extremely helpful, component, great multi tasker & great attitude,....UNLIKE THE VERY MEAN MEDITERRANEAN MANAGER WHO HAS A HORRIFYING BAD ATTITUDE & resused to type in the 16 digit upc code so I COULD BUY A PRODUCT (cuz it wouldn't scan) she is always arguing with someone or threatening to call police on anyone who simply trys to make a rebutle to her horrific remarks!!!!! They seem to be having trouble stocking their shelves with certain products. I asked an employee is a delivery coming? He said that they just got a delivery and what i wanted didn't come. The shelf was empty all week but they got all these other products stocked???????????? I'm very disappointed and don't wish to shop with Walgreens anymore !!!

Very rude!Live in Bahamas and having surgery in Ft Lauderdale. Went to this pharmacy to fill US doctors prescriptions. They refused because we don't have a photo ID with US address. Guess this guy doesn't know that people come from all over the world for medical treatment in the US.Went down the street to CVS and no questions asked.If they have this policy, fine, but don't be rude about it. Will NOT go back!

The pharmacy called my phone at 2:45pm and left me a message saying my prescription was ready for pick up. I go to pick up my medication at 4pm and the pharmacist tell me to drive around the parking lot and come back later to pick it up because it’s not ready. I went back in line to the window 40 minuets later the pharmacist tells me they don’t have in stock.

I was told they could print out passport photos. The smallest size they are able to print is a 2 x 3, passport photos are a 2 x 2. No one could help me and it was a waste of my time.

The Store Manager Steve needs to be retrained on Customer service! For some reason, they have a problem with false advertising and when I address the situation he clearly told me "ooh I don't care"! Well, clearly someone has to since I'm a paying Customer!!! Corporate needs a call on the next business day!!! 847-!!!!!
