Great photo service Rashid was super helpful and patient. There was a pretty long line in front of me, but Rashid served and helped everyone and moved it out pretty quickly. When my photos came up at a higher price than the original order, Rashid l followed it up and fixed the problem. He Mai trained such a pleasant attitude the entire time. I have been to-other Walgreens and they usually don’t even have any one at the photo counter, so this was a very pleasant change. Thank you Rashid. I will bring my photo business back to this Walgreens

IT DOES WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE,this spacey Walgreens a mile west of Interstate 95. Nearly windowless, the place is seldom busy even as tens of thousands rely on it for prescription medicine, over priced cookies and chips, shavers, and greeting cards. The shelves are well stocked, the staff on the floor scarce and the pharmacy workers seem to sometimes forget customers waiting at a drive-up window.

Quite literally the worst run Walgreens in the US. The pharmacy especially is VERY poorly managed and run. They tell you one thing and it’s always something else. No matter what, it’s always something and the employees genuinely couldn’t possibly care any less.

Been going here for 4 years this year I have been disappointed and been let down by this pharmacy. I have daily needed medication I need to take daily for my lupus and this is the 3rd time I have had an issue. They tell me my daily needed medicine for my lupus is available and get in store and they no longer have it. They give me no assistance in tracking it down . Just basically tell me I will have to wait for it and no time frame l. I asked if they can ask around and they tell me they are unable too. I am now stuck looking for my meds this store said they had ready

Horrible service. I just waited 20 minutes on the driveway window.. and I was first in line! Guys, if you're understaffed, close the window. This is not service. It's abuse.

Horrible communication! I ordered a pickup for a picture at 10 and online told me it would be ready by 1. At 1 o clock I called in advance just to make sure it was ready and they hadn’t even started. That wasn’t even the problem. The fact that I asked the worker twice if it would be ready by the time I got there and she confirmed. I got there 20 mins later (almost an hour after the time it was suppose to be ready) and they still hadn’t started yet. So annoying and a waste of my gas and my time! I hate to give retail workers a hard time, but sometimes it’s like they literally ask for it! They need to have better communication!!! I don’t believe I will be ordering from there again..Note: I went back at 4:30 pm and the order still was not ready. An employee named Garland was extremely helpful however and was the only helpful person there and is the only reason why I gave this store 2 stars. Thanks to him I finally got my order!

I’ve never had a more pleasant experience at a Walgreens pharmacy! The pharmacist was incredibly helpful and patient with me figuring out my insurance information - but more so she was friendly and all smiles. Even when it picked up and there were multiple customers trying to get her attention AND the phone was ringing she was smiling and cheery the entire time. I’ve never seen her here before but she’s wonderful.

I have gone to this Pharmacy for 5 years & the service is absolutely atrocious. I have had a script for my anti-depressants called in there for 5 years & every time they are delayed due to “an insurance issue” which they only resolve when I call in. The issue is an expired coupon from 3 years ago & I continue to have ask for removal every time! Then when I catch it to see they never filled it I call in & remain on hold for close to an hour & they continue to pick up & place me on hold. After they disconnect the call at least 3 times I finally get to speak to a human they let me know it will be filled shortly and that means possibly the next day. When I arrive the next day I have to sit and wait for another hour until they have the script filled. The line for the drive-thru normally has 1 to 2 cars in front of you & takes no less then 45 minutes as no one is there to assist. They without a doubt have the worst service ever. This is actually happening to me again in real time as I am writing this review.

They are slow, but they are nice. Understand they are a pharmacy dealing with life or death medications, not McDonald's. Getting my prescription is sometimes a really long process. Sometimes when I call there is a 50/50 chance that the call may be answered. Would be a perfect experience should Walgreens hire more staff instead of running their staff thin. Other than that I do love the actual Walgreens store itself and have been shopping at this location since 1999.

A large, clean and very well stocked Walgreens. Tends not to be busy, but sometimes the checkout is slow. Very good specials on needed items. Their points program has provided me with great rewards. A good and convenient location and parking.

With feeling sick, I went in thinking there urgent care was open. Omg the pharmacist was very rude stated" we have been closed since oct" very coldAttitude. With my new pharmacy card for 2022 Walgreens is my new pharmacy. There's no way will I use that store I'll pay extra go to CVS or Walmart.🤬😱

I went to pick up my prescription last night and me and my bf received an passive aggressive and sarcastic treatment from pharmacy employee Matthew. We were also picking up some pictures and when we asked the lady on the register if we can get some help there she giggled and did nothing. We left. They can throw away the pictures we are not going back.

Two is a meh rating. I went to the UM Clinic and was told nothing was wrong as my two tests came back negative. Even WITH complaints of severe ear pain, and swollen neck glands, I was given nothing. I had to go to an Urgent Care facility and was told I have, lo and behold- SINUS INFECTION. Do NOT waste your money.

Sched app for covid testing. The testing was not ready,they said to let other cars in drive through go and park behind.why do i have to wait for others to go ahead of me when i specofically sched app.been waiting in drive through for over 20 min.

I had the displeasure of being cashed out by a rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful girl by the name of Markee. Not only was she the least helpful employee I have ever encountered, but she was all around obnoxious and blatantly disrespectful. Customer service is not her strong suit...she should strongly reconsider her choice of careers as her employers should strongly reconsider having an employee that loses money for the company due to her horrendous attitude and laziness

I usually get my scripts filled at CVS without any issues. However, they happened to be out of stock this time, so instead of driving around, I decided to call local pharmacies to find out if they had what I needed. I called this Walgreen's #, which I guess led me to the Call Center. There, a nice gentleman ASSURED me they had what I needed, and plenty of it. (I specified dosage, generic, and amount needed.)I mentioned that I live in Downtown FtL, and would be coming the next morning to fill my script. So I drive 20 minutes from Downtown FtL to this location today, hand in my script, wait 5-10 mins, and a young lady comes back to tell me they don't have it."What do you mean you don't have it? I called yesterday to verify before driving all the way down here..." I told her the # I called, which she checked to make sure, and it WAS her store #. I told her a nice gentlemen assured me they had it and I drove all the way here bc of that, and asked for a manager.The pharmacist came to the window, a middle aged Mid-Eastern woman (forgot to get her name), and I went over with her what had happened. She was VERY rude, impolite, and just came across NASTY! I didn't do anything wrong ma'am, I'm just trying to do what my Doctor ordered, as I have been for months. When I told her I called yesterday and spoke to a nice man who told me they had what I needed, she interrupted me to say "There are no men working here..." And just stared at me, as if I was making this up."Okay, well I called 954-etc-etc, is that not your #? "No," she said. I said, "Yes it is, the girl before you checked on that phone RIGHT in front of you 2 seconds ago... Its the same #." She said, "Well no men work here, I'm the ONLY pharmacist and I've been here since 2pm yesterday."Bottom line is, I completely understand that miss-communications happen... But if you, the PHARMACIST, sees a struggling patient who needs their meds and is driving all over town, calling pharmacies, asking politely, why be SO RUDE?! How about, "Oh, I'm sorry for the inconvenience! I'm not sure who told you that but I'm the only pharmacist here and unfortunately we don't have that in stock right now."She didn't even let me finish talking before walking away from the window, without saying goodbye! She couldn't tell me WHEN they would get it in, or WHERE else I could try. But then I call another Walgreens on US-1, and they were able to SPECIFY which locations had what I needed AND the amount as well. Just blows my mind that someone obvisouly needs help and was told something on YOUR end, and I get treated as if I did something wrong, and end up having to leave without my DAILY meds.Never again will I go to this run down Walgreens. MEHH!

Place is just horrible.. Give me hardtime getting emergency prescriptions.. When literally no other pharmacy has ever given me anything for it.. This jamacan lady tells me she (doesnt do that) ... Pathetic place. Go to the 24 hour CVS less than a mile away... Also be prepared to sit ther for ATLEAST 15 minutes. Even when nonody is in the dam line anyways....

I've learned to never trust the prices of things on the shelves to match the prices they ring up for once you get to the register. It's happened to me so often tonight I added up the prices in a calculator on my phone. Added my items. Added tax. At the register, it's different. Something on sale wasn't the correct price.Edit to add... This problem has not changed. Anytime I go in there now, I remember the price the tag said, and watch as it is rung up. It is almost never the same. Normally one item in my pile of things to purchase is wrong. With this frequency... It should be criminal.

The pharmacy is the worst!! They need to hire more people. Be prepared to wait at the drive thru for a minimum of 20 minutes and inside is even worse! Management how do you not see this!! It’s ridiculous!

Awful! Slow, slow, slow. I have waited over twenty minutes for someone to help at the drive thru pharmacy. They should NOT allow major transactions at the drive thru. It should be limited to drop off and pick up. Horrible slow service.

First time filling a prescription here and incompetence doesn't begin to describe it. First they couldn't tell me how much, then said it would be ready 1pm and still not ready and the staff lacks any personality. First and last time here!

They always have the prescription meds that I need when other stores have to order them, the staff is always polite and the length of wait time depends on when you come in related to how busy they are.Usually around 15-20 mins for me.

Terrible service! I called asking for an over the counter supplement, got the pharmacy who said had to transfer me to someone else, then someone else (Joann) transfer me somewhere else without giving me a chance to speak, then the call got a busy signal and disconnected.
