This is our first time using a mobile groomer and to say it was a great choice would be an understatement. It cuts down on the anxiety immensely and he came out looking fluffy and happy. Junior did a fabulous job with our little Freddie. Highly recommend.

I had taken my 2 dogs one frenchie and one husky, for about 1 year and half (or it can be a little more). During all this time I have never have an issue with them, they are very responsible, attentive, caring and most importantly professional people however on the last grooming the husky got one her paws hurt 😕 as they shaved the inner of her paws (per my request) but that caused her pain and that she didn’t want to walk. I immediately got in contact with them and Tailin the owner was very professional and kind, she asked me to take my dog to her vet so she can get check out. I went and they sent her medicine for her paw (I was very happy with the vet location, it was super clean and very professionals). One thing I have to say is that not everyone handles this type of situation so well they way that she did it !! I know they didn’t do it on purpose and situations like this one can happened all the time (unfortunately) but I am very happy with the result and with their professionalism.

Very professional groomers. I called one morning, they had availability that afternoon and they came to the marina where I stayed. The lady (sorry I forgot her name) came and collected Oliver and put him in the van where she did the grooming service on the spot. After 1 hour, she called and walked out to me where I was overly impressed, excited and thankful for Oliver's hair cut. Thank you TLC Pets. Great work. Will recommend and use in the future.

The groomer who arrived at my home I will not name because I hold the business responsible for the beyond terrible overall service I was given, not the employee. The groomer was less than short with words and not polite. The groomer told me he clearly understood my instructions for the grooming. I even presented photos. To say I was shocked when I seen my dog after the grooming service would be a huge understatement. The groomer just ignored my instructions and as quoted " I did what I felt would look better", And to top it off, my dog had 2 small cuts on her hind legs. I asked the owner only to have the Vet bills covered for the visit and my request was denied. And I was told directly by the owner "to find another grooming company, there are plenty". If you love your pets do not contact this company.

TLC does a wonderful job of communicating and has a great variety of services for dog and cat grooming. They have both in store and mobile services which is so convenient for busy people.The groomer we had was very nice and gentle and did a wonderful job grooming both our dog and cat who had never been groomed before.We look forward to using them again very soon!

This company is professional and loving. I had surgery so i havent been able to take care of my dog named Elmo. When i contacted them they where able to service him the next day. Also they treated my baby with upmost care. He is all groomed and feeling better. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Mobile Canine Teeth Cleaning 5 stars!!!!I am beyond grateful to TLC and Vanessa. My 18 year old Yorkie desperately needed his teeth cleaned (1k). The vet suggested anesthesia and scaling which made me too nervous since he is so fragile. Vanessa showed up early, was very personable and provided my pup with VIP care. I couldn't get over the difference. His mouth was really bothering him and me since I knew how uncomfortable he was. I provided him with a little traxadone from the vet to make it easy for both the tech and pup. This organization is top notch with all their amazing services. Thank you TLC and staff. We love you.

The best pet service you will receive in South Florida! I did a lot of research into many different pet services for my dog, and TLC was the top of the line; even reasonably priced to go with the outstanding service. It can be difficult to find a good trainer for your dog, that you can TRUST, and Tylie and her team are as good as it gets. Very responsive, available, personable, knowledgeable, etc... I am very impressed with my experience at TLC Pet Care Services, and I plan to bring both of my dogs to TLC for as long as we can. They do so many different services, and my Vet highly recommended them. Initially, my Vet did not like the idea of us sending the dogs to a board and train, but changed his opinion when he found out it was TLC. My Vet said, "they have a great reputation, okay, now I think it is a good idea." If you do your research, you will end up choosing TLC Pet Care Service for the little member(s) of your family. God is definitely present here.

We got our dogs groomed by the mobile groomers and one of our dogs came back with a severe limp. The groomer didn't say a thing when we asked what happened, he just drove off. We called the company to let them know and they said they would pay for the vet visit, but only if we would take the dog to "their" vet. They also insisted that it was just a cut nail quick, even when I told them it was much more sever than that. When we called them back to ask for their vet's info, TLC never picked up (I'm pretty sure they were ignoring our calls). I even texted the number I had been communicating with all day- radio silence.We ended up having to take the dog to our vet and paying the bill. Our vet said that our dog had severe swelling in her ankle joint caused by someone pulling it roughly, as well as a sprained upper leg.It's been 2 walks and our dog is still limping, but at least she's doing better. We're still sad though that our dog had to go through this experience and frustrated by the lack of any sort of help received from the company.

I have been using TLC pet grooming for their mobile grooming services on a monthly basis. They always contact me a couple of days before to confirm and always show up on time. They greet our great dane at the door and pet her to make her feel welcome before taking her into the mobile grooming truck. She was nervous at first but is now very comfortable with them. As they are grooming her, they send me text messages of pictures throughout the process to show how she is doing. They are very affordable and always do a great job.I would highly recommend TLC pet grooming to anyone looking for high quality and affordable pet grooming services.

This is my baby Rambo, a blue heeler Australian cattle dog, and let me tell you that the 7 day obedience training and boarding with Tylie was a GAME- CHANGER.Rambo was displaying behaviors (normal puppy behavior) of over excitement (jumping on people), selective hearing (choosing not to listen), and other tendencies such as ripping up toys. Heelers are known to have a lot of energy, but have the ability to perform on a very high level if trained properly. My boyfriend and I babied Rambo a lot in the beginning when we got him so as time went on it became a little bit challenging for us to correct some of those behaviors.Tylie came highly recommended to us by a long time friend and let me tell you she is a total expert at what she does. I feel like we have a completely new dog! She taught commands specific to Rambo’s needs and went above and beyond with keeping us in the loop throughout the entire training by sending us videos and updates, which helped us learn how to now use the same commands at home.We are so grateful to now have a better understanding on how to parent our sweet Rambo and he is so much happier having more structure and rewards in place. It’s a win-win and we could not do it without TLC Pet Care Services.

Extremely impressed with TLC per services. I will for sure be bringing him back. I had an appointment with another place to have my dog groomed and they canceled last minute. It was very important that I get my dog Benji in that day being that he had very bad knots on his legs and a bunch of other places. Which can be very painful..I called Tlc explained to them the situation and they were able to fit me in that day and were so friendly and accommodating they told me I could bring him in right away. I was amazed at how well they did and reasonably priced they were. The woman who groomed him was amazing and sweet. Although she only spoke a little English I made sure to let her know how appreciative I was of her and you can tell how much she cares about the animals. She was very genuine!! Awful. Charged an extra $20 per dog for nail trimming even though it stated it was included on a groom and didn’t even cut the nails. Two dogs $200 for nothing. Find a true reputable groomer. Groomer didn’t speak English at all so I couldn’t even ask for the service to be performed correctly. Cut one nail on one paw and didn’t even trim the others.

They were good until they weren’t. I’ve been to them a couple of times the first was perfect the second they did a good job grooming my dogs but they tried to up the price after they had already gave a quote before hand. That was ok I’ve been trying to schedule for a week now they gave me an appointment date then pushed it back the next day . They then pushed that appointment back to another day and later time I asked how much would it be they took 2 days to reply and to confirm my appointment date . After they gave me my quote and appointment time and I confirmed I received another message apologizing for them sending the wrong quote and it’s more than expected. The price is honestly not the problem . I’m just over this company

I started off boarding my two dogs, Coco and Kali. I immediately loved TLC Pet Services when I saw how happy my dogs were going and coming home. I trusted them to do a two week dog training with my younger dog, Kali. Kali is a changed dog. She was very stubborn and hyper but now she is calm and listening to commands like heal, focus, leave it, etc. So grateful I came across this business.

I was very disappointed with the service provided by TLC pet care. I boarded my dogs with them for about 12 days over the thanksgiving holiday while I visited family out of town. This place has good ratings, so I assumed they were a good choice.When I dropped my dogs off, the place seemed clean and the woman behind the counter was courteous. She assured me that they would take care of our dogs and send pictures and updates regularly via text. I initially felt good dropping the dogs off.I didn’t get any photo updates for a few days. I started getting paranoid. Had they been stolen or sold or killed? So I had to call and insist, three times, before anyone sent any photos to me. I was about ready to end my vacation early and come home to pick up my dogs. Their inaction was extremely concerning to me.When I finally did pick up the dogs, I noticed that my small pug had gained a significant amount of weight and the brand new bag of dog food I initially gave them was nearly empty. That bag of food should have lasted much much longer than 12 days.I gave them very specific instructions on feeding, so it seems that they either grossly over fed him or they didn’t allow him to get any exercise, or both.Both of my dogs were also clearly nervous and unhappy upon bringing them home. I have never had this happen after dog care or kenneling before. My pug wouldn’t allow me to pick him up normally for several days, which has never happened before with any kennel or dog hotel.I believe my dogs may have been abused or neglected during their stay.Perhaps the people at TLC pet care are good groomers. Their reviews seem to reflect that, but I would advise against using this business for boarding.
