I love coming here for shopping the products are better on ingredients than many other places in the city. Yes is a little bit more expensive too but being healthy and staying healthy is also important. You can find almost everything you need here. The store is very clean, very well organized and the staff is very friendly and professional. The bathroom was clean and yes they have a ramp and a special entrance for handicapped persons. Overall I had a great experience coming here and I strongly recommend it. Thank you and I'll definitely come back next time for shopping.

The store is very lovely inside, clean and upscale, and has a nice layout. They have lots of organic and gourmet items.I would say this is a smaller more expensive version of Whole Foods. You can get the basics but do not expect a large selection of yogurts, milk, crackers, or other items. They had a great produce section on a smaller scale. Lots of prepared foods that looked fabulous. I found a lot of gluten-free and lactose-free items, which can be a challenge in many places.Everything was definitely priced higher, so be prepared at check out.The staff was very friendly and nice.Parking was also easy.

Gorgeous store with an incredible variety of items! The fresh flowers in the floral dept is stunning! Great to pickup a gift for a friend or coworkers bday! The fresh hot coffee and baked goods from the bakery are perfect for brunch!Everyone loves the fresh produce section and the smells of fresh apples fill the air!Plenty of choices of ready to go items for an excellent lunch! I shop the Fresh Market $3.99/pound deals on chicken breasts and ground chuck every Tuesday. I ask the folk serving at the meat for 2 pounds of chicken breast. And they are always pushing me to pick up the breasts they have "just" pre-packed in the cooler. If I wanted pre-packaged meat I would just go to Publix or Winn Dixie. They are just being lazy, and it annoys me that I have to argue to get what I want. Good help is hard to get and these folk epitomize that.

Need to do something with the parking. I visit your store 3 to 4 times a week. You have the more people parking for the restaurant than you do your store. Because of this, I leave and go elsewhere.

Please management take action soon before the only shade and closer parking to the door gets occupied by the new bunch of men that park there , get out of their cars, and start hanging out per hours. They don't shop, they are loud, some stick their FEET out of their cars window and others just wait for other males to join them inside their cars. What type of business is going on on the parking lot ? Why they haven't been told to use the garage behind the market in the same way any person that goes to the restaurants nearby does? and how many more cars will be joining every day because the number is increasing.

Once again, the prices in the bill were different from those posted on the shelves. The manager didn’t know how much the merchandise cost. When you notice the cashier, he turns rude because people are waiting in line.Updating: the same happened again in November 23. I think that’s the reason why Fresh market is the only supermarket where you cannot read the bill on the cashier’s screen, you need to check it on the paper receipt, which is rather suspicious.

I went yesterday to buy 6 pieces of trouts. The girl behind counter said that she has 6 pieces left in the back and I said give all 6 pieces. When I came home and open the package it was 4 . I went back to the store and the manager and the two girls behind the counter told me she gave me 6. I was very upset and angry. I insisted that the look through camera but they didn’t.Not only they weren’t apologetic they accused me as well. This place is expensive and disgusting. I will not buy anything from there anymore and ask everyone not to buy anything from them.

Hit or miss. Prices are high for the essentials and they don’t have a great selection but it’s in a convenient location. Seafood area is questionable but can have some good deals. Fish looks like it was just thrown around in the case.

Just getting coffee and cookies with the family, and the person at the coffee station eye balled us all throughout the store like he didn’t trust us, until we got to the register. It made us feel so uncomfortable, so much so that one of my kids asked why we were being stared down like we were aliens.

The location isn't the greatest unless you're into traffic and the parking lot is hazardous. The prices are way higher than the Flamingo location. The meat counter is quick and efficient and the produce is absolutely gorgeous. Not sure I want to shop here over Publix though :/

Stopped by on Friday to pick up a few items. After a rough week, I don't expect great service anywhere. However, Stacy in the meat department was so attentive, pleasant and uplifting, it made my week. A genuine smile and the willingness to go out of your way to be kind made a huge difference. Thanks Stacy for doing what you do. Much appreciated. I will be back next week.

This high-end grocery store is too expensive for most items, but the quality can't be beat. This is the best place to get fresh, high-quality meats. The cheap deals on Tuesdays for ground beef and boneless chicken breast make it a regular stop for me. Those deals are cheaper than Winn Dixie or Publix, though it's difficult to walk out without also buying a pricey but delicious pastry from the bakery.

Everything is always expired. The yogurts on the shelf are consistently passed their expiration dates. The produce is rotten and moldy. Can’t count the number of times I’ve gotten home and had to throw out fruits and vegetables. And you’re paying a premium for all the rotten and expired foods on top of it. Tell me how this makes sense. Please work on your quality control.

I was racially profiled. I felt like i was being watched the whole time. I wear sweatpants and I had my phone, keys, and wallet in my pocket. So naturally my pockets looked big. I did not see anything I really wanted so I put the cart back and left. An older woman stopped me and asked to empty my pockets. So I showed her my keys wallet and phone. She was an older woman who works in morning with gray hair, Caucasian with glasses.She didn’t even apologize for falsely accusing me. I felt so embarrassed. I will not be coming back.

The Fresh Market is a great store with excellent products.The downfall of this company is when they offer deals - like today's skinless boned chicken breast for $2.99 per pound - the customer MUST watch the register because at least 95% of the time we have to point out errors of being overcharged.Bottom line - great store, excellent products, BUT customer be aware of the register and don't get overcharged.Added comment - Today Thursday May 18, 2023, is generally a good roast chicken special day at Fresh Market with the special $6.00 deal. It is a great deal but maybe the gentleman at the deli area was having a hard day -- I asked if he would be able to cut the chicken which others had done in the past. Today though I got the rough response "I'll cut only if half". Oh well, half was better than nothing.

I generally don't want to give one star because I love this store and it's quality of product but yesterday the older gentleman behind the meat counter was rude when I asked for 2 lbs of Buffalo chicken wings and they didn't have that much (it was the way he spoke to me , as if I were an idiot..) then he tried to sell me 3 1/2 lbs of beef spare rib bones for $54.00 when I told him they were much cheaper last time he said that's what my boss wants me to charge. he was trying to charge me for Short ribs but that's not what I was purchasing I'll keep coming here but I won't be buying beef spare ribs for sure..very disappointing customer service today

I like Fresh Market but they need to do their part. If they have a sale on hot dogs, they should have more than one dog (that was today at 10am). They mighty also consider having buns ( none this morning). Last week at 8:30am they were out of stock on an. advertised shrimp cake, then at noon, then at 6. Their prepared foods people have such an attitude I no longer go there for cooked items and, other than the wonderful main butcher, trying to get more than a "grunt" out of the rest of the team is a waste of time... The cashiers are generally very nice but the inconsistency of the overall place goes from average to very poor - sigh.

I’ve been searching for freshly squeezed orange juice for days. Living in Hollywood my first call was to a small farm stand West of me. Very disappointing response from the person on the phone and then from the manager who returned my call. Call two Whole food markets where their machines were broken…Happen to go to dinner at Doc B’s and arrived way too early. Lo and behold there was a Fresh Market right across the parking lot so I decided to give it a look see. I was greeted by a smiling, ultra helpful employee. I inquired about freshly squeezed OJ and she walked me to the produce department. Nikki also introduced me to Marie, OJ expert who assisted me in juicing the oranges. She even expedited thee more empty bottles that I could fill up. Since I was going next door to dinner I asked if they would keep for a few hours. Nikki immediately went and brought me a small cooler which she gifted me and went to get ice from Marie to keep the juice cold. I could not have been more delighted! I left with my purchase safe in the cooler but not before, true to my Caribbean tradition, giving them each a kiss and a hug. Great ladies doing a great job!A true asset to Fresh Market. They absolutely won me over…Will continue shopping there from now on🙂

I'm a little disappointed with you guys right now. You have repackaged your prepared salads into a smaller container (about 1/3 less) and selling them for the same price. its not so much the $$ but the smaller amount is not enough for lunch.
