recently had the pleasure of availing the services of Dr. Blake Hefter from Premium Vet Care, and I must say it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. As a busy professional with limited availability during the day, their after-hours home visit was an absolute game-changer for me and my beloved feline companions.One of the standout qualities of Dr. Hefter's service was their unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care, even outside of regular working hours. Their flexibility in accommodating my schedule by offering appointments after 5pm was a tremendous relief. I would give Premium Vet Care a million stars if I could! When Taki got a severe ear infection, I knew there is No Way I could place him in a carrier and take him to a regular vet clinic. Being an adopted feral cat, this would have been an extremely traumatizing experience for him and for myself. As soon as I called Premium Vet Care, I knew that I was on the right hands. Dr. Blake Hefter and his Assistant had an instant empathy with Taki. When Dr. Hefter walked in, Taki didn't run away like he always does when other people enter our home, which was very surprising to me. Dr. Hefter was able to easily sedate him, confirm his diagnosis and administer his ear treatment. It hasn't even been 2 hours and Taki is already feeling so much better and enjoying his treats! As a feral cat mom of 3 boys, I know how important it is to find reliable vet care for reasonable prices when needed! Strongly recommend Premium Vet Care! What a great service! Totally happy with Dr.Hefter & staff & would recommend if you need a Mobile Vet.I have a Boxer who gets stressed going to a clinic . Dr Hefter made everything go very smooth & my Pup did really good . So it's a relief to know I have a Vet that comes to my house & takes the stress away.

After returning from a mini vacation and picking up our dogs from a local boarding/daycare we noticed something not right with one one of our dogs upon getting home.We came across Premium Vet Care by chance while searching for a Vet that was open on a Sunday as my usual go to vet is not. Dr. Hefter has been our vet for the past few years. We were so lucky we found Premium Vet Care one night when we needed emergency care for our dog. The service was excellent and very convenient. I couldn’t be happier with Premium Vet Care. I do not routinely schedule appointments for my indoor cats but unfortunately one of my them wasn’t feeling well this week. As a result I needed to find a mobile vet that was affordable who could see my cat promptly. I called on a Friday morning and they were able to fit me in the next day. I couldn’t believe the doctor made routine appointments for 9p.m on a Saturday, but he did. His love and passion for animals is evident and I cant explain the relief I felt from the moment they arrived.From what I have heard most vets try and upsell their services or tell patients they need a myriad of tests. While this may be the case in most practices, I do not believe this is how Premium Vet Care runs their business. If anyone is on the fence about who to call for a trusted and credible veterinarian, look no further. While I hope I do not need to call them again for many many many years, I am happy to know when I do need to, they will be there. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Premium Vet Care for your mobile services, your passion for animals really shines and I want everyone to know!

I called for an appointment and they came out same day, 8pm on a Saturday night. Dr Hefter and his assistant were AMAZING! My dog can be temperamental, they both were patient and she actually warmed up to them quickly. I know what you’re thinking...expensive. No! I paid the same for the same services I had previously and it was all done at my front door in 45 minutes.The most important part was again how wonderful they were with both of my pets.I will recommend them over and over.Thank you Dr Hefter and team!

I wish we had met Dr Blake Hefter under better circumstances but that doesn’t take away from how grateful I was an am that he provides a gentle way for pets to pass at home, in peace with their loved ones. The thought of trying to transport my tired & hurting gentle old bear had caused me so much anxiety and I am endlessly thankful that Dr Blake is doing some hard and necessary work to give pet families dignity and calm during a very hard time in their lives. I can't say enough good things about Premium Vet Care. Other mobile services I contacted said the earliest appointment I could get was a week away, Premium Vet Care came the same day with a Mobile Hospital Unit that was able to do comprehensive testing. Dr. Blake and his assistant Jada couldn't have made me feel more at ease - and I can't begin to put a price on that. If you love your pets as much as I do - and you stress over every minute they're sick - this is the service you want to call.

Wow! What an incredible service to offer our furry friends especially when we cannot get to our vet during the day needed! Dr. Hefter and his vet tech Jada were both professional, courteous, and efficient. But most of all, they were gentle in how they handled my two cats Felix (has pre-existing conditions) and Daphne. Both had contracted an upper respiratory illness (luckily, not a major one) and after hearing from one of our neighbors who highly recommended Dr. Hefter and his vet services, I called during the day, made an appointment, given instructions, and answered several questions. Very smooth set up and all payment was explained thoroughly. Fast track a few hours later and I got a call to alert me to their arrival. I had cats in carriers and all went exceedingly well. Cats hate being taken out of their environment so having a mobile vet to come to your house is a super alternative. In normal times, they can and will treat your fur friend in your house. My cats were calm and I got to watch what they did from outside. Dr. Hefter was very clear in explaining his prognosis and what he would do to help cure their illness. At no time was there a push to do anything that wasn't necessary. He obviously has a love for animals and cares for their well-being. Plus he listens to your questions and concerns intently; moreover, he does not rush his visit. Today, I got a text from Jada asking how they were doing! How caring! Overall, my mom and I were greatly impressed with his and his assistant's impeccable service and professional determination. It is well worth the money! Do strongly consider calling Premium Vet Care. I am so thankful to Dr, Blake Hefter for his kind and compassionate dealing with the situation where we had to euthanize our family dog, Hercules. Although it was a holiday, Dr. Blake Hefter made himself available to come to our aid to help Hercules pass on without experiencing any additional pain or discomfort. Who knew a mobile hospital coming to the house could be so affordable. Dr Hefter even offered to come at night on the same day i called to see my 28lb cat that had been having trouble breathing. The office communication was great and they came early the next day. Dr Hefter and his nurse examined Mauicat. They worked with me to include xrays and tests not go over the quoted price. GOOD NEWS - no congestive heart failure, so happy. Maui does has asthma and needs to lose weight as do I. We are changing Mauicats diet and working on a treatman plan. I highly recommend Premium Vet Care and Dr Hefter. Maui & I thank you so much

Dr. Blake has been amazing. He has come to our rescue countless times. Our girl is 12 years old with chronic trachea issues. Dr. B is convenient, fast, and incredibly fair.
