It seems that they no longer exist. We contacted them a few weeks ago by email. Today we went to the store, but the building is empty with a sign: for rent. I tried to call them as well, but they didn't answer. Too bad, we came all the way from Alberta, Canada.

Jason is the epitome of service excellence! Due to circumstances beyond our control, it took the better part of 24 hours to complete my order but Jason's diligence and PATIENCE finally completed the transaction. Others might have given up in frustration as I myself was tempted to do but his perseverance was encouraging and ultimately successful. I would recommend that he be appointed as instructor for other customer service agents in how to deliver service excellence! It is a rare commodity these days. I am happy and confident that my pets will be safe and comfortable on our long journey, thanks to Jason!!

If you want to purchase a Pet Passport kit for multiple dogs, don't. You can just make a copy of the documents they send you. I ordered two and asked for them to be emailed and they just sent me one copy of the documents. The information is helpful though.

Just purchased a size-500 crate extension and the process was amazing .delivered fast and helped me extremely well with concerns that I had. They are a fantastic place to shop for your pet.The crate extension is also well built and, surprising to me, it made completely out of metal. Very recommended.

Pet travel is amazing! I am going to Brazil and I was very worried to take my dog with me, they provided all the information and forms I needed! Do NOT buy from them. They do not sell what they actually advertise: I bought what was supposedly a package of documents needed to import my dog to another specific country, and what I got instead was a generic checklist that was not at all relevant. They were poor at responding when I asked for a refund and argued with me. Very duplicitous and I would not trust any other products or services from them.

Pet Travel is a very informative pet travel website; I can always count on the site when I am looking for pet travel information. I also purchased a pet micro chip scanner and pet carrier from their pet travel store. They have the lowest prices that I found online.

I like that this place exists and that I could visit in person since I happened to be in Ft. Lauderdale. They only seem to have one size crate though.
