The two girls working the afternoon shift super nice and helpful, but the store maintenance was very sad. The fish tanks area was full of algae had to see the fish. The betta display had dead fish and while I walk the store on the floor was a roach .

I wanted to thank a very caring staff member at this store. Valencia (I believe I spelled her name correctly) helped me pick out some new sweaters and rain coat for my new doggy, Charlie (rescued from the Humane Society). She also helped me get a new Pet ID engraved. She did a great job and she is definitely an asset to this store. Great job! Thank you

The people that work here have always gone above and beyond for us. Such a nice store. After I purchased a bunny from this store and she wasn't eating, they helped me by introducing me to the food that she was use to eating there. Now we have a happy bunny with weight on her.

I'm not sure this place replaces the big box pet stores for us, but they definitely had cat food options like raw freeze dried that we didn't find anywhere else. They were also lacking in several brands, so it's kind of a trade off. Good selections of cat, dog, bird, and fish stuff. The one frustrating thing was a lot of the food and toys were missing prices. Made for a somewhat disorganized shopping experience.

Come at 9am on Sunday, store says they open at 10 am. Come back at 1030 am and locked doors and no lights on. Either update your hours or hire people that can open on time!

I shop @ Pet Supermarket from Coral Springs to Fort Lauderdale and have been to almost every store for my dog. Store #101 on Federal Hwy is by far the best experience.Proving once again that "people" are the difference makers, 2 OVER THE TOP employees named Valeria and Madisyn run this huge retail storefront, they personalize every customer's experience, and with their stellar knowledge of product the customer walks in and walks out better for their dedication and commitment to excellence.I'm so overwhelmed with these 2, that I am personally contacting management at every level so they know that when a person represents a company in this manner it is the example to follow throughout the company.They will probaly go on to better careers deservedly, but if you happen to shop at this store I assure you-you will notice the difference when people care and more importantly see what that looks like.

I have fish tank issues. I can't remember the young girls name in there but she is their fish smartie. She is wonderful and full of info and suggestions. I always go in on Sunday cause I know she'll be there. Place is clean and organized. Everyone helpful. Will always go here first!

Bunnies in horrendous conditions! Rabbits under 6 months should have 2 tablespoons a day of young rabbit pellets, unlimited alfalfa hay (crucial for a baby’s calcium), and a tiny amount of fresh organic greens like romaine. These bunnies have unlimited pellets, dried corn (which can kill them!), and Timothy hay. They did have water, but in the hamster water bottles. Rabbits cannot drink enough water like this. Rabbits should have a heavy bowl of water so they can’t flip it. These are animal cruelty conditions. Rabbits have insanely sensitive GI tracks and these conditions are down right cruel.

This pet supermarket has changed quite a bit. I give this pet supermarket four stars based off the fact that it’s the closest pet supermarket to my house, has a unique variety of pet food selections and typically this pet store is very clean. The downfall to this pet supermarket is the parking lot is awful. They only have one way in and one way out which sometimes makes it difficult especially for those who have big vehicles. They have a select variety of Pets to purchase here. The pets are outrageously priced so I would highly recommend adopting a pet from a rescue Over purchasing an expensive pet from here. The pets are well cared for, but the environments of some of the small animals are very tiny. In conclusion, if you’re coming to this pet supermarket, purchase, pet food and pet supplies, only, stay away from the selection of animals. Adopt don’t shop!

They are friendly prices are definitely increasing extremely high. Accessibility not the best only one way in and out of the shopping center entrance. You would think they would have two entrances only one and their hours come on your competitor is open later than you are and you will literally lock the door right in your customers face, otherwise I would give you a five star but you’re closing your store too early now I see why it’s not ever busy too eager to go home

I was a store manager of pet supermarket in Tampa I was extremely disappointed with the store the reptiles where a mess they had the wrong food in the enclosure . There was one girl that was so rude I almost did not make my purchase. I really hope the DM makes a trip to see how poorly the store is being handled

Staff was super helpful, I walked in asking for good treats for training and there was a girl who walked me over there and talked with me for a while about my options and the pros and cons of each brand. I wish I had gotten her name so I could commend her better on here. Beyond that, I was very impressed with the selection of goods there and walked out with a bunch of goodies for my pup that I've been having a hard time finding elsewhere. Great experience.
