Use your own discretion, but the animals at this shop appeared to not be well taken care of. The birds didn’t have fresh food or water, dead or diseased fish in the tanks, and there was a Guinea pig dying behind the glass box.

Very nice people. I found a hyge variety of cat food and treats. There were rabbits for adoption and they were nice enough to open the cage and let me interact with one of them.

I bought Tiny In October (4 month old Guinea Pig) I asked the gender and was Told She was a "He" but found out last week she was pregnant, Luckily she is always fed well and i wanted puppies, though more help could have been given when I called yesterday in fear that something was wrong as she was done with labor, just crying and also was notifying the store of the misgendering. I understand a vet is who I should console but, originally i was told false information, so i could not prepare if something would have gone wrong. She could have died. I am a first-time owner. Still thankful, but better customer service and just a little help to a new guinea pig owner from the manager would have sufficed.

This is my favorite go-to location as other locations tend to be out of stock or don't carry the items I need. There's a great selection of toys, food and treats for my growing puppy (he's almost a year old). There's also a decent number of supplies for other pets such as tropical fish, which I used to have. If I decide to take up my fish hobby, this location will be my first stop.The staff are friendly and competent although they can be noticeably minimal at times. It's nothing against them, but rather, the scheduling they're subjected to. The actual location is a challenge as you can only come in and out in one direction and it's very near to the Sunrise/U.S. 1 intersection.

The price of buying an animal is pretty high for me also the product, but I got to say once you look at the animals they're SOOOOO CUTE which make me want to buy one, meaning they take good care of them. I might go there one day to buy their rabbit and look at him/her.

It's really a pet supermarket. They have everything from collars, leashes, diff types of food for dog, cats, fish, Guiana pig, and mucu more. They also selling Perots, mice and big variety of fish. I bought a bed, small pouch for treats, and a bowel for my new puppy. The bed is super comfortable and the puppy seems to love it, it cost only $19 which is a decent price.There ia a big parking lot and customer required to wear a mask, which is good. The only downside is that they do have a big variety of products but they are missing some options. For example i was looking for diff colors for a leash and all I found was black and blue.

It's nice to have a love pet store to use.You may want to call ahead if you have prescription food, as they may not carry it. That said, it's a lovely establishment.

There is this amazing guy who just recently got Promoted to supervisor. I think his name is Marcus I’m not 100% sure. He’s the one with the really really pretty eyes. I come in with my rat terrier he’s a small service animal and he always gives us advice and a chassis me and he’s always customer friendly. He never gives us a hard time. You guys are lucky to have him

It was a great surprise to see the smiling faces from the moment you come in the store till the time to leave. Went for a rabies shot for my Yorkie Just moved to this area no $$$ left after the move when I realized I needed proof of rabies vaccination for the new apartment the stress of having to pay money that I do not have was horrific but when the Dr said $36.00 I wanted to hug him I will be able to take the paper work tomorrow to the office and be in compliance with the apt rules..THANK YOU ALL AT PET SUPERMARKET TO MAKE THIS POSSIBLE FOR METHANK YOU❤️❤️❤️ 🙏🙏🙏🙏🌷🌷

I had a great experience at Pet supermarket, first I called almost at the time that they were supposed to close the self shower for my dog and the person that answered the phone told me to not worry that he would wait for me until I finish to close the self shower, not only he did that for me but he had everything ready for me when I went to pet supermarket towels, shampoo, conditioner and even the treat for my dog. He literally made my experience wonderful and from now on I'm going to start going to pet supermarket for all my dog shopping.

This is my store, I like that they have offers, points options offer new products every now and then. Store is not crowded, plenty of space between the aisles. I did the walk for the animals and the were giving away gift baskets , they called me after I had left and left it at the store for me to pick up later. That was very nice, it gave an excuse to go by the store and browse.

We love our Pet Supermarket...and they all love Rocky! It's the only place we can find his "ouncy alls"...and he picked out his "big bed" all by himself and he absolutely loves his "big bed"...

Great selection of toys and food for any pet.They sale rabbits, lizard, few birds, hamsters, cats, snakes, little fishes, snails.Mr Jason know every single details about the bussiness., ask for him.The cages for animals are expensive.

Just moved to town and during the move my dumb bank canceled my card by accident... So I'm in a new town and the only access I have to money is with my card digitally which their machine "doesn't always work that way". Good thing I have the card number and we can manually enter it, right? Nope, the cashier couldnt be bothered with typing in my card number. Will not be coming back here. There are plenty of other stores that have working 'tap to pay' options. ✌️
