Always fun to find treasures here… But I tell you what …these cashiers need to pick up the pace!! Line of 15 people deep and they’re moving like a tortoise. Had to walk out and will continue shopping Amazon until they staff properly. It’s a shame.

REVERSE RACISM! I came to buy a rug. I picked it out and waited for my husband to call for help to take it off and send it to the checkout. The lady who was browsing rugs behind me walked by and called for an assistant. He came in, and she asked him to bring the price list for this rug. I asked him to take the rug off as I wanted to buy it. The assistant told her I was first. She said she called him first. Then her boyfriend said something to this assistant and he came back and told me he was giving the rug to that lady. I asked to see on camera who picked that rug first. She never touched that rug. And she never even opened the section with that rug. They wouldn't do it. The manager came in and couldn't make the right decision. I asked her to look at the camera to see the truth. She ignored. She proposed to me other rugs and 10% off. But it's not working for me. This was very unfair. One detai: I was the only one white skin out of all the people in this situation. I will never ever step into this store anymore.

Overwhelming lol. So much Valentine's and St. Patrick's decor and goodies. Found a lamp I fell in love with, but $100. Too rich for my budget. Got some yummy flavored coffees, a couple small pots for plants and some Easter candy.

Very surprised at all the lovely things that they are selling at the store. Was pretty surprised. End up buying a beautiful sheet set here.Also a lovely armchair.

Great place with good items for a great price. Spend some time in there to get some gems. I’m in there about 3 -5 times a year for new Nick nacks and to replace seasonal decor, bedding, pillows and towels.

Nicole (the shift manager) is the rudest person I have ever encountered. Home Goods should fire her and she should not work in customer service. I will not shop at this store again.

I simply cannot get enough of this store. There's always something there for me. The store is rarely a mess. When customers are inconsiderate and make a mess of an area, there's normally an employee who gets the mess cleaned up. Most employees are very nice. I love shopping at this store.

I shop homegoods all the time and spend thousands of dollars at various stores. The one time I shopped at Coral Ridge store which I generally don't go to as it's out of my area, the employee was young and did not wrap my item well enough and put it in a bag with something else that was metal. I had so many bags that one of their guys had to meet me with the cart at my car because their carts don't leave the store. Anyway he put the bags in my car and when I got home my item was broke. I went back to the store with the wrapping and the broken item and the store manager wanted nothing to do with me! She basically called me a liar and said I broke the item! I only handed to the cashier she wrapped it in ONE piece of paper and the guy from homegoods brought all my bags to my car and put them in but yet it's my fault and they accused me of dropping it! The manager refused to give me a refund or store credit, I wrote to corporate and even corporate was cold. I gave them pictures and everything they asked for and they said as a ONE TIME COURTESY... imagine that! I'm a TJX card holder also and this is the customer service you get! Won't be my go to place anymore!

Can Isles be any more narrow? It is literally impossible to enjoy the shopping experience when you continuously have to move out of the way for other people that are coming in through the isles...

I wish every store will be having the same service and stuff as in this Home Goods. The cashier David made my shopping experience very pleasant. He was very sweet despite on late hours. I was very last customer, and he helped me with my bags. And the other guy (I forgot to ask his name) helped me to take my bags to the car. Great service! Please give those two sweet guys a rise. They truly deserve it. People like that bring up a customer service on the next level .

As many of these same chain stores you go here to buy knick knacks at a decent price. This location in Florida is no different than others in the country except for the helpful staff. Take the time to ask for what you're looking for and they'll point you in the right direction. Although the selection isn't a varied as in NY, the service makes up for that.

Prices are fair. Store is organized. Checkout is a bit of a mission though. Staff is friendly though, not on them, just lots of returns and multiple transactions per customer, I noticed.

Shopping at Home Goods it is so relaxing and the merchandise is to die for, when you go there you just simple don't want to leave it gives you a feeling of living, you want to purchase every possible thing that you see and like, not to mention the prices are 100 % reasonable comparing to some places and you see your spending is worthwhile. The staff are very hospitable, very helpful, if there is such a rating as a 10 star I would they deserve it...Great place to shop....

I went to this store and it was 8:45 at night and I understand it’s raining heavily but it’s not adequate to treat customers like this telling them to “GET OUT NOW” in a rude way, even though the store is still open until 9:30.If you don’t show your employees how to act in a professional way then it’s no use for you to work at a place like this.

I just saw Nicole - the manager - swap a price ticket at the cashier station on a broken scratched broken item from 4.99 to 24.99 without giving the customer any reason for it. What a terrible service for a manager. Horrible !!!!

Waiting for a simple exchange the manager is a large African-American woman who is one of the most loud and unprofessional and aggressive women I've ever seen .... Not only was she completely unprofessional from the start of the whole transaction she resorted to yelling so loud that other patrons in the store from across the store were looking at her.... I then ended up calling 911 because of the aggressive nature and screaming as she was trying to claim that I was threatening her even though I never raised my voice or said anything disrespectful or unprofessional this woman is an absolute POS..... Just an absolute skid mark of an employee for home goods I hope no one else has to have this horrible experience with this woman. Literally go any other home goods just to avoid her.

Well it's home goods.... so it's always an adventure and almost always better than good. The customers are completely oblivious at this one about any one way aisle signs or most anything about social distancing. All stores are not the same. The staff is very helpful and serious about their own health. I love coming here.

What’s up with the abundance of weaved baskets from Cambodia? I’ve been using them at my short term rentals as laundry hampers. They are affordable and look nice. Thanks to all the hard workers in Cambodia !

I don't think there is a more interesting place to shop for home accessories than at HomeGoods. I love the fact that they are constantly rotating their inventory, so every time you go in, they have something different. The staff is always very helpful and are more than willing to work with you to find something unique. AND...if I'm not mistaken, I believe I saw a sign that says they now deliver, which is really very helpful.
