Despite them being severely understaffed, One employee helped me find the items I was looking for and was very helpful, she was able to juggle me and other shoppers in good time so I was in and out with a little more than I intended to buy but I am satisfied, look for a Sweet small lady named Victoria. If you ever need Good guest service in good time she’s your Gal!!

Pretty clean store staff was helpful and they had more than one register open, just watch out for the massive amount of panhandlers in the parking lot lady's hold on to your purse and lock your cars

Stopped at this location because I needed something in a pinch. Don't really go to five below maybe I've gone in the past to a different location. However when you walk into this one nobody says hello which is fine I went on about my business looking around since I don't go into five below a lot I wanted to see what they had to offer. A time of checkout cashier asked cash your card I said I'm going to be paying with my card when I go to use my card the cashier's spins the card reader around does something and then when the card reader returns to my side it says thanks for the rating. I said I didn't rate anything the response was oh don't worry about it. I hesitated I almost said to cancel the whole transaction but because I needed something in a pinch I went on with the purchase. I feel that the cashier should never have done such a thing, my rating would have been my rating and it probably would have been a good one but now that she did that I will no longer be visiting any five belows. I work for a multi-billion dollar corporation and I will tell whoever I need to not to shop at five below. As I feel the customers don't have their own voice and the cashiers will just put in whatever rating they feel fit.

This is the second time I come to this store. The first time was fine. However, today was different. I wanted to look around and shop whatever I liked. I went with my boyfriend and he also wanted to get something. He picked up something that was open and showed it to me. Then, he put it back. A few moments later, a security guard comes up to him with an empty plastic box and asks him if he took it. My boyfriend said no that it was already opened and empty. Then, the security goes on and says we saw you on the camera holding this box, so could you empty your pockets. Mind you, he was holding the opened box and put it back. He never took anything out of it because it was empty already… My boyfriend takes off his jacket and shows the security that he had nothing. Then, the security said okay, thank you. This situation got me very upset and I ended up leaving everything I was going to buy. You CAN NOT falsely accuse someone of stealing if you didn’t see him on camera putting anything in his pockets. It was a waste of time and disrespectful to ask when they have cameras they can rewind and check. Will not be coming back to this store again after this event.

Yesterday was my first and last time going into this store. I wasn't even in there a good 10 minutes and the next thing I hear was two women arguing and cussing. I almost thought a fight was going to break out. If you're an employee and have an irate customer try to de-escalate the issue, not add fuel to the fire. Also find the manager to help with the situation. This customer was demanding the employee clock out and "step outside" to handle business. I don't know how this situation started but it was not good. I had to leave the store because I did not feel safe in that environment. The store itself, from the small amount of time I was there, was clean and organized, bright lights helped illuminate the products. There's all sorts of products, from home decor to seasonal decor.

I live close to this location so I always visit it, all the staff is great except for Isa. She's been so rude with me and my daughter, specially when we visit the store with our dog.

Five Bow is an awesome Store to shop at. They have clothes, shoe, jewelry, books, phone cords, phone chargers, headphones, exercise equipments, like the balls, ropes, jump ropes, stretch clothing, also children's stuff and juices, cookies, chips, candies, umbrellas, all sorts of gift cards etc etc etc. Hey. Don't take my word. Just go check it out for yourself. Everything in store is $5.00. Yes $5.00. I Love going there to shop. Me and my wallet we be smiling and so happy. Everyone in those Stores are friendly, helpful, and polite. The Stores are always clean and organized and masks are mandatory required before entering those Stores. Kudos Kudos Kudos to the CEOs, Managers, Asst Managers, Employees. Much Blessings to all of you.

Five Below is now one of my favorite stores when traveling and just need to pick up a few items or knick knacks and don’t want to spend too much money for a decent quality product. The experience at this location here in Fort Lauderdale was fairly good as far as finding what I needed.

I love this store because my kids enjoy it. The price is awesome but I suggest going with what you plan to spend because the price can easily go beyond the amount you originally wanted to spend. That's because of all the varieties of things to choose from

Hey for five bucks what do you expect they've got great sneakers they've got great packages of socks so I'm coming five pairs so I'm coming 10 pairs they've got great little person lovely makeup and great Electronics just make sure that your pairs with your device and again it's a $5 store go get a bargain

The most amazing place when you can buy lots of products from 5 dollars or less. From bluetooh headsets and other phone gadgets to make up, from t-shirts to table games, from fitness equipment to toys and books. You can't imagine what you can find there, but I assure you, if you go in you will buy something.

I wanted to write and tell you about the wonderful way a representative went out of her way to get me the Disney Villains shirt that I wanted! I was told by my coworker that Five Below had Disney Villains shirts, one in particular with 4 Villains on it. I went to my local Five Below at 5767 N University Dr, Tamarac, FL 33321 and they didn't have any in an XL. I called the store at 997 E Commercial Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334 and was hung up on three times. I then called the store at 2400 W Broward Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 and the young lady who answered the phone actually went to check to make sure that the shirt was there and it wasn't. After we hung up, she called me back within 2 minutes and told me she found one and would put it on hold for me. I was delighted! My husband and I drove to this location and purchased my shirt! I can't thank this young lady enough for going out of her way to make my day! I wish I had gotten her name, but she told me she would not be in the store by the time we arrived but she made sure my name was on the bag for the shirt and ready to go behind the register. In this day and age, that kind of customer service is hard to find.

This is literally one of my favorite stores in the world. The service is exceptional, they know me on sight, and I ALWAYS find more than what I'm looking. 10/10
