It's a small store. There's often boxes blocking the aisles so they can stock. You can find a few neat things in there if you look. There's always a line at the cashier and it usually goes pretty slow let's be patient. I've never had them but I know that they have even some refrigerated food items. It's an okay store for what it is. It's for convenience.

Very Rude and unprofessional staff, after walking around the store for about an hour and shopping I asked to use the restroom one gentleman informed me that I would just have to get the key from the front of the store however on my way walking to the front of the store I ask a man by the name of Jose for the key he then informed me that they didn't have a restroom so I ask why did the previous gentleman tell me to get the key from the front he told me he didn't know the restroom had been down for 2 weeks then I noticed they had a pregnant young lady working at the front of the store at the register so I proceeded to ask her may I use the restroom she told me I had to retrieve the key from Jose, at that moment I informed the young lady that that was the same gentleman that just told me that they didn't have a restroom she look with puzzled facial expression, then I asked her how does she use the restroom, at that moment she informed me that they have a private restroom so once again I asked her to call Jose the store manager to the front so I can ask him may I use the restroom once again this gentleman told me No remind you I had already been in there store shopping and walking around for an hour there was no store near for me to use the restroom at that time I was very upset and refused to spend my hard-earned money that I work hard for their due to how this gentleman Jose was treating his customers! I wasnt in a bomb off the streets like they have sitting in front of the store, I am a customer that had a cart full of items that was willing to pay and I only ask to use the restroom so I left everything there I also asked the man for his name which he refused to give me his last name and I also asked for the district manager number which he only gave me Raphael. I am a customer that shop very often at Family Dollar and for the first time I wanted to try this location since it was new in the community and this was the first impression I got, I would never return back to this location I'm also trying to get in contact with the district manager because this is no way that you treat a customer that comes in Family Dollar and Shop there all the time.

Apparently this store does NOT CARE about the health and welfare of their customers all three employees there were NOT wearing their masks....starting from...in order to walk in the store you had to pass an employee holding the door open with her mask around her neck; while in store walk up to same employee from behind to ask if they had alcohol and she turned to answer with mask still around neck were it remained my entire time there... The cashier also had hers around her neck checkubg out customers and finally pulled it up to help the lady in front of me where it remained even though the ither employee was now behind the registers with mask still around neck...and the manager came in and walked through from front to back with her mask around her neck too..If I had not found an infant outfit and pacifier holder that had meaning to send to my grandson whose had 3 brain surgerys and is only 2 months old I would have walked out

Rude Staff. I walked into the store had my bookbag so I gave it to lady behind the counter as I know they don't let bookbags in store. When I left the alarm was going off. The manager started barking in some language I Couldn't understand( non english) . Then their proceeded to be a debate who would search my bag that they had the whole time. Then the one guy started riping through my stuff. I told him to take it easy with my stuff. Very unprofessional. Very Rude uneducated staff. Would go out of my way to never go in their again and probably never step foot in a family dollar again.

Where should I start first and foremost to be greeted at the door with a simple hello instead of a eye contact. Not only that to get to item that I was looking for which is as usual always so out their favorite word but to make a long story short you can go and get what you need from time to time but when you truly are in need of something you need to make sure that you do it ahead of time because it just might be gone

Please DO NOT shop here. The staff (including the manager) are incompetent. I came to this store during Black Friday and clearance was 75% off, however, NONE of the items on clearance were marked down. When the supervisor came he spent a few minutes on his cell phone trying to compute the discount and came up with a number that was 25% off not 75%. When I advised I did not want the items he looked so crazy and did not attempt to rectify the situation. Will not return to this location and I advise others NOT to.

I GAVE UP ON THIS STORE A FEW MONTHS AGO ..I only needed a couple of things today and didnt want to go to Wally world with the crowds or Publix and pay double so i bit the bullet ... I was so happy to see that new management is in place. I was surprised to see a help wanted sign on the front door assistant mgr, counter,stock. I walked in, and it was like night and day ..Shiney clean floors !!? THE FLOORS USED TO BESO DIRTY , I THOUGHT THEY HAD A FLAT NO SHINE FINISH.ORganized shelves , it even smelled clean ...I havent been there in 3 months because it got so bad, the old mgr's were so rude to customers and wouldnt step up to help withanything and the poor crew wasalways left hanging , The clerkstransferred out asap ,before theyWalked out or were fired...I met the new mgr today andthanked him .wished him the bestand thanked him again.....Im sure he will be able to build ateam of employees that willstay and not transfer out .As they have done in the past.ITS SAFE TO GO IN AGAIN..THANK YOU CORPORATEFOR FINALLY LISTENING TO YOURCUSTOMERS ...I'M SURE SALES WILL GO UP AND EMPLOYEE RETENTION WILL AS WELL.

Employees are dirty with ripped dollar store shirts. They keep the place looking like a junk yard. Everything is all over the place. Was the only place I could find water when Hurricane Dorian was coming for us. I bet they didnt even know it was there.

Compare prices to Walmart, Dollar Tree and Dollar General- while some things are cheaper, others are more expensive. Just price check if you can... Other than that, there’s pretty decent service at this Family Dollar

I hate the customer service at this location store is over crowded unorganized I feel am at a flea market while in there plus they don't honor the price you see under an item they say it's no longer on sale even though there is a tag under it saying otherwise
