WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! Item I wanted to purchase was on the self for a price but rung up for more than advertised. Woman who rung me up wouldn't honor all of my purchases for .25¢. When I showed her the price she shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know!" and continued to bag my items without care or concern. I advise anyone to go to another location or maybe don't even shop with Family Dollar!

They are very unorganized , they don’t pick up they phones and everytime i come in there they always have a mean look on they face . And they manger is never there . They never know where anything at .

If you want everything you pick up to not ring up the correct price come here. When you clearly show the reluctant employee the advertised price you told " the price must have changed". When you ask if they will honor their price tag, they tell you they can't that person is not here. When you insist, they make a phone call get the ok and make the changes. Something has to change. I would like to shop at this store with correct price. I love the employees to be friendlier and not argue with you and all but refuse to help you when they are wrong. Lastly if the people on duty are not able to correct problems they should be given the power or have someone there who does. Customers should not feel like it was a bother to shop at you establishment. I am so disappointed, I shop here out of convenience not choice. Maybe next time I will choose somewhere else. This is not the first time I have had problems in this store. I think enough is enough.

They advertise 50 % off Christmas 🎄. Did not honor it . Showed them there own coupon and still did not honor it.

I have been coming to this particular store for the last year, and today I told the clerk I won't be doing business here anymore. I purchased a pair of reading glasses, and when I got home to put them on, there was a missing lens. That wasn't a big deal, as I was going to take them to the store for exchange for another pair. I go in with a receipt, and explained the situation to the same clerk that checked out not even an hour earlier. She called me a liar, and tried to argue with me over a measly $6.00. I was also about to purchase another item, and just left the store. I drove a couple miles to Walmart, and found more durable reading glasses, and got a pack of 2 for the price of their cheap glasses. I don't recommend anyone shop at this family dollar.

worst service. the rude girl in the store is so rude and completely nuts. she locked doors and refused to tell us her name and she would not even give a bag for a purchase. she's lazy needs to be fired or evaluated this woman can't run a storea disrespect to people and LITTLE

Horrible one day I came in with a clear bag and told me to leave it at the counter.Thinking I was going I was going to steal or rob the place. Other people had bags and they were carrying it with them. I was the only one that had to be told to put my bag on the counter. So I just left because I wouldn’t leave my bag alone what if someone steals it or does something with it. Plus I came again and the customer service was horrible and the lady looked annoyed. She just put the stuff on the bag put it on the counter and left it there. Not even saying thank you would not recommend!!!!😡😡

For the 1st time since I moved back to the area & gone to this store, I had a great experience! The cashier that was working today, who's name I don't know was very helpful today. I wish I had kept my receipt... I hope that this type of service continues at this store, the last few times the weekend staff were lazy & unhelpful. Keep up the good work!

Today I visited and the 2 cashiers were busy trying to argue with another employee or vendor then the customer walks away without paying 1 cashier trying to go hunt that person down knowing they are not coming back a line of customers waiting to check out instead of explaining in English they continue to talk in Creole very disrespectful to the rest of us then a customer decides to leave then 1 asks to wait never had to wait 25 minutes to buy 2 items not sure if I'll return

Misleading. THIS IS HARDLY A DOLLAR STORE. Maybe 10% of what they sell is priced at a dollar. The rest is priced like a Publix or even more expensive. Employees are rude. I entered with a rolling bag and was told that I had to surrender it at the checkout so that I could freely browse the store. I promptly left. NEVER AGAIN.

This store needs to be re-vamped or shut down.. The place is always a mess. The employees are rude and nasty. And its even worse when they are speaking Creole and laughing at people.. I wish I didn't understand half of what they say. How they got in this country let alone hired and running Family Dollar is a mystery to me.

Do not go to this store employees are rude they were speaking to each other in Creole and they refused to take my return back even though I had a receipt they told me to go back to the same store I bought it from. This is not right on family dollars web site corp it says you can return these items to any family dollar store, its a joke that you have rude employees, then they said you would get half your money, ahh the law does not allow you do that, this was within 30 days of me buying it , go the other store down the road from this he had no issue taking back all my items as was so nice, so they lied they do have to give refund you , I am calling corp on them, they should be nicer to their customers just laughing at me last time I go to that terrible store,

I found what I needed but my experience wasn't the best. The employee in the front started yelling a coworker's name which was really unprofessional. She needed help at the register but do they not have a better way to communicate? Then when I'm paying shes talking on her phone.

Customer serviceis horrible, they are always speaking other languages instead of english. One of the workers is always sitting down with her shoes off sitting on the chair not doing her job. They were saying things about us in another language. I do NOT recommend this store at all!!!

This is a good shop I almost go there everyday sometimes I see homeless people smoking com cigarettes and they just bad there here every day as I said good service good place the employees are nice and good it's right around the block we're I live it's good service good everything the Takis are number 1on the list

When you buy something that says it's $2 and they charge you $3 and you show them they get mad at you and tell you "I know the price by heart" but really they don't because you have the proof right in front of them. I don't recommend going there because they have poor sevice and the cashier was very rude.
