I would give it zero stars if i could i got their at 9AM the store opens at 8AM & they weren’t opening the door for me a lady instead thought it was funny to hang up a blank piece of paper while im sitting there looking for someone to open the door she didnt say anything to me or nothing you guys really need to stop being lazy and do better u guys been open for a whole hour there is no reason that the doors are still locked u guys are in their talking laughing instead of doing your job GROW UP!

Rushing over to this location only for them to say they were closed and it was 30 minutes before closing time like?! Where’s the manager, store manager?! And employees laughing as if inconveniencing people is comedy ?

I walked in from my shift from my job with my work backpack they acted like I stole and tried to block the entrance way and intimidate me for something I did not do. You should really hav your employees on Wednesday night shift 9pm to reevaluate their lives and judgment . Extremely offended do not shop here they will harass you for no reason . Never shop at this family dollar

I bought a $35 fan here after losing everything in the flood. It's loud, it vibrates more then producing air. Poorly made should be taken off the floor. Brought it back and the won't return it. I work hard for my money to give it away. I will never shop at these stores again

Make sure you watch them put all your items in your bag! An employee here stole my shirt that I bought the other day. The shirt came in a two pack. A pink and a gray shirt I only recieved the pink one. The employee removed the security tag and did not add it to my bags. I spoke to the manager Marie who did absolutely nothing about it and tried to accuse me of lying which i dont have the time to waste lying about because she probably steals from customers too.

The store is filthy! Like worse than what is per usual. To top it off, the customer service is horrible! Why even apply for the job if you're going to be that miserable there? Not to mention, one cashier was so ignorant, she let someone she knew skip me when I had already been waiting! Mind you, I had three things and the lady that skipped me had a whole cart. She was so rude! I am so put off by that store. Ugh.

As someone who goes to this location ALL THE TIME... major kudos on their revamp of the store. I’m glad everything is not behind the counters anymore though I do understand why some family dollars do keep certain things back there (PEOPLE STEAL) I also see that they switched up the associates. Nonetheless it’s a good store and close to my house.

The store is okay any other time but I dnt APPRECIATE one person in register and the manager I assume Hispanic long brown hair at this time 6:00pm today taking pictures of 2 associates while one person is working!

Hire more help. There's 2-3 registers but only 1 is open. Long wait lines. The stores can look a whole lot better. Store appearance is very important.

A great store to Purchase all your needs! But it never hurts to say Hello! Which it should be an Ultimatum to work here!!!. It makes People feel Welcomed. Hello!!!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible I can't even say it enough I was racially discriminated against in the store by the "manager" of all people! The store is dirty, hot and horribly ran. Staff is rude! This store also doesn't take manufacturers coupons when their "company" policy says they do. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!

Never going there AGAIN, i went back to the store cause they charged me for two swifter wet jet pad refill and JOSE THE MANAGER said to me how do I know, I said you can go back and look at the camera I was here 30 mins ago. He was rude didn’t get my money back. NEVER GOING TO A FAMILY DOLLAR

When I was leaving the security beeper went off the guy at the store just wouldn't let me go at first but one of the ladies that work there she told him to let me go I even suggested he look in my purse

This store is close to me, so I go there often. It has gotten better over the last year, and it has gotten a lot cleaner in the past year also!!As for a go to store for me ... it is OK!!

Personnel friendly , but need more registers open at that time of the day. Customers tend to get a little frustrated when not waited on right away. It was 3 or 4 people in line.
