Worst customer service. Employee and manager are lazy and don’t have any customer service. Products are placed in wrong places and they blame corporate for not being able to honor the price that the product is underneath. This is not a corporate problem, it’s an employee problem for not placing the product in the correct place.

I give you a LOT of my business and I've overlooked the store being a mess & the unprofessionalism because I'm usually in and out but when you have pallettes blocking the items I need & refuse to move it, then you lost a good one. I came in urgently needing items & I'm very disappointed that they wouldn't move something 1 foot over for me to shop &go about my day. Super poor customer service. I was told they wouldn't move it because it wasn't in stock but that's not true because what I needed was to the left & they only looked to the right through a crack & found out easier to send me off. Do better. This store is a safety hazard.

3nd time at this location, cashier said she was the assistant manager, I overheard as another customer was very upset with her and my turn I questioned the cost of the ALL laundry soap and we went to the shelf I pulled it from with another 4 bottles there and she said someone must have moved them all and they belong to the price never to them, when I we went back and I told her I didn't want it please remind it, luckily I caught that she was removing singing 3.00 cheaper instead of the soap.Cashing me to review everything and decided to cancel full order as I was also tired of listening to the disgruntled customer trying to teach corporate on herNeedless to say another bad experienced and will not give them a 3rd tryMy first time ever here...the cashier was not sociable... I said hello and thanked her She never acknowledged me or made eye contract with me...the only thing she said to me was the total I owed.I left there with an uneasy feeling and the desire to never return

The manager of this store needs a new job. Learn to lead by example. The attitude and demeanor is terrible. Honestly with all the rodent and mouse traps why should consumers shop at this location ???

The cashier gave nasty customer service. Went last night for my son to add money to his card. She was on the phone the whole time. There was a customer in front of me who didn't speak English and she was yelling at them. Her Conversation on the phone must have turned into an argument to where she was cursing out loud. When it was my turn to cash out. She didn't put the right amount on the card. Went back inside store and till her she made a mistake. She started yelling at me and my son cussing all types of bad word. I toll her that's not Professional she started screaming somewhere followed me out of the store like she wanted to fight I basically told her you stole money from a child.. worst customer service ever!

This Family Dollar store is convenient and the prices are ok. The only complaint I have is that, they do not have enough staff, which is very obvious because I see the same person every time I go. They need more staff also to better organize the store. Almost every time I go there there are boxes all over the isles that have to be stocked. If they hire more people, put all the merchandize on the shelves, better organize, and clean, I think it will be much needed improvements.

Very awful customer service. I had to wait to be checked out while the lady sat behind the register to help her child do school work. When I said hello how are you, she said nothing and I said I'm ready to check out and she said ill be there wait a minute. I said ok can you tell me where is the mayo since I have to wait and she rudely said asle 30. I felt very unwanted and asked her was she having a bad day and that she should be happy to be alive and treat customers better. The gentleman behind me winked and agreed with me and I asked her her name and she ignored me. I then told her you should be careful how you treat people you never know who people are. I Could own this place and she could careless. Very nasty. But no worries she shall reap what she soes.

staff is polite and do their best 2B helpful. Good stock of paper. Refrigerated section is stocked also. Cold drinks are also well supplied. Some good deals on cleaning supplies too. Easy parking.

Today I met the manager "Tammy" for the 2nd time. The first time we met I had to FIND her to pay for my items after waiting 10 minutes on my lunch half hour. I began to worry that the place had been robbed after whistling and calling for someone repeatedly. I dialed 911 and held my thumb over the call button and went to the back of the store. As I approachedthe employee area, out pops tammy looking like I woke her from a nap and BOY was she cranky. , it seemed as if it was a real inconvenience for her to take my money . NOBODY is ever at the front of the store so it seems as if they dont care if you pay or not. Terrible way to treat your customers tammy. Perhaps you should get a little sleep at home and take a little more pride in your job.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a box fan and it started smoking and the blade broke off within 15 minutes of plugging it in. Fortunately I was home and unplugged it BEFORE MY HOUSE BURNED DOWN!!!I went to the original store with my ORIGINAL RECEIPT - LESS THAN 24 HOURS from purchasing. They informed me I could ONLY EXCHANGE it for identical fan. The OTHER boxes were TORN and in rough shape! EVEN with my ORIGINAL RECEIPT I could NOT EVEN GET STORE CREDIT!?!?!? “Policy” the store manager said!I DO NOT FEEL SAFE using this product and therefore I will NEVER buy from Dollar General again!! Absolutely terrible RIP-OFF!AVOID ALL FAMILY DOLLAR Stores like they’re THE PLAGUE!

Once I asked for a price check and they grab anything that was similar to the product I was asking about. It came up to be more money. I told the lady that’s not the one I was asking about. She was rude and told me well it’s probably cheaper then the one I was asking about. Than she turn to the manger and she said the same thing! Family dollar is right by my house. After this experience, I said I would never shop there again, even if I have to go out my way. I will shop somewhere else.

It is quite clean and organized and has all you need for quick items without having to go to a grocery store or a department store and also has enough variety of items to browse. Always great prices and love the markdowns.

It's a newly built Family Dollar it's very clean the employees are very friendly they have good merchandise in stock they have good sales a little bit of everything they offer good value for the prices they put this Family Dollar in a very good area we needed something just like that here

There very new but they been opening late had me and other customers wait outside for 30 mins plus from 8:00 am not good when you just started . MANAGEMENT NEED TO BE CHANGED , For allowing employers come and open as they please
