We love Dogtopia Fort Lauderdale Downtown! We have been using their services for over 6 years. Our 13 year old lab mix has separation anxiety and leaving him home is not an option. He loves the staff at Dogtopia and they treat him as part of the pack! They are our village and we would be lost without them.

Absolutely horrible. Staff was rough with our little dog and did not care at all that she was humped all day long by dozens of other dogs. Here is a screenshot of their employee dragging her by the neck while she gets mounted by another dog. She was then taken into the back where there was no camera, and when I rushed to go pick her up, rude staff denied that anything had happened and lied to my face claiming she was "sleeping." I would caution anyone reading this about leaving your pet with these people. I've also attached a photo of her being humped while the same employee watches and does nothing. These people simply do not care.

I've been taking my dog there for over 6 months and he really loves being there. We have done both day care and boarding. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I know I don't have to worry about my dog when I have to be at work or traveling. Truly appreciate everyone taking care of Joropo

My pup loves it here. The staff is very friendly, they'll do report cards and dog of the week which is the cutest. We've also done boarding and haven't had any issues. It is definitely pricey (but comparable to other doggy daycares). I think they went up recently and they changed the packages from a monthly to weekly setup. My only real complaint is that they can be slow to answer calls or texts. Recently we were charged for a package we didn't want/use and while it took a ~week for them to get back to us there were 0 issues with getting a refund.

My pup has been to many Dogtopias and has never came back disappointed!! She loves the Downtown location she gets to sun bath and play around with friends In the ☀️ The CC know how to handle her very well. Her favorite person there is Leslie. She loves going into the store!

This place is an answer to any dog parents out there! My 5 old month miniature schnauzer loves it! It was the best solution for not leaving him home alone, he plays all day, he’s always under supervision, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly!I really liked that the smaller dogs are separate from big dogs, super safe and the best part is that I can watch my baby through their live webcam all day!

My pup, Willow, and I love Dogtopia!! She's always SO excited to get there every day and super tired when I pick her up! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and treats Willow like she's their own; and they all adore her ❤️ She gets great socialization with all different breeds/sizes of dogs and loves to play all day. I have and will continue to recommend friends to give their own pups the benefits of doggy daycare at Dogtopia. Thank you for taking such great care of my girl when I'm at work 😁

Just became part of the Dogtopia family. The meet and greet was awesome they sent me pics of my girls throughout the day and my 2 fur baby's came home exhausted and went right to sleep. It is also a plus to be able to see them on the Webcam. I am looking forward to many more fun fur days at Dogtopia. The staff are all very nice and accommodating as well. All Paws 🐾 up for the team you can tell they love what they do.

My dog barks in excitement the minute we turn the corner on our way to Dogtopia. The staff are dog people and treat your dog like their own (shout out to Jario and Desiree)! And, my pup is exhausted when he comes home so win win!

I’ve been taking my dog here for years and he is obsessed with Dogtopia! The people who work here are absolutely amazing, you can tell that they really care about the dogs. I really enjoy the special activities that he can participate in on some days, like doggie ice cream or little crafts that I can bring home. When I drop him off, I can feel confident that my dog is enjoying his day socializing and having fun. I love that I can watch him on their webcams, and sometimes I even receive photos throughout the day. I know he’s in great hands at Dogtopia!

I heard about Dogtopia Downtown from people in my apartment building and I'm so happy I did. Hattie loves playing with her friends and always comes home happy and tired. You can tell the employees really love the dogs. I would recommend this daycare/boarding to any friend.

I had a weird feeling leaving my dog here and I honestly was right. First off, the cameras to the large dog room (city) worked about 10% of the time the entire week my dog was here. When I picked my dog up, i noticed on her food bag there was a note that said “ 1 cup am 1 cup pm”. Our feeding instructions that we left the staff were completely different than this. The employee i talked to upon pick up couldn’t tell us how much my dog was fed everyday and was being extremely rude/unprofessional. I’m afraid my dog was severely underfed and they didnt care to try and confirm this. Always trust your gut instinct. My dog will not be returning

My husky, Ari, had a wonderful time there for 9 days. She stays all the time when we go out of town, and I love knowing she is safe and happy! The staff are great, the place is clean, everyone was friendly, and I will definitely be bringing her back there.

Minus 100 star-Do not take your dog to this place!After mishap after mishap, yesterday took the cake. I have requested 4 times to please place the correct collar on the two dogs. One is smaller than the other.They put the smaller collar on the bigger dog and the larger collar on the smaller dog who has had the collar pulled over his head 4 times, twice in the parking lot which is on Broward Blvd.While I was in the floor trying to address the issue, one dog got away and as I was trying to adjust the one collar NO ONE from the staff even attempted to make effort to assist me. They are worthless.I was not quite about my unhappiness and some staffer said was “ I apologize”.The staffer said it four times because this was the fourth time this has happened. I said that is all you say but action is needed, words are not going to make it right. The entire place should be investigated, coaching is badly needed and let’s not get started on how they double bill and takes forever to get the issue corrected.I will take full responsibility for not leaving sooner BUT please do not take your love ones to this place.It’s only a matter of time before an animal get hurts because of their neglect.

We just love Dogtopia! Our dog Nugget loves to be there, the staff is so gentle and kind, everyone is so attentive to all needs of each dog. We have done boarding as well and everything went fine, our pup always have a good time there. Super recommended!

There is no better place for my puppy than dogtopia. From the moment he walks in he is greeted with so much love that he just loves it. He plays all day and comes home super relaxed. They also give him baths, cut his nails, clean ears and teeth. Is a very complete service. When we go away we do not hesitate to board Max at Dogtopia knowing that he is being taken care of! We just love them!

Our family LOVES Dogtopia! Our dogs are very high energy and they are constantly moving so by the time we pick them up they are DONE for a day or two! I am new on Fort Lauderdale and needed a place for my dog to board. Everyone there was so friendly. In the parking lot I asked a few other dog owners what the thought of the place. They all said they have been coming there for 8+ years and they love it. More important their dogs do also!

My pup Ralphie loves going to Dogtopia the staff is so nice and caring there I’ve never used a service like this but it’s so worth it your dog will get their necessary exercise plus some and have a great time so when you get home from work they just wanna relax just like you do the second you walk in till you pick em up they make sure you and your pup are happy Highly recommend them!

This is my peace of mind place and my dog’s favorite doggy hangout. The staff is amazing, real dog lovers and caring people. From Jairo, Desiree and the entire staff this is the best place for dogs to run, play and have fun. I use their daycare membership a lot and boarding services when I’m out of town. Have been taking my dog there for a long time. I have always received nothing but the best services from them. Definitely recommend Dogtopia of Downtown “Fur Lauderdale!”

I wanted to like this place, but my dog always was desperate to get out and when I looked at him in the camera he didn't seem like he was having fun.Also, one reason I subscribed was because they said that they had an outdoor section, but during the months I was subscribed they always said they were renovating.Maybe works for some, but it didn't for my dog

I recently moved to Fort Lauderdale and was extremely nervous about finding a place to board my pups while I traveled. I came across Dogtopia on google and I’m so glad I did! They have been great! I get to watch my pups play in the parks during the day! They even send text during the day to let me know how they are doing. I know they are being taken care of while I’m gone! Would recommend Dogtopia to anyone!

My dog, loves it here. Always excited he can’t wait to go play with her friends. The place is always clean. The staff is always friendly and reassuring. If you ask they will give you an update on your dogs day. They also always answer the phone during business hours. They Have room for big dogs and one for small dogs.You can see your dog via app. And the most important thing my dog comes home tired which is exactly what I want!! ( had so such a great time)
