š«Hideous attitude and worse level of professionalism. AVOID this pharmacy at all costs.ā¼ļøI called to verify if they were able to fill my prescription to find that they had the medication. Upon arrival, the pharmacist on shift (07MAR24, 3:30PM) dismissively affirmed not having the medication in a derogatory manner, bluntly demonstrating a lack of willingness to engage with my concerns as a patient/customer, notably evading direct eye contact.

I can never get ahold of them through the phone. It either keeps ringing, rings & goes to voice-mail or they answer then hang up. I have to stop what I am doing to come out of my way to have them put my prescription in. Then I get there and I still have to wait or come back because nothing has been put it. So frustrating. I understand they're short staffed, but I don't think multi tasking is a thing with them. Yes, you're busy with filling medications and helping people in front of you, but you have others on the phone as well. I worked customer service & it's like times today, everyone lacks the importance of their job.

My wife and, I go into this CVS to get my wife's prescription and get the biggest attitude from the girl working in the pharmacy. We get there at 2:45pm after they said it would be ready at 2:35pm. Then after the girl working in the pharmacy with the pink and, black frame glasses catches a attitude with my sick wife, she hides the prescription from the man that is counting the medicine so it will take longer.And of course as long as this has been and because she is black, the manager doesn't reply to this review.

My daughter got out of the hospital tue. afternoon with a prescription, we dropped it off at 3pm. to a blonde pharmacy tech.who briskly asked is tomorrow ok? Sure fine. Wed. at 9:15am we went back William told us no one had put the prescription in the system, they will have it at 1:30, so my daughter ended up going back to the hospital. Now fri. afternoon I hope she'll be home tomorrow and I stopped to pick it up. I'm 3rd in line. The man who is first they can't find his medication , and we are alternating with the drive-thru, the next person was lucky enough to get 2 prescriptions. It's my turn , we can't find your prescription, luckily William the blonde and I are all there, and I got to tell this story in front of 10 people the line has gotten to be now. So we have what looks like 100 papers we're going to look through. This is where my patience ended, I got my card still no medicine. If you really need your medicine never go to this pharmacy. It's sad they don't take peoples health more seriously.

Please do something about picking up your phones in pharmacy called on Sunday and rang for an hour and nobody picks up. This is typical for this CVS location and itās such a waste of customersā time.

The pharmacy is the worst I've ever experienced. As a former CVS employee of 4 years, I am disgusted with the laziness and wishy-washy stories as to why my prescription is not ready. Your job is to literally care about people's well being. If you can't serve the customer, please give the customer a chance to work our magic and do YOUR job because in 5 minutes, I was able to not only call my Dr to get my script situated, but I also called a competitor pharmacy asking them to request my scripts due to the incompetence and poor customer service. Scary to think certain people are handling medicine

It's terrible. Today I was in that area and went to this store. I bought everything I needed and received a change of $60, I didn't pay attention and put the money in my pocket with the check. Later I went to another store and I had to pay for the purchase, I took out this change, which I was given in cvs and wanted to pay for the purchase, but I was told that all $60 was fake. This is the first time I get fake money in America. It's very sad. It's a big loss for me. Broken heart. It looks strange that all three pieces of paper for $20 fell into my hands.

This CVS was the closest "convenience" store in the area, for the 5 years I was in the neighborhood. I have no complaints, employees were typically nice with some exception but nothing out of the norm. Store was always pretty clean and the lines were never very long.

The pharmacy here is horrible. They never have anything ready, the automated system harasses you continuously by text. They should replace the entire management staff at this locationā¦. Maybe hire someone who understands customer service and the value of customers.

I came for medicine for a child, at 1:28 pm, there was a woman in front of me, the pharmacist filled her order, called another man and closed the door in front of me. I understand that they have a lunch break, but my medicines are already ready, they sent me an SMS, and I came before lunch. Whyš¤·š¼āāļø

The store is very clean and organized and employees are nice. CVS is expensive, so I prefer Walmart and Dollar Tree. But I've lived in three states and CVS has always been convenient to me. I do save money when they have things on sale and they've also given me reward bucks. I wish it was not expensive.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEThe pharmacy staff has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I arrived 9 mins early through the drive through window for a COVID test that I had an appointment for at 10am. The lady asks me what I need and told her. Very abruptly and rude was like come back at 10.There were no cars behind me so what was the reason? I said itās only 10 mins from now she said come back. Unreal.To just not wanting to give someone a bag for them to test themselves is too much work??.People need to understand that if they don't like their jobs or don't want to work, how about finding something else you'd have a better attitude at.Came back at 10. She made me wait 5 mins. Opens the window no good morning or a hi, just asked for the confirmation number and hands me my test. No ID requiredā¦. She didnāt ask if I knew how to do it nor even bothered to tell me like other pharmacies have done. Luckily Iāve done these enough to have an idea but any other person wouldāve been clueless with her no helping manners.This person shouldnāt work at a drive through for a pharmacy or let alone deal with the public.I've gone to Walgreens several times to get tested and have arrived almost 15 mins early and I'm able to get it done without any issues. Avoid CVS and their rude staff by all cost

I was there not too long ago, I was at the baby / toys section and there was a man stuffing toys in his pockets, then started harassing me trying to intimidate me to not say anything, I told them anyway, they need to have at least a security guard or someone competent working the floor.

I ordered pictures to be printed here. Yes, actual prints like the old days. I got an email they were ready the same day. I went the following day. I needed something OTC so I figured while I was there I would get it. I noticed that the shelves were kind of bare for items. I'm not sure why. Supply chain shortage? Theft prevention? A run on hemorrhoid cream?!? Nonetheless, it seemed every item was out of stock or had literally 1 left. I got my 1 item (the last 1) and walked up to pay. I mentioned my photo order and the cashier popped over to the photo section- she could not find them. She looked under my first name, last name then asked me if I was at the right store. As I was pulling up the email the impatient line had moved to the self-checkout lane only to get told by the self checkout machine that someone would be with them. They looked at me with irritation as if I created the delay. The next person went up to the 2nd self check out and the same thing happened. Now I had created 2 angry customers! Just as I was about to proudly show my email the cashier found my photos in the machine and said "oh we just printed them today but nobody boxed them up". So much for that email the day before! I paid and mentioned the 2 scowling customers next to me and got the heck out of there. If you need OTC meds I probably would not shop here because they may be out of what you need or if you want to stock up on something that seems unlikely. Also service seems slow so if you're in a hurry probably not the best option. Patience is key. P.s. my photos looked wonderful.

I rarely give such a poor review but the Pharmacist here was beyond rude and unclear as to what he was requesting Al or Ali refused to give me a booster shot even after I had a confirmed appointment, he initially asked me for my card not stating he wanted a card with proof of previous vaccinations which I eventually figured out for myself. While I have a mix of does 1 moderna the other Pfizer he made up some story stating that I canāt mix the two and should have 2 of the same in order which is the first time Iāve ever heard this. He basically made up his own rules and let the booster expire when he should be focused on getting it into peoples arms. Rude and did not let me talk and couldnāt be bothered.

Best pharmacy ever ! They always take care of meā¤ļøI must pass at least 3 other CVS stores and 2 Walgreens to come here and itās so worth it. Friendly staff and always helpful. They get my scripts refilled even when I forget, always have options when my insurance is tripping! They are great I really mean it! ***UPDATE*****January 2023, Iām sad to say this place has gone way down since covid I guess, I mean they donāt even answer the phones now ! Ever! So disappointed anything I try to get done is a nightmare now and all the people are new and just couldnāt care less huge bummer, Iām just gonna change to somewhere closer to me now, itās not worth the drive ā¦.such a shame :/

Terrible service at the pharmacy. I have called on several occasions to verify if my prescription was ready and have waited on hold during my commute from North Palm Beach during rush hour traffic (4pm) all the way to entering the store on Stirling road (1.5 hours). Never to be answered, then told that my prescription was not ready and that I should should have called before coming in. I called today waited on hold for 28 minutes and then was hung up on right before their lunch 3 separate times. They only got 1 star cause I had enter it.

WORST CVS EVER!!!!!! Called to get an emergency script 30 minutes before the pharmacy closed, but I was put on hold until 8 (when they close), then hung up on. I called to inform the manager, who hung up on me in the middle of explaining the issue. Truly the most horrible customer service Iāve ever experienced.

This pharmacy has been a nightmare. My doctor called in a prescription for me and I got a call everyday telling me to go pick it up. The last call was from a live person and I explained to him that I had a busy schedule but that i would be there to get it within a few days or so. He told me he would hold on to it for me. When i went to pick it up a few mornings later I was told I needed to come back later that afternoon because it wasn't filled. Mind you the order was just for a nasal spray. My other doctor put in another order for me that friday. I called saturday to make sure it was received and filled and the rep told me they had not received anything. I told her my doctors nurse told me she wanted me to start the medication right away and that she was calling it in that Friday. She wasn't trying to assist and was very rude. I've been back and forth with my doctors office for the last few days only to call CVS again and the rep tell me they've had the prescription for several days. I told her what happened and she said it's because I have 2 profiles with my name spelled differently. I asked her to correct it and had to repeat myself several times because she seemed annoyed with me when their system had my information incorrectly. I'm starting to question whether or not good customer service even exist anymore. I already called all my doctors offices and had my pharmacy updated to Walgreens.

The parking lot is always very dirty (a lot of trash) and unkept when I go there. Many of the parking lot curbs are broken, car stops out of alignment, and signs are smashed.Also, I recently went to get a subscription refilled and they did not have the drug, and gave me no alternative to get it or when they would be in stock.Also, they don't answer the online message answering system.The staff though is nice.

Read all the reviews about people telling you how many times you have to drive over to pickup a prescription. Every time I go they tell me āwe donāt have it but we will have it in 3 daysā. Iāve literally driven here 3 times over the past week and to the other cvs on Sheridan because they wonāt tell you over the phone if they have your prescription. You have to drive over, wait for 30 minutes to be told to come back in 3 days. What a nightmare. Who has time for that?! Prescription medications should not be restricted to businesses with these practices. AMAZON PLEASE START DOING PRESCRIPTIONS!

Nothing wrong with the store other than the service. Pharmacy is great, but the store lacks employees. I have never been to this CVS without waiting in line for at least 5 minutes, once I even walked out. Reflection on poor management

The techs are great but the pharmacist are not doing good, they have my RX for more than a week pending for prior authorization, the medication have generic available and the pharmacist did not use the generic, if a RX is not indicating medically necessary the substitution is always an option, I need that medication for a procedure and still is not available, this is very irresponsable from the pharmacist there

I mostly go to this CVS to pick up prescriptions and I always get the best attention from the people at the pharmacy. I love them. They are very nice and cheerful and always find the best way to help you. It's always a plus to go here because of them.

Bad attention, the employees have no customer service, they are not friendly and they are not willing to help one when they get into trouble. I tried to make a payment of two FPL accounts through money gram and CVS I NEVER SEND MY MONEY TO MONEY GRAM I tried to talk to the manager and the lady was very rude and rude she never helped me fix my problem.
