Very convenient location. As usual, Jennifer did a great and consistent job with Wilson haircut. Unlike some other places, he comes out of there happy and without any razor burns! We love Auggie’s. I have a large doodle and Lisa always does a great job with him and in ashorter amount of time. Very cute place, not crowded with too many dogs or loud like some other groomers. They also offer great free pictures with Santa.

We had an amazing experience with our dog Chewy at Auggie’s. They were kind, and had a super clean shop. Our dog looks like a million bucks! Their prices were very good too. We will be going back for sure.

I only adopted Charlie 3 weeks ago, and I've never taken him to the groomer before. I was trepidatious because you always hear horror stories, and though I trusted my previous groomer they are quite a distance away from me now that I purchased a home. Auggie's came highly recommended from my neighbors, and I'm so glad I came here! Charlie looks so freaking handsome! The pricing is reasonable and they obviously love animals. They did a great job and I'm so pleased that I found a groomer I can trust near me. They are knowledgeable and kind and Charlie looks absolutely adorable. Thank you so much for taking care of him!

I recently had the most wonderful experience at Auggies Pet Spa with Lisa as our groomer. I cannot express enough how amazing Lisa is and how happy I am with the results. She truly made my mini-schnauzer, Luna, look like a princess. We've been bringing our baby to Auggie's since we got her (approximately 2 years ago).We've always been content with services from Auggie's. Our last visit went horribly. I cannot say for sure how this happened but all I know is my baby was injured.Somehow, whoever was grooming my baby managed to clip a section of her paw pad off. She had been bleeding and we were told it was just a little cut and the bleeding had stopped.When I got home later in the day, I examined her paw pad and saw that a whole section of one pad was sticking out and was raw underneath. After I took her out to pee that night, the piece of the paw pad literally fell off. I took her to the vet immediately the next day - we were told it was quite a deep cut - she had to have another section of the pad cut off, and she was bandaged up for almost a week and had to wear a cone. I took her to the vet one last time where they cut off one more section of the paw pad because it was just hanging.I understand little cuts and nicks can happen. I also understand paw pads heal. However, I'm not sure what they were using to clip the fur between her feet, but it was sharp enough cut an entire piece of the pad off. I was told another dog made a noise that made my dog jump and that's how she got clipped - I'm not certain if that's the truth but it's all I have to go on.The manager was compassionate with us in our follow up texts and calls and offered to pay for the vet bills. I paid the bill for her grooming session (on the day she was injured) and covered all the vet bills myself.The ordeal has been extremely traumatizing for us and had led to a significant amount of stress. We are first time dog owners and with nothing like this happening to her in the past, we went through a very stressful 2 weeks.I do want to emphasize that we never had issues with Auggie's in the past and that the manager was consistent in offering to pay for vet bills and was apologetic.We were extremely grateful to have found a grooming salon where we thought our pup would be safe - there are so many horror stories out there about grooming salons, boarding places and vets and I'm sorry we had to end our relationship with Auggie's.
