This is by far the worst experience I've ever experienced at a 711 store. The cashier asked me three times if I had a hotdogs in my container even after I showed her. I asked her what was the problem. She said she didn't have time for me today, and went to the next register. She told me shut up, and I didn't need to eat a hotdogs. She carried on back and forth with me. I told her she could not work for me, she would be fired. It was a short Jamaican lady. She has on glasses with a white top. 5/22/24.

They have an ATM that they know has no money in it, and when I asked where the machine was they directed me straight to it.It wasn't until I withdrew money and it took money out of my actual account, without dispensing any actual cash, that the person behind the counter told me they knew it didn't have any money.What are we even doing anymore?

This location is an embarrassment to the 7-11 brand. Close it. It is just a haven for the homeless and drug addicted people to be. Literally, homeless sleeping inside and in front of the store. Makes the area worse.

This is the worst 7-eleven Ever! They allow homeless people to beg customers for money in the store. They don't even carry items advertised in the Rewards program (I.e. No free Kick start energy drink with purchase of a grill item?). Last, the employees are slow in ringing up orders. I have left 3 bad comments and asked someone to contact me in the past and thus far No one has done so. What's the point in requesting feed back if you're not going to respond to your customers?

just left there beer cooler locked good job !! now they just need a no loitering sign on the store door/ and turn off the music that brings more bums there !!people bring your own guns for safety this place is SCARY

I went into this gas station today 11/11/22 at 3:30am and when I went in there was music blasting so loud I couldn’t hear myself think. The two young ladies that were working was very unprofessional and untidy. The girl that was stacking was also complaining to her co worker about management and that the store is always in need of supplies I understand that the area that the store is located in may attract certain kinds of customers but the business need to hire different people. When I was walking up to cash out the young lady kept screaming NEXT IN LINE!!!!! Which was unnecessary because I was the only customer in the store smfh I forgot to mention that as I walked in the young lady that was screaming also was dancing when I walked in

This store needs to be closed down. Someone stole my things and tried to pass not one but 5 credit cards with a females name and the cashier never asked for an ID to the person. Who's going to spend $500 on each card at 7/11 ? hmm doesn't seem right to me. because obviously they have connections to the employees there. The owner needs to watch out for his employees. If I can put zero stars I would .

Worst customer service. I was there at 11:00 pm, on Sat 4 2022. The cashier with the blonde ponytail wig was very rude and unprofessional. The customer In front of me spilled her drink on the counter. The customer was very apologetic. However the cashier told the customer what are you rushing for.. The customer said I said sorry accidents happen and the cashier even more rudely said accidents don't just happen you need to watch what you're doing and the customer who had a lot of items and was ready to spend money told the cashier nevermind I don't want it. The customer was leaving and the cashier said screw you and kept cursing at her in front of all of us. I am sure corporate would not appreciate 711 employees treating customers like this and losing money you definitely need to train more and be careful who you hire. Myself also left my items and left as well I didnt even want to purchase nothing from the store nomore they don't deserve the money.

The cashier didn't put up any signs or notification that he was leaving to use the restroom. He locked the doors with ppl waiting inside and outside because he was the only one there. While understandable, he came out mad at all the patrons for questioning what was going on. His customer service was trash but he got us all out of there quick. .

Don't spend your money here. I was just there and the store is filthy. The woman who waited on me didn't put all my purchases in my bag and I didn't notice until getting back to my hotel. Not only that her attitude and service was terrible. What a waste.

I go here 2/3 times a day. Its ok . A little rachet at times. One cashier Haitian(ne) is very rude. I'll be giving her a mouthful and will speak to mgr or owner about her!*Another staff who has a terrible attitude and works somewhere else i went to refused to serve me. Not good. Staff is fast and friendly. But don't buy any hot food here unless they heat up a fresh batch, everything sitting under the heat lamp is dried out. This location always has a bunch of homeless people pestering you for change. They're also a lot criminals watching people .

Just left 7-11 and paid for a burrito, however the microwave doesn't work and the workers are careless and clueless. They spend more time talking to their friends visiting them rather than tending to customers needs. Fix the microwave

The ABSOLUTE WORST 7-11 I have ever visited. 4 employees behind the counter, 8 customers in line and only one employee a register. The other 3, they want to BS instead of taking care of customers. This is most days not just the day I wrote this I just had enough of the children working there. DONT say anything either, I did once and the response I received for them... I wanted to go postal!!!! I'm done at this location!!! Go to the WAWA just down the street.

I went here this after noon and was smoking a cigarette before I went in and one of your lightskin BLACK employees falsely accused me of asking someone out sound for something which was a lie and your camera will prove it. The service at this store has really gone down hill in the last three weeks. I have been stopping here 5 days a week, for over 7 years to get coffee, a paper, and my lunch. For the past three weeks there is no fresh brewed regular coffee 3 out of the 5 days. Also hot breakfast sandwiches that have always been ready, are not there 2 or 3 days a week. Last but not least, the store has stopped offering salads, they just abruptly stopped ordering any last week, so they ran out this week. Its just this store, others I have stopped at are fine, they are just to far out of the way to stop at on the way to work.

I have to agree with that other persons comment. This is the worst 7-eleven Ever! I never meet such a rude store employee in my life,and that's saying a lot because i'm from Boston. I down load the app because all the other store around that area are shady. I buy beer food and cigars there every night. The app had a free drink after you sign up. There's a big line and I forgot to verify my account. The young woman at the register says "People down load the app to get a free drink and then get rid of it"(In front of everyone in line,are you kidding me).I said, I guess your talking about people you know! I spend more money in week back in New England to cover two days of your work here honey. Plus the other guy is right about people panhandling and drinking around the store. Store employees were very rude, when asked for some napkins. A woman came from the back and yelled we do not keep napkins out there. Store was dirty. Delivery were still in the way... No fresh food.

I live within walking distance of this location and will drive 2.5 miles to Wawa instead of going here because there are always homeless people and drug addicts standing in front of this store that aggressively harass everyone walking in and out for money. Everyone that works or lives in this area knows to avoid this location. If they hired a security guard to chase them off of the property they would easily increase their profits by 20-30%.

Store just chared me 9.00 for 2 hot dogs and a cheese stick that should have been part of the 3 for $3 deal. Instead of correcting the price she voided the hot dogs that were already placed in buns and plastic and put them back for sale. Obviosly customer service is not a priority. By the way the 3 for $3 promotion the lady behind the counter stated they dont actually SELL ANY OF THE PRODUCTS on THE SIGN. All this after i came in and asked for the 3 for $3 deal. ANYWAY good luck to the owner with that girl behind the counter.

Very poor customer service . Vicky was rude and refused to give me my change and receipt . After argue I finally secured my receipt but didn't get the change as I requested. To report this bad customer service to manager, I asked the second employee at time by name Brian . He also refused to give me the manager contact information. He even threaten to call police. Overall poor place. I advice people to stay away for that place.

Wow let’s just start by saying that I have never been more humiliated in my life.... So let’s first say that everyone including the manager are absolutely rude I was called a thief follow up by me trying to be White.The cashier made a mistake by saying that he had gave me my change when he really didn’t when I asked for them to check the cámaras they refused and said that I had put my money on my braLong story short I called the cops not because of the 11 dollars but because of the fact that the cashier curse me out. The cops were able to see the cámaras and came out saying he HONESTLY THOUGHT HE HAD GAVE YOU THE CHANGE AFTER I WAS CURSE OUT AND HUMILIATED INFRONT OF EVERYTHING OH AND ALSO BEING CALLED TRYING TO BE WHITE BECAUSE I WAS JUST TRYING TO GET MY CHANGE.Please don’t wasted your time here.

Went there Saturday night and purchased 3 of the buy 2 get $1 off cans of Grizzly snuff. Paid $37. Didn't notice until I unbagged it at home that they had cut them in half and I only had 3 cans instead of 6. Was charged 11.25 per can. Thats some jew stuff there. They owe me 3 cans. Buyer beware at this house of thievery. They sell Lipton drinks for $1.98...on sale 2 for $4....?
