The attendant at the register today 12/11/23 at 15:59 was incredibly rude. She did not greet me, and pretty much just threw the bags at me.How can you hire people with zero manners, and such a lack of positive attitude?I felt like she really hated working there!

I go in to grab milk and bread with my 5 year old son. Of course he wants this and that I cave in to appease him, only one isle down and I already have a hand basket full(not even the 2 things I went in for), like most visits I realized I needed a cart so I go to grab one and they don’t have any regular RED carts Available to use(For anyone wondering what the significance of this is; RED carts are just regular red carts that apparently the store puts out at certain times of the day to prevent theft from crack heads. So I grab the only cart available which is the black cart with a pool noodle on top to prevent crackheads from stealing it apparently?… I do more shopping with my son, he picks out 2 boxes of caprisuns, 2 bottles of cranapple juice, among so many other items, the cart is totally full at this point. I check out my $120ish of groceries, I said to the cashier that I would bring the cart right back, I have a 5 yr old who I wasn’t about to put in the car by himself to walk heavy bag after bag of groceries to the car from in the store. The cashier said “the cart won’t be able to fit out the door because it has a bar on it” I told her they didn’t have any other carts and I would bring it right back, she laughed and said “okay thank you!” I was TOLD previously to do that by another regular employee with dark hair(Guessing she realized I didn’t look like a crack head). I push the cart out the door load up the groceries and push the cart right back inside, pushed it in the cart corral, cashier says “thank you, have a great day!” I told her “thank you, you as well!”, I get into my vehicle back out of my spot, I was about to put my car in drive, looked over and there was the manager Mo and another employee standing at the door holding up her cell phone as if she was taking a picture of me pulling away. I looked around thinking some crack head must have walked out and stole something from the store but I didn’t see anyone around so I rolled my window down and asked her if she was taking a picture of me? Her response was “YOUR BANNED!!! You will never shop here again!!! BANNED!!! Don’t ever come back here again!!!” I was so confused, I asked her to calm down and just tell me what was going on? She insisted she was calm as she’s screaming at me, legit for taking the cart out the door and bringing it back inside. I kid you not!! I reassured her the cashier said it was okay? Her response was “the cashier ISNT a GENERAL MANAGER!!!” Literally screaming this!! I said “she’s an employee of this establishment, why would I need special permission?” Mo responded shouting “she was going to take my picture and my license plate and I am banned for LIFE!” I said “I’ll give you my license plate number, my name my address whatever you want I got nothing to hide” as she walks behind my car taking pictures and recording me and my child. I gave her my salute and calmly drove off. This manager Mo had plenty off time to confront me while I was retuning the cart but she chose the cowardly route to wait for me to pull off with my child in the car and not even say anything to me, if I didn’t notice and stop who knows what would’ve happened next time I went to shop there? I’ve spent thousands in this store over the course of the past year alone, While being a frequent shopper I’ve witnessed the employee with dark hair and glasses who sits at the register playing on her phone often, always a nasty attitude towards customers. Next, I’ve witnessed the manager Mo standing outside the store smoking cigarettes on the clock more than 25x, standing around in the store playing on her cell phone and gossiping with her boyfriend who comes to visit her at work for extended periods of time. So not only for an employee but especially a manager who is supposed to be held to a higher standard extremely POOR work ethics! Disgusting!

The Manger is super cool. She's always there seems like she never gets off. The store is always stocked. It always has something I need lol

Store always clean and stocked. Hard workers. Seems to have a high turnover of employees. To be fair I see that quite a bit in other "Dollar" type stores also. Store not always open in mornings even tho posted hours say it should be. Again, I see that in competing stores too.

Always friendly and not a long wait at register to check out. Prices ok for a small store. But I go there more for convenience and close by. I would rather pay a little more for friendly service and I'm not spending more on gas to go to closest big name grocery store.

Store was clean, staff was friendly, and the shelves were stocked neatly. There's not much else to say, it's your typical family dollar. It wasn't busy when I was there so I was able to get in and out. Parking was more than enough for the small store.

The employees do not have the ability to tell the difference between king and 100's cigarettes. It's hard to find good help these days.

I like family dollar. They have a few small perks that other similar stores don't offer. One is being able to buy the Sunday newspaper throughout the week. I have never seen another store do this and I've taken advantage of it many times. Also, cold gallon jugs of water is a big plus. The few stores who do offer this charge two dollars or more only one dollar herePrices are comparable and a large choice of items keep me going back.

Handicap people needs cart's that can go outside especially if carrying heavy objects like boxes of 20 lbs cat litter.. cart's can't go outside.. terrible and only one cashier that cant help you as others are in line to pay

It's a nice store, they have combined Family Dollar with Dollar Tree, so there is a new set up of aisles and merchandise. Lots of great clearance items.
