Worst flowers ever!!My granddaughter ordered roses for my birthday. The arrangement came a day late with 5 yellow roses all withered around the edges, 3 white pom poms , and 2 hugh hydrangeas that were drooping with some type of greenery that was yellow like it was old. Not even a packet of flower preserver was added. Such a disappointment from a florist that has been in business for many years!!.Publix has better and fresher flowers!

If i could give zero stars I would. The delivery man, and the woman at the shop was very rude. When my roses got delivered, 2 stems were broken an just hanging. When I called the delivery guy he said who the "F" do you think i am and hung up on me when i questioned him, and the lady at the shop was violently worse with how she handled things, I wouldnt recommend this place for any flower needs... big thumbs down 👎 Unprofessional at its finest.

Barbara has been making my arrangements for 17 years now, never had a complaint from any one about the flowers. My mother in law is the pickiest in the world, and even she is satisfied. Lol! Barbara's staff have helped me when I've been indecisive, I've taken my own containers that were special to me, and they have made beautiful arrangements for me with the flowers that I wanted. I've gotten sprayed, glittered, metallic, dipped and all sorts of special flowers. Yesterday I ordered a special bouquet for my daughters high school graduation with ribbon hanging down, with sparkly writing on it. The prices are reasonable, and they are there to help.

Kathy was very helpful with ideas for a funeral. We ended to doing a plant with some fresh flowers (which I would have never thought of) and it came out beautifully, right within my budget. They were also able to deliver with short notice.

The arrangement would have been beautiful but the flowers were all old. The daisies were already shedding. I called and was told they would inform owner. No I'm sorry or anythingI know my daughter paid $100 with delivery. I would not recommend this florist. I do have pictures.

My fabulous father passed away March 23, 2021. He was 97 1/2 yrs old. He had never been sick a day in his life. He was a Navy fighter pilot in WW2, Korea and Viet Nam. Dad was cremated and we had his service May 19th at Bushnell National Cemetery. I called “Flowers By Barbara” and spoke with Cathy. I explained dad had a cremation box (not an urn) and asked if she could do something special in a red, white and blue theme that would be allowable at the service (Bushnell has strict rules when it comes to flowers.) Cathy said she could as they were very familiar with Bushnell’s policies. The flowers arrived as promised and at the time they assured. They were the MOST BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT I have EVER seen! The way the arrangement was, the babies breath looked like fireworks going off against this stunning red white and blue theme along with the beautiful American flag that was nested strategically inside them. Everyone in attendance commented on how beautiful and perfect they were. Thank you Cathy and thank you Flowers By Barbara. You have new loyal customers! If you find yourself in need of a compassionate, excellent and professional florist whether it be for a burial at The National Cemetery at Bushnell or a wedding or “just because”..... I hope you will treat your heart to the joy the arrangements from Flowers by Barbara bring❤️❤️❤️

My kids ordered a bouquet of cut flowers for me; delivered Feb 13, 2020 by day 5, I pitched a couple Gerber daisies. 2 days later the lilies are brown, losing petals so I pitched them too. This is not normal for@ floral service.Barbara does NOT stand behind her flowers. I know this bouquet cost a lot of money since it was ordered on line. One of those sight unseen deals. I Do NOT recommend this shop.

I was really disappointed. I sent flowers to my mother from Connecticut and she received a subpar delivery. I spent 70 on a basket to brighten her mother’s day, but she can’t even display it on the table. It has to sit in the corner because they filled only the front. I chose a florists choice basket thinking they would design something of beauty and get to use their most available flower. I even upgraded to a medium basket to ensure quality. I tried to have the situation rectified— I believe in good customer service and giving them a chance to fix mistakes but the response was “ it was florist choice and they chose this “. I don’t recommend their quality, their business ethic, or their choice of an arrangement.

My feelings were hurt today.I come in every week to buy the little bouquet.The last couple times the same gal said the flower delivery was late so have to come back.Now I understand it's mothers day and its stupid busy, but that same gal didn't have any problem turning me away againI feel like some consideration should be given to people like me.I may only buy the little flower bouquets but I buy them every week for my house and often for my daughters and grand daughters. Plus when I got home and told my husband he said same thing happened to him difference was when he mentioned it to Ms Barbra she smiled like always and tucked a few roses in for his trouble. I'm sure it would have been different if she had been there 😕

Absolutely love Flowers by Barbara. They always have the best prices and are very accommodating whenever you stop by. Their flowers are always more reasonably priced and last longer than any other stores. They are very friendly and helpful and deliver high-quality flowers.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and I paid AN EXTRA AMOUNT on 04/20/2022 of $4.99 extra fee for the flowers to be there by 12 noon...The person who delivered the flowers at 12:19 when the delivery lady called n told me she delivered them at 12:19 which isn't before 12...personally they should call me and refund my extra $4.99 because they were not delivered before 12.noon..I'd like to have my $4.99 back and I'll delete this review and do a satisfied customer review...Thanks..The flowers where very pretty but I'd still like my $4.99 back..Thank you Joan Update: they never called me back to refund my $4.99 their a rip off and I wouldn't buy flowers there ever again and I'll tell my family n friends to not buy from them either... not worth my money to keep for not before 12 I paid extra $4.99...for

My 13yo son ordered a corsage and boutonniere for $14. When he got there they up sold him telling him that his date would much rather have two flowers then one costing an extra $4. We normally go to the little flower shop in Inverness. Anyway, they didn't ask if he wanted it on the wrist or pin only. The little flower shop just gives you both options. So now he has the giant, two flower corsage to pin on this little 13yo....smh
